    Phenomenal painting by a true craftsman! Mike painted a two-story foyer and greatroom, stairway, second floor landing, kitchen, breakfast nook, and hallway. He did a superb job repairing wall cracks and divots. We previously used Mikes services for an exterior paint project. His work was just as exemplary. I highly recommend Garman Painting.

    One of the most responsive, attentive contractors I’ve ever worked with. Really, contractors do (sometimes deservedly) get a bad rap, but Mike ain’t that. Really knows his stuff.     Michael is an excellent painter; his wall prep is meticulous, he shows up and finishes on time, is polite and a pleasure to work with. His work is on par with higher priced companies and he is very honest about if the existing conditions of walls or exterior surface are in of repair before painting.     Mike did an incredible job and was professional throughout. He was meticulous and restored the rooms to perfection, including baseboards, crown molding, ceilings, walls, and trim. We originally hired Mike to install additional crown molding in our kitchen. However, Mike inspected the molding we acquired from the manufacturer and noticed it was warped and stated we would not be happy with the installation. He recommended we return the product to the manufacturer and get a replacement. In the alternative, he even reached out to a local supplier and found he could get it made for half the price we originally paid. Mike was committed to getting the job done right, not just done, and for that we are very grateful. I highly recommend Mike for your custom painting and decorating needs!

    Michael Garman is a total pro! My window looks like it did when we bought the house 47 years ago. Michael is meticulous and neat. He even went so far as to create a plastic barrier half way through my living room to help control the dust. His craftsmanship is exquisite. He also sanded and painted my front door which also came out beautiful. Throughout the project, he showed my every day not only what he was planning to do but he also asked me every day to check things over to see if I understood where the project was and if I was satisfied. On top of his professional skills, Michael is polite, friendly and fair. I would (and will) hire him again in a heartbeat!

    Mr.Garman was a delight to work with! He listened to my idea and it turned out EXACTLY how I envisioned it.I inherited a wood antique carved fireplace surround that was my Mom’s.I then had the idea to purchase a faux fireplace with a heater. Michael built out and configured a “box”to recess the heater into the “surround”, tile work completed the look.He finished off with a crown molding detail at the ceiling line.Very nice!Hire this man!     After having a roof vent repaired, Garman Painting Custom Decorating made dry wall repairs and painted the room. Garman advised advised a navy accent wall to decorate the formerly all-white room. I am very pleased with the job and Im glad he recommended a better grade of paint from Benjamin Moore.
