    I was very impressed with Chaz Martin. He came out and went on my roof. He showed me all the problems and then worked with my insurance due to storm damage. He even came back and met with the adjuster. He helped me with picking out shingles for my roof and with any questions. He came out the day the roof was installed and the team was in and out in one day. I think the roof looks spectacular and highly recommend this company.

    Just had our new roof installed. It started as a no pressure, free roof inspection. Turns out we had some hail damage, which our insurance company came out later a few days later and also validated.We were guided through the entire process with clear communication - and proper expectations set - by our sales and install expert Taylor. He brought out multiple shingle samples for us to review and, with his guidance, we were clearly able to see how the various colors would potentially match (or clash) with our existing siding and brick finishes.Once we decided to move forward with the installation, the process moved quickly and was scheduled within just a couple of days. The day of the install was fantastic, as the install crew and project manager arrived promptly at 7am and wrapped up a little after 4pm. They did a fantastic job with cleanup as well. Taylor was kind enough to stop by after the install to make sure we were thrilled with the results and offered further assistance if needed. Thanks Taylor and ET Restorations for the amazing new roof! Highly recommended organization.

    These guys are top notch, professional and will deliver results!! We had hail damage for several years and ET was the only roofer that never hesitated to work with us and Allstate to help handle our claim. They came 4 different times to provide documentation and proof of damage.I can’t say enough about Izzy and the rest of the company. They followed through on everything they said. Their work was top notch and replaced my roof within a day. Code upgrades, better shingles, understanding of proper venting - they knew. When they finished, my yard was so clean, it was like they were never there.Highly recommend and can’t thank them enough.

    We just had a roof replacement and wanted to recommend Damon Morris at ET Restorations. Damon is very professional and reliable to work with. He inspected our roof first. Insurance company then sent an inspector inspected the roof again. Next day, Damon went back to our roof to make sure the insurance inspector marked all of the damages that he had inspected. Were so impressed by his working attitude. With Damons help the entire process went very smooth. We highly recommend ET Restorations.

    I cant say enough good things about my experience with ET Restorations. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dylan and Hannah throughout the process of replacing my roof. They came out for a free inspection and noted some storm damage. Ive never made a claim on insurance before so they helped me through the whole process. During the time leading up to the work I had several questions and both Dylan and Hannah were always happy to answer them. Whenever I called or texted them, they always answered the call and texted back promptly. The crew came out and did an awesome job replacing the roof and cleaning up afterwards.     Wow! I cannot believe I am writing a review for a roof installation but here I am. I was so impressed with Ryan and Izzy that it does warrant a review for a job well done.We called Izzy after finding a water leak in our attic.Izzy understood our urgency and came to our home right away, with Ryan, to perform an inspection.Based on their knowledge, they gave a very throughout report and walked us thru the process of insurance claim.Ryan met with our insurance inspector, and without any issue, our roof was approved for full replacement.The workers that installed the roof were super friendly and cleaned up after themselves very well. With kids and a dog, It was very important to not have nails left behind. We only found 1, which is impressive!In addition, we had some damage to our ceiling and Izzy sent Al, his painter, to repaint the entire hallway ceiling.Al did a great job as well. We now have a brand new looking ceiling and a brand new roof, all covered by insurance.Thank you Izzy and Ryan for providing an amazing service, while being honest, on time and friendly. You two are awesome. 5 stars all around for this business!

From the time Jordan came to my house to inspect the roof I knew he was God sent and I would not have to stress over the damages on our roof. The process was smooth from beginning.     After an inspection of my home prior to sale there were multiple questionable shingles and prospective buyer was nervous.     I called ET to request a roof inspection and spoke with Brittany. She was super helpful and was able to make an appointment for me within a few days that coordinated well with my schedule. Mike and the team arrived on time and were a pleasure to work with. Friendly, personable, and obviously very knowledgeable about their craft. They listened to my concerns, did a thorough inspection, and were able to tell me exactly what was causing the issue and how best to fix it so that it wouldn’t give us any future problems. They even took the time to fix the problem the same day so that we wouldn’t have to worry about the rain forecasted later this week. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and ET Restorations for your roofing needs (and I’m sure they’re just as skilled at the other services they offer.) Not only are they the best at what they do, but they’re also nice, honest people who truly care about their customers’ happiness and well-being... and that’s not always easy to come by. We have another project planned for the future and will absolutely be calling ET again.

    I filled out an online request to have a roof leak checked. Izzy immediately called me to set up a time the same day. I was unable to be there when Izzy and Ryan arrived. They inspected my roof and the area of concern and sent me pics of the areas they were inspecting. I received a text from Izzy later that evening saying that he thinks my issue was because I had exposed nail holes near some of my roof vents. Not only did Ryan and Izzy repair the nail holes, they took the time to caulk every vent and nail hole that they could see in order to be sure the issue was fixed. He said he was done and the rest of the roof looked to be in good shape. I tried to pay and they refused to take any money. When it is time for a new roof I know who I am calling. Excellent service, professionalism, and same day service.

    We recently realized our roof was falling apart (long story!) thankfully we reached out to Jon at ET Restorations and he immediately got us working with Izzy. Within a week, our homeowners claim was filed, approved and were scheduled for our new roof installation! Not only did Izzy facilitate most of this process, but he went above and beyond to reach out to our adjuster directly to coordinate increase in payment for additional considerations.     I saw a neighbor having a roof being replaced and walked over to find out more information about my roof which was getting to the point of needing work as well. The gentleman conversed with me for a moment and explained that he could give a free estimate and that it would be a possibility that my insurance company could pay the cost. After taking a good look at the roof and the damage in several locations, he helped me file a claim with my insurance, and the process of how that works. The next day an adjuster and inspector from the insurance confirmed I needed a new roof , ET Restorations quickly set up a date to repair and replace my roof with no problems and did a outstanding job!! I highly recommend them. A very smooth process from start to finish which started with a quick question about roofing repairs .. to a final result of a new roof in a weeks time from start to finish with insurance company , inspection, adjuster ..to complete satisfaction of the job. Great staff a ET Restorations!!

    ET Restoration came out to our house to do a free estimate due to a leak. Friendly gentlemen and they make sure that YOU are taken care of before anything else. We thankfully (financially happy wise) didn’t have to do anything to our roof, it was just a builder error that needed simple caulking, but they will be our number once contact and I’ll be a forever customer.     Update: Came back and fixed the problem. It looks better. I have something new that I didnt have before all this started. No way to tell if its related. I upped my review based on them addressing my problem. I still think Tyler is great. Original: Came right away after hurricane damage and said the caulking around the chimney was failing. Shouldnt be done that way. Quote seemed reasonable and my roof needed to be fixed before next storm.Roofers showed up next day and shingles look good. However, reused old rusty flashing at chimney AND caulked shingles to the chimney vinyl siding. They came once to fix, caulked even more, still see old rusty flashing.Waiting for third repair, hopefully it will be right this time.Stay on top of installers - maybe have someone inspect before they leave would save frustration for everyone.They installed drip edge and solved one of my problems, so 50/50...Will update review with results.

    Jordan, is who I dealt with. His service from day one was superb. He walked me through every step of the way from insurance questions to choosing the right shingles. I was rather annoying to them I sure, but they had patience and handled everything with the utmost courtesy.     I had a new roof installed approximately 4 years ago. Colby helped us deal with our insurance company on completing the job. Our insurance company wanted to only replace a section of the roof, but we had a full replacement option with our coverage. Colby and ET Restorations helped by getting me connected with a 3rd party independent inspector who fought for us. Ultimately, we got our roof replaced and ET Restorations completed the job quickly and efficiently.Fast forward to this past week. I found a water leak in the attic. After walking around the exterior of the home, I found three shingles had broke off in the recent storm. I called ET Restorations and they set up an appointment for the following day. Colby and Jon came out and took a look at the roof. They were able to get to work, and quickly replaced the small sections that had broken off.What a great company! Highly recommend.

    Tyler and Izzy were fantastic! They came out to inspect when my roof was leaking, and found significant hail damage. They handled contact with the homeowners insurance, and even went to bat for me when homeowners insurance was being difficult. It took a little while to get all of the insurance issues worked out, but Tyler was on top of that. Izzy and Tyler were both fantastic and responsive when I needed questions answered. Finally when everything was sorted out with the homeowners insurance, immediately they were out here putting a new roof on.
