    TMB construction was an amazing company that you will be beyond satisfied for having them to your project. Ted was a wonderful manager who came to our house to give us an estimate and he was honest and straight forward about the project and that gave us a clear picture of what we were dealing. James and Marco were two of the first employees who handled most of the project and they did an awesome job. Joel who did the last part of the project was also professional and humble and they all did an amazing job.     I have used this company a couple times and would highly recommend. I had a leak that destroyed an entire room in my house and they were the first company I thought of to help build it back together.     TMB was great to work with! They were very communicative, gave great advice, and had a reasonable price when my insurance company denied my claim. Once we were ready to schedule they were able to complete our project (flooring and drywall) within a week of scheduling and within 3 days (sooner than even anticipated).     We got floor inside our house due to water heater erupted and supply line in vanity. Our officer that help us for drywall, recommended Ted from TMB CONSTRUCTIONS. He is very precise and honest to us about the proposal! My family wanted some upgrades in our room and they are able to do it! Ted helped also in communicating with our insurance adjuster in getting the settlement payments timely! The end result really is greater than I expected!!! Everything is on schedule as well!     I contacted TMB Construction after a friend recommended them. They told me they had 2 great bathroom remodels and other repairs after a pipe burst in their home. They said TMB is amazing to work with and they were right!TMB/Ted came to assess my home right after I called. I had a hot water pipe burst under the main bathroom shower. It also affected the flooring throughout my living areas. (Another company had been puttering around in my house for over 1 1/2 months.) TMB started work right away and corrected what the other company did incorrectly or did not finish. Ted also recommends other contractors if needed, the electrical company and plumber were great! The tile in my shower & new bathroom are perfect!Ted’s prices did not go up, his staff is clean, polite and conscious. Their work is high quality, beautiful and completed quickly.Ted also provided a detailed estimate for my insurance company to correct information submitted by another contractor. He did not hesitate to help me even tho he would not receive any $ for this.I never had to ask or wonder what was happening next. Ted communicated every step along the way.     My experiences with Ted at TMB Construction and Restoration have been quite exceptional. My mothers home experienced some considerable water damage from an old bathroom vanity drain. Walls, adjoining kitchen counter tops and cabinets had to be removed, treated, and replaced. Ted at TMB was recommended by a few parties. Ted was prompt for an estimate, and thoroughly explained both the process and options. The various crews necessary to finish the restoration portion of the project were meticulous, careful workers displaying some exceptional craftsmanship in an older home. Polite, prompt, fast, and careful in their work. The end results were quite good. What was exceptional in the entire process was the continual communication with Ted throughout the process. He took time to help our family negotiate many issues with the insurance company and took time to explain different aspects of the insurance process he was aware of. Very impressive in helping his customer with a minimum of stress in a difficult circumstance. I can confidently give my highest recommendation and look forward to some additional work at my own home.

    Ted and his employees are professional and are extremely great at the work they accomplish. They are very organized and complete all their work efficiently and effectively.     Red and his team are amazing. So professional , clean and get the job done. The first picture happening a Sunday by Tuesday , Teds crew had come out a fix it. Looks amazing. They also repair some walls that had been take down due to water damage. You can go wrong with this company.

Weeks before my baby shower was to be held at our home, we had water damage in our kitchen which required restoration & a re-build of the drywall, cabinetry, kitchen sink and granite countertop.     TMB Construction was referred to me by the restoration company that cleaned up water damage caused when my water heater burst. Ted came out promptly to evaluate the damage and discussed the work that would need to be done. He immediately followed up with written estimates. He also gave written details if anything needed to be changed. His people that came out to do the work always arrived when they said they would and were very respectful to me and of my property. They kept and all debris picked up and took it away when the left each day. The foreman, Mark, came out after each phase was completed to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Ted was very good and patient with me. I was having trouble with the insurance company and he wrote letters to them to help get it paid and also guided me with my contact with the Insurance Commissioner.     We were recently referred to TMB Construction because we experienced major kitchen water damage. After the water damage was cleaned up, we needed to have our drywall and cabinets replaced. Ted came out promptly and gave us a fair estimate on the needed repairs. In addition, I asked for additional work to be done such as fixing some previous backsplash work, repairing a damaged outlet, and painting the entire kitchen. Not only was Ted professional and courteous but his team was as well. The cabinets that we had removed were solid wood and needed to be rebuilt in one area. They exceeded my expectation and even added easy glide drawers for me as well as successfully matched the color of my other cabinets. They were so pleasant and easy to work with I asked Ted to quote me to do work on our three bathrooms. They repaired the drywall and painted each of them.Ted made this very easy for us. He started the job immediately upon my approval. Every one of his team members that came into my home was professional and extremely nice. We had the cabinet guys, electrician, drywall, and painting guys, all of which were amazing to work with. They always showed up when they said they were going to.Everything came out beautiful and exactly what I wanted!I will absolutely be using Ted and his team for future work we need at our home. Ted gave me a reasonable written estimate and we worked seamlessly with my home insurance.The project was bigger than I thought and required patience.     Ted was an excellent contractor from the very beginning to the end. We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom resulting in needing a whole new bathroom and all new flooring upstairs and downstairs (sort of a blessing in disguise). What started as a very stressful situation became much easier once we started working with him. Ted was very professional and always available when we had any questions. He also advocated for us when it came to working with our insurance company. They tried to low ball us when it came to getting the funds. But Ted explained how things work and knew how to talk to them to get things taken care of.     I have been in the construction industry for 17 years , specifically the Water damage restoration industry , as well as claims adjusting property losses for Mercury insurance . I’ve worked with hundreds of contractors , and before meeting TMB , had 4-5 contractors do work on My own home . Before my home flooded, I had seen TMB’s work , and heard his praises from his prior customers . The day my own home flooded , there was no question in my mind who was going to put my home back together. It came out beautifully, and TMB lent me an ear and a tissue a few times during that pretty traumatic time. You can always find someone to do a job for cheaper , but trust me , it won’t get done right . TMB does what he says , and says what he means 👍🏻

    I had a water heater tank failure that resulted in need of water remediation and restoration. TBS Construction and Restoration, Inc were recommended through Cut n Dry (they did the water remediation). TMB (Mike) help walk me through the home warranty insurance claim process and submitted all the documentation require. Mike were thorough in his estimates of cost of restoration and submitted the estimated repairs in a detail itemize work content for USAA insurance to review. The scheduled restoration team - Hector and Abraham were professional in their trade. The painter came the next day to complete the process. The billing / payment process were easily done online after each phase of the restoration through quickbooks. I strongly recommend TMB Construction and Restoration if you have a home insurance claim for remediation / restoration.
