    We were reluctant to put up a fence as it would cover our beautiful scenic views. Ronnie helped us to plan a design that would make our yard safe for our grandson and not rob us of our lovely views. They did an excellent job, were quick, efficient and affordable.     We just completed our 3rd scope of work with Black Built Construction. Our experience with Black Build Construction is always very positive. We just had cabinetry work done to include handles and pull out drawers. Very pleased with the outcome! Anthony and Cotton were polite, helpful and tidy. Originally I reached out to them to get information on building a deck and got a same day response. My request for a quotation was delivered the next day by the owner Ronnie Black. We agreed on the details and the job was started in the agreed time frame and was completed on time and to specification! The job site was left clean and ready to enjoy. The owner Ronnie Black and his crew were prompt, courteous and caring with regard to us. He treats his crew with respect and kindness. It was a pleasure working with Black Built Construction and we would not hesitate to do so for future projects.

    Wow were we impressed with Ronnie and his entire group of professionals, not only were they the lowest bidder but used much higher quality materials ie 6x6 door post and steel reinforced gates.     Very highly recommended if you are seeking quality work, competitive rates, and a contractor who listens to your design requirements these are the right people. The crew doing my job was professional, experienced, attentive to details, punctual and courteous. It can be difficult to locate contractors willing to take on out-of-the-ordinary projects. Black Built didnt hesitate when I approached them for a quote to make modifications in my attic and attic access in preparation for a new AC installation upgrade. Im completely satisfied with their performance and the finished product.

    Anthony and Cotton completed my pergola on Monday (except for the base wraps that I asked them to wait for a later date).     We called Ronnie Black at Black Built Construction based on reviews I saw and we are very happy we did. We asked him to replace a set of porch stairs so they were easier for our elderly parents to climb as well as another set of stairs because those were in poor shape and we also wanted to enclose the bottom of our home with louvered walls for esthetics.1) Ronnie showed up and on time2) he returned calls and texts when I had questions-3) he was very kind and professional and explained everything he was going to do.He sent two of his employees, Anthony and Cotton to do the job. From the very first day - they communicated, were very professional and courteous. They showed up ready to go every day- even when we were about to get hit with a severe thunderstorm! When we had something we wanted changed, they were happy to do it and made sure we were happy with the outcome.We also appreciated that they were very conscious about safety while they were working and taking precautions for us when they left.If you are looking for honest, hardworking and skilled workers I would highly recommend you call Black Built Construction.

    After hurricane Sally hit we were in need of some fence repairs. We let it go for several year, but then found out the name of someone who could get the replacement boards to match our fence and it was Black Built Construction. They got our boards ordered and put in. We were so impressed with their professionalism and their work, that we contacted them when we needed our screen replaced on our back porch and some painting done on the inside of our home. I could not have asked for a better group of people to come into my home and do this work for us. Not only was the job finished slightly ahead of schedule, but the work that was done is beautiful. All of the people were so professional in their work, friendly to work with, and truly perfectionist on the jobs they were doing. They were very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend calling them if you have some home repairs, updates, or other things needing done in your home and outside your home, to have them come out and talk with you. I will definitely use this company again in the future, and we have already recommended them personally to another family member. It is always a good feeling to not only love the job someone has done for you, but working with them was truly a pleasure.

    I am pleased to recommend to you the services provided by Black Built Construction. Ron Black and his crew did an excellent job on two projects for us following Hurricane Sally: they rebuilt our fence (which had been blown down), reusing much of the existing wood, thus saving us a good deal of money. They also installed skiting on a replacement garden shed that had been destroyed by a fallen tree. Their work is professional, their communication is good (and timely).

    We LOVE our CUSTOM deck and pergola Ronnie and his expert crew created. He used my crude drawings from deck & patio design books that I bought on Amazon. We enjoy the 24 seat along the backside with 3 planters/beverage tops built in so planters do not tip over in our high winds. FUN to entertain on--so stable and well-built! The hanging flowers and succulents from the pergola accent the flowers and succulents on the patio and tabletops--somewhat like a botanical garden on the wooden deck! I have flowers and herbs planted in coco baskets hanging off the railings, too. We THANK God for Ronnie and his efficient crew for their timely, quality construction. Would definitely use him again and highly recommend them.

    Black Built Construction far exceeded my expectations. From a timely estimate, starting the job when promised, doing quality work and having a great, hard working crew, just to name a few. They put up 400+ feet of fence, repaired and replaced roofs on two outbuildings, poured new concrete in one and rebuilt my balcony. Every concern was addressed. The crew was very personable and had a great work ethic. I cannot praise them enough for the job that was done.

    I rarely write reviews, but we have ALWAYS had such a good experience with Ronnie that we thought he deserved a review. It is hard to find contractors who return calls and do what they say they are going to do. Ronnie always returns our phone calls quickly and is always professional in our interactions with him. We have had him do several projects on our vacation rental and fully trust him to do the work even though we are out of state. We know he will do the job with integrity and complete it in a timely manner. We recently had an emergency job that needed to be done and we were not surprised when he stepped up and got it done for us. Thank you Ronnie!
