We had issues with slow draining kitchen sink, water heater making noises, rusted out connection by laundry hookups, and no running water to the his and her bathroom sinks. I called at 8:00, right when they open and someone answered. She listened to my list of repairs and put us in a time slot for the next day. She also mentioned if they could come out the same day, she would give me a call. To my surprise, she came back and had a service tech, Sam available to head over!Sam was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issues we were having and gave me an estimate before doing any work. I did end spending more because the garbage disposal was shot (causing the water to drain very slow in the kitchen sink). We went over options- there was no pressure into getting a new one, much less trying to talking me into a bigger more expensive one. I decided to replace it and was cautious about using up all his time to go pick one up. He assured me it was no problem, checked out everything else before leaving to get parts. He was back quickly, and finished up all the tasks that we needed. I was very impressed that he was able to take on the extra tasks and not be upset by it. I think that the way they schedule their techs have something to do with that. I asked him if he needed to be somewhere after my appointment. He said he doesnt find out until hes completely done with the services that I need. That way he doesnt feel rushed and can do quality work with whatever job he is currently working on. This is genius! We will be using them again when we have them install a water heater. (Something else we discussed before he left, and he gave me a quote right away for that too!) Highly recommended by us! -

I couldnt be happier with these guys.This is the 3rd time i have had them out to do various things. This timeI had 3 faucets replaced which i supplied.The install had some challenges due to the previous owner and the do it yourself type of work that was done. Sam recognized those challenges and fixed all those mistakes and installed all 3 faucets properly and in a timely manner.He was friendly, informative and professional.I keep their number in my phone and they are the only ones i will ever call.Oh and let me just say that the gal who answers the phone does a fantastic job of getting all the info so they have all the needed supplies on the truck for the specific job at hand.She is friendly and does an amazing job with scheduling.She even gave me a courtesy call which is very much appreciated.Plumbing can be a very stressful thing but with these guys there is never a stressful moment.Top knotch service!If your shopping around, dont bother wasting your time. Just give them a call. You wont be sorry.Thank you all for another wonderful experience. -

Excellent service. I left message after hours and my call was returned within 5 min. Jeff stopped by very quickly as my water pipes were leaking. He repaired all my leaky pipes quickly and perfectly in a very timely manner! Highly professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and conscientious. I highly recommend Mies Rooter & Plumbing. Jeff has handled all of my plumbing needs for over 20 years. I would never call anyone else! -

These guys are awesome! First of all, they were the only place that actually returned my call and was able to come out within a week. Second, the guy that came out was very professional and helpful and got my kitchen sink installed, even coming in lower than his initial estimate. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. -

Mies was so accommodating. I called at noon on a Friday and they did everything they could to get someone out the same day to clear roots from our sewer line. I couldnt imagine having to go the entire weekend not using any water in my house. Sam was courteous and explained the process very thoroughly. Thank you so much!!!! -

I had issues with my sewer backed up and found that the pipes going to the sewer were not installed correctly. The guys came out and reran my pipes the right way and unplugged my sewer. They are like magicians, they didnβt pull a rabbit out of a hat but they pulled a squirrel out of my sewer! They are very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!! -

The truck was at my neighbors house. I ran over to ask if they could help with my clogged drain. They took my information and after they finished that job, they came to my house. The men were courteous and very professional. I was really in a jam. They fixed it after giving me a quote before starting. I was impressed by the whole process. Excellent job and service. -

I had a different plumber here 3 days prior to me calling Mr Rooter because he didnt solve the sewer backup. I called and a tech came out in approx. 40 min. The other plumber took 2 days. Mr Rooter fixed the sewer issue and cleaned up everything. They were very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. Would definitely use them for every plumbing issue I will need in the future. -

Theres still hope in great business in todays world, and Jeff, Jami, and Sam prove it! They returned our call on a Sunday night, and were at our house the next day to take care of the issue. Excellent friendly customer service, including texts and calls indicating they were on their way and when they would be there. Jeff was up front and honest about options and pricing. Jeff was also very conscientious about wearing booties and covering walkways in our home, as well as cleaning up when they were done. Couldnt ask for more. Great people! Will be long-time customers! -

Prompt and Professional!! Personally answered my phone call at 6:50 am and service man Sam was at my house before 9:30 am. Drain was unclogged, Sam cleaned up, and was finished by 10:15 am. Perfect example of how a business should be operated. Thank you Mies Rooter and Plumbing! -

Of course our water heater gave out on a Saturday, 4pm. First I called Aherns because they were the ones who installed it. A gentleman told me he would relay the message. My intuition told me to call somebody else so it was Mies. I had to leave a message. About 15 minutes later Mies calls back and sets a date up for the following Monday. Aherns never called me back. So sad, you snooze, you lose. We got a great deal on an AO Smith with a great warranty. Thankyou Mr. Beulen -
