    We used jims carpet one to supply all materials and labor when we replaced our carpet with hardwood. Our salesman was micheal, and he was an absolute joy to work with. He had a strong knowledge about the quality of each choice we considered. After we made our choice Dean came out to our house and took measurements. When the flooring arrived a date was set to start the install. 2 young men came out to start the install. Day 1 seemed to go smooth. However on day 2 there was a problem with the installers which I still dont really understand. Dean came out to assess the situation and immediately made arrangements for another installer. The next day another installer named Dustin came out to finish the job. It took him 2 or 3 days to finish. Dustin was extremely professional, knew exactly whst he was doing and had excellent work ethic and workmanship. When he was done the floor was beautiful and will be for years to come. He cleaned up when he was finished and there was very little material left over. Ive no regrets about using jims carpet one. When there was a problem Dean addressed it satisfactorily immediately. They do other things beside flooring and they will soon replace our shower. Excellent people to work with. Strongly recommend Jims carpet one.

Also, they were able to recommend a cheaper brand of carpet (though it looks and feels exactly the same), cutting our costs in half. These guys are pros! Highly recommend
