    Ive used the Best family twice now in the past 6 months. First I had a water main leak and they were out next day and got everything done the following day after assessing the damage. Then today I had them replace my water heater. It tokk about 2 days to get me worked in (but i had water just not hot water which wasnt that big of a deal to us) They went above and beyond. The last person kind of made a mess of it and they swooped in and replaced everything that was broken and repaired everything that was done wrong before. I will definitely call them with all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

    We purchased an older home and when the tub didn’t not drain properly we call our warranty company and Best1 plumbing came to service our home. The technician arrived timely. He assess the problem and noticed that the problem went beyond simple slow drain. He checked out the plumbing work that was done by a handyman in the basement. He was knowledgeable enough to recognize that the drain system was not up to code and made the system run slow. He contacted his office and reschedule to complete the work. He explained everything he was doing throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Best 1 plumbing. It was great working with them.

    These guys are by far the best. We had several other companies come out first and they could not fix our problem. Best 1 Plumbing never gave up until our water heater was fixed and working. I highly recommend this company. Shodd was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

    The technicians that serviced our home were prompt and courteous. The service manager worked with us to install our water heater and bring our gas lines up to code.     Excellent customer service! I had Shadd come out today and fix multiple things that I had wrong with my Plumbing. We just bought the house and these things (toilet issues, shower leaks, garbage disposal and hot water heater) had gone unnoticed by the inspector. Thanks to Shadd and his extensive knowledge, everything now works wonderfully! He was super personable and a joy to be around! Thank you Shadd!!!     Shodd Best came out today to replace the Pressure Reducing Valve and I was very amazed how seamless he made the job be. He was very warm and polite and I greatly appreciate his knowledge and delivery of service.     Instead of 2 water heaters, I only replaced 1 water heater with Tank Booster. I am so glad that I met this company. The Tank booster is kind of new to me but he explained to me how good it is. I love it and I saved money as well.

    AWESOME & PROFESSIONAL customer service . I went through my warranty company after my electric water heater went out after 14 years. Dewey, was the first that was sent out , and gave awesome service. I spoke to the owner Eric on the phone, who was also extremely nice and professional and explained the situation to me. Once it was approved by my warranty company, they even went above and beyond to come out on a Saturday ( next day) to install it. Shodd came and completed the whole install by himself and had a great personality and customer service. This company lives true to its name Best 1 and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumbing company. 2 thumbs up.

    Shodd came out to repair/replace my water heater after it burst. This gentleman was so friendly and knowledgeable. After he completed my repair he also referred me to a tree service company and their level customer service and workmanship definitely matched that of Best 1 Plumbing. As a first time owner it felt really good to have someone come make repairs and earn my trust. To make matters even better they are family owned. No other company will ever be allowed to do plumbing in my house unless Best 1 Plumbing refers me to them. Thank you gentlemen for the pride you put into your work. I wish this company nothing but more success.

    I am the pastor of the Ole Country Church located in McDonough Georgia. We had a church wide event and notice water coming up from one of our pipes in the ground. We contacted Eric and he immediately came out and fixed the problem. He is very friendly and you can tell he really knows the plumbing business. I would recommend him to anyone.

    I was referred to Best 1 Plumbing, LLC. by a friend of mine who is a contractor and said they were very competitively priced, great quality and timely completion. I called Best 1 Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised when they said they would be there the next day and I would be meeting with Eric, the owner of the company. We did the walk through, talked about what we were looking for and what was realistic for our budget and as we were talking Eric recommended that one of our upgrades be a Water Cop. A device that will shut down the water to your house if a leak or a rupture is detected. After hearing about the Water Cop we decided it was a good idea and scheduled the installation before we went on vacation. Shodd and Dewy showed up early and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner them two young gentlemen really know there trade. Needless to say it was a good thing because our water heater decided it had had enough and ruptured. The Water Cop shut it down and all water was shut off to our house saving us thousands of dollars already spent on wallpaper and flooring. Thank you Water Cop and Best 1 Plumbing for recommending it and thanks for finishing everything up last week! Great Job and we are very happy with all the work!
