    Pond Plumbing and Drain is absolutely incredible! Joe takes his work seriously and is extremely knowledgeable. I had him do some work to replace piping on my water heater and he did it quickly and at a reasonable price. I casually mentioned I was having trouble with my garbage disposal and he came in and fixed the problem at no additional cost. I definitely recommend the company for any plumbing needs you may have. You wont be disappointed!

    I had 2 other plumbers come out (from top Atlanta “brand names”) to inspect an issue. One for a pre-house inspection and one to address a concern. Both completely missed on a MASSIVE CONCERN, which came up after we moved in, which was found by Joe at Pond plumbing very quickly. His pricing was extremely fair, he was very honest, and gave us good advice on maintaining the home so he wouldn’t have to come out again.I’d recommend Pond Plumbing to anyone with no hesitation!

    Pond Plumbing and drain does excellent work. Joe arrived on time and had all of the materials needed to perform the work we had agreed upon. He went above and beyond with the work, even repairing a sink for free in addition to the work he was already doing.His pricing was very fair and clearly communicated beforehand. I will be using him again next time I need a plumber.

    Pond Plumbing and Drain were able to help a friend of mine with their leaking tankless water heater. It was 8 years old and has never been serviced. He approved for a new unit. Joe also helped with a high water pressure issue the home had. My friend loves his new tankless water heater! Joe was professional and extremely knowledgeable on tankless water heaters.     So, I thought watching a You Tube how to video would allow me to fix a faulty leaking kitchen touchless faucet. Turns out my attempts only made the situation worse. Literally, threw in the wet towel and called Joe Pond. Its a Saturday AM, and Joe was at our house within (30) minutes. Assessed the situation, and had the repair done very quickly for a very reasonable price. Cant thank Joe enough for his quick response and professional workmanship.     Joe went above and beyond for us! We live in Buckhead and had a “water hammer” issue that Joes fixed. He was: on time, explained the issue and what needed to be fixed, didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t need, kept our house clean, charged a fair price without needing to haggle, and was just an overall really nice guy!     Pond Plumbing and Drain changed out three faucets for me. I had very old faucets that had not been changed and that were not working well. Joe gave me websites that I was unaware of, where I could find different updated styles of faucets in polished brass that would not break the bank, since this harder to find in the affordable range I was appreciative. He not only changed out the faucets but changed out the piping as I had several slow drains did not drain properly.Joe is extremely knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and detail oriented. He went above and beyond. If you want a job done right by someone you can trust for a fair price give him a call. You wont regret it!

    Super responsive, showed up exactly when they said they would and the owner, Joe, was super friendly and explained the repair options and provided a very fair quote! We had a leak with our water main from the meter to the house and Joe quickly found it and had the repairs done in about two hours.
