My wife and I are so glad we chose Pridex Construction for multiple projects around our house. Before we went with them, we met with countless of contractors who were unprofessional and flakey.The owner, Vall, is very professional and great at communicating with us since the beginning. We received an estimate on everything we wanted to accomplish and signed a contract with him. Also its great that theyre licensed because some of our projects involve permits and county inspection, which we passed! Throughout these projects, there were no change orders and upselling from him, and were so happy that the final price was what we agreed in the contract. His crew also kept their timeline of completing the projects and did quality work. Also huge shout out to Michael and Sergei. They are all super nice, hardworking guys, and they never had any excuses.Long story short - great quality construction, quick turnaround on our projects, easy to work with, and overall reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will love to work with them again!

Great work! Super responsive and on time. You can set up an appointment easily via Yelp. Extremely competitive pricing and I will definitely continue to go to them for all future needs.My dog dug a freaking hole in the wall and they were able to patch that up. Additionally, there were dents/scratches left by the previous tenant, and they were able to help repair all of those as well.I’m missing some stucco on the outside of the house, and he will be coming back to repair that as well. And based on their extremely competitive pricing, I’m thinking of painting an entire room over as well. The renters really did a number to my house 😭I’m glad I can rely and call on Pridex for all my needs. Very professional, fast response, and very competitive pricing makes them #1 to me!

Pridex Construction Group did a fantastic job repairing dry rot on our mid-century modern home. It was a specialized job that not many contractors would take, but Pridex Construction Group excelled. The team was prompt, professional, and meticulous in their work. Highly recommended!
