    I had Hugo Plumbing out to work on my well. Boy, was I ever impressed by the quality of the work. They did an excellent job, replacing the pipes, wiring, pump, and tank. The price was very reasonable, too. I live in the inner metro and they were willing to make the drive to my home, which I appreciated. Overall it was a great experience and Im so pleased to have found a quality plumber/well repair company.

    Absolutely love these guys! They do great work for reasonable prices, and they go the extra mile. I had a softener installed by them. I wasnt accustomed to the high efficiency product they installed, so I wasnt confident it was working. Mike came out and triple checked everything for us and took the time to explain everything. A pleasant, very knowledgeable guy. Well be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

    I have used Hugo Plumbing a few different times. Everyone from Sue to Sam is so helpful and professional. They are an honest company. The job is always well done and it’s affordable. I highly recommend.

    Hugo Plumbing just finished the kitchen install of new sink, faucet, garbage disposal and brought natural gas to new stove. All work was done perfect. Very neat and clean job. We are very happy with the install. We have used Hugo Plumbing in the pass for new outside faucets, new well pressure tank, new water softener install and we have always been very satisfied in work and price. Nice to see an operation run so well and to have such nice installers. They always show up when scheduled too. Hugo Plumber is my “go to “ plumbing company for life.

    Mike came out to complete a dishwasher install and replace a spigot for a hose connection in my garage. Was very friendly, professional and efficient. Booking the appointment was also easy and the person I spoke with was very friendly also. Will definitely use them again and recommend to my neighbors in the area.

    Theres alot of other plumbers you could call but you shouldnt. Ive used them twice and I couldnt be more impressed. Tom the owner is as good as it gets and today we had Nash, who was great as well. Stop your search and call them. Trust me.

    I would highly recommend Hugo Plumbing.We had our water jet pump and motor quit on Sat. nite. So I called on Sunday and left a message. Within a short time I got a call back from Tom.     I like using a local company and these guys are fantastic.Their bid on the job was reasonable and they did a fantastic install in a little over an hour. They removed my old hot water heater with ease and cleaned up behind themselves. I was happy with the job and wouldnt hesitate using this company again.

    Mike and Nash were awesome. Professional, caring, thorough, knowledgeable and know how to treat a customer. When they were running late due to weather, they called to let me know in plenty of time so I could get other things done in the meantime. Friendly, down to earth and explained everything. Even showed me how to light the pilot light on my water heater without making me feel small or being condescending. Total pleasure to work with.

    This group is awesome. My daughter clogged the upstairs toilet causing it to overflow in the middle of the night. I broke the float trying to fix the toilet in a sleep stopper. They sent out someone within an hour from when I called in the morning. He fixed multiple items in the house from the garbage disposable to the outside overflow device to the broken toilet. He was easy to talk too and was very professional. The price was very reasonable. They are my number one call for plumbing help now.

    Updated review...Hugo Plumbing to the rescue again!2021: I had a pipe crack and were need of a repair as soon as possible and possibly an installation of new shower/bath hardware. Right away I was able to talk to Sue who was absolutely wonderful and contacted her guys to see if anyone would be able to fit me into their busy schedules! It was so nice as Tom came to our rescue! He not only was a great guy, but he went above and beyond to help us out with repairing the cracked pipe and installing a whole new Moen shower/bath set up. Couldnt have been happier with the experience and will definitely be coming to you guys again :)2022: I had a sump pump that had lots of water around it and I called Hugo Plumbing to help me out. This time I was able to get Sam. Sam was so amazing and helped with that problem along with going above and beyond to answer my questions. He also worked on replacing my well tank since it was on its last leg. He did such a wonderful job on the well tank and was such an amazing person! :)Honestly, I think this family business is a gem and recommend them to anyone who needs help.

    Mike from Hugo plumbing is rockstar. We called initially about having a leaking kitchen sink drain and, if there was time, an estimate to fix our outside faucet. Not only did he fix our sink, but he fixed our outdoor faucet, too! He was quick and did a great job at a very reasonable price. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. After he was done fixing the sink and outdoor faucet he even walked around my house with me and happily answered all the random questions I could come up with about the plumbing in my house. Highly recommend!

    Hugo Plumbing fixed a leaking pipe for me and also replaced a thermo couple for my water heater. Mike and John were very friendly, got the jobs completed quick and a year later, I have had no problems with the work done.
