    Brad was so knowledgeable and efficient. I am a DIY guy but plumbing not so much. I had a leaky kitchen sink. Didnt want to get under the sink to fix it. For me it would have been brutal. Brad was here first thing in the am. Hour and a half done. The benefit, in addition to getting this done by a true professional, was that Brad is a pleasure to talk with. Do not hesitate to call Peaden and if Baldwin county, ask for Brad.

    Bradley performed a water heater flush. Was very professional, friendly, and informative . He did a thorough inspection in both bathrooms and kitchen. Provided estimates on some additional work to possibly be done in the future. Will request Bradley if I have any plumbing needs in the future.

    Abby! A great girl. Very knowledgeable.very pleasant. Came out at almost midnight and fixed everything. She is a lovely young woman , and a better technician than many men in the past who have done work for us. Although Abby was / is at this moment very pregnant, she still had the energy and professionalism to help us out in a very (Hot) situation with no time for herself or her baby that day. As our AC was out and we were roasting.I hope she is well appreciated by her company, . I cant say enough about her. All blessings to her and her family and unborn baby boy. The Dunton family

    Amber is fantastic! She is our go to lady for any of our A/C problems! We have used her before when we lived in Mobile and now with the new house we bought in Daphne. Our upstairs unit couldn’t keep up with this heat so we called her to come check it out.     Wade was aware of a different style of toilet tank apparatus that would allow for proper flush to fill the toilet bowl, thus alleviating need to change out our toilet and saving work time for him and money for us. Amber and he changed out the exhaust fan over the toilet, accessed in the attic.Both employees had great attitudes doing all the tasks.

    I am 81 years old and have many air and heat companies come and service my unit. Most of the time when I say something it is like I am not there and they treat me like a second person. Not with Peaden, They sent a young man, Jeremy Lambeth, that was polite and talked to me with respect with a smile. I could tell he was a gentleman and a hard worker. He explained the issues I had with my heater and even adjusted the wires so not to be unsafe for me. We talked about his children and my time in the military and other topics while he worked cleaning my unit and even found a old balloon stock in my heater duct that could present a problem in the future. When he left I felt that my heater was ready for another winter. If there were more stars I would give Peaden 100 more. I highly recommend Peaden for you air and heater needs.

From the start every thing was awesome! called in for free look over on Ac system since i have used Handson ac service and the difference every thing from the call appointment set up to the service being done was amazing from Peaden.The Tech Blake Davison was purely amazing unlike other techs that come take your money and take pictures and leave and then send you an estimate for 5k and you dont know why... He took his time went though everything and explained things like, where things are and how much it could cost in not done right or maintenance done. its amazing the service that i received and they also have a membership for 25 a month with perks for ac, electric, and plumbing worth it! But thanks again Blake Davison for the info and awesome job done!
