We had an excellent experience with Valley Ridge Roofing! Our home needed a new roof and additional repairs after spring hail storms in 2024. We were fortunate to have Harrison do a thorough inspection of the roof and other structures on the property, gathering photos and details for the claim. I contacted my insurance company only once to make the initial claim, and after that the Valley Ridge office took control and everything magically got done (thankyou Emily and Samantha). The job needed a few supplemental claims to be done correctly and Valley Ridge handled all the insurance negotiation and coordination.The roofing came first and the large job was finished in one day on the hottest day of the year. Harrison made sure all my concerns were addressed and the crew left behind a beautiful roof and a clean yard and pool. The other repairs (gutters, replacing window glass and trim, fence and deck cleaning/staining, wood trim, garage doors and front doors painting) were scheduled and completed soon after with excellent results. We even contracted additional work that was not part of the damage clam, so its a real benefit that Valley Ridge can handle not only the roofing, but all the other work you may need to have done.I hope we wont need a new roof anytime soon, but its good knowing that we have Valley Ridge on hand to get us through it with ease. I had an amazing experience working with Valley Ridge Construction who helped me with the entire claim process after the May 2023 hail storm. I highly recommend them for many reasons. Not only are they able to manage the full scope of the project versus having to hire individual contractors when you have extensive damage after a hail storm the whole staff are also good, caring and honest people that go out of their way to make sure they handle everything in a smooth and timely manner. I was extremely happy with the new roof, gutters/downspouts, fence and all the other items that had to be replaced due to the hail damage. Valley Ridge Construction will be my “go to” contractor if I need any repairs in the future! -

We were hit with a bad hail storm. Valley Ridge was out here same-day to make sure we didnt have anything urgent, and Jake followed up with a full inspection the very next day. He attended both insurance inspections, and our second insurance adjuster even expressed to me how impressed she was with Jake. Thanks to him, our insurance company had zero issue covering the damage to our roof and fence. Had he not pushed for a re-inspection and worked well with the second adjuster, we wouldve been out of luck! -

We were hit pretty hard in June of 2023 with the storms that passed through. Valley Ridge diligently worked with our insurance company and helped us get all the repairs needed. Their roofers were kind, hard working, and many of them have been with Valley Ridge for over 20 years. Mario was our property manager, and he brought a picnic for our family plus all the workers one day. The attention to detail and protecting the pool equipment, windows, and cars was exceptional. We got a new roof (and get the extra ridge, its AMAZING and added alot to the house), gutters, doors, painted the exterior of our home, and repaired and stained the fence. They truly did an amazing job. I will use them again. I am thankful for their hard work and for treating our home as though it was theirs. They did a superb job. -

I recently called Nick at Valley Ridge Construction late on a Sunday night with concerns about my roof. To my surprise, he immediately got back to me and talked through my issues. Impressively, he scheduled an appointment for the next morning, even though it was Memorial Day. Nick arrived with his drone, thoroughly inspecting the roof.His professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service are truly remarkable, especially in this day and age. It’s never easy having a roof replaced. Thanks to a major hail storm, our property needed not only 4 roofs to be replaced, but a trellis as well; there was quite a bit of damage.We chose to work with Valley Ridge, thanks to the first impression made by David Sanchez. He made us feel like we would be taken care of and that we could trust them.The entire Valley Ridge team went above and beyond, making sure our insurance company took care of not just the roofs, but a trellis and HVAC system that were damaged by the storm. Making sure the damaged HVAC system is replaced by our insurance company wasn’t their job, but they wanted to make sure we were left better off than we were before the storm. What company does that? Valley Ridge does!Throughout the entire process, Grace kept us up to date on the progress and continually pushed the insurance company when needed.With all of the fly-by-night roofing companies out there looking to make a quick buck, choosing a quality established company like Valley Ridge was an easy decision, and we highly recommend the entire crew.On a side note, not only did Valley Ridge’s roofing crew do an awesomejob replacing all 4 roofs, but the fencing company they used to repair the wood in our trellis and gazebo did such a great job that we’ve since hired them to replace our wrought iron fence.That’s just another sign of a qualify roofing company; they choose quality partner contracting companies to work with them and to take care of their customers.You can’t go wrong by selecting Valley Ridge! -

I chose Valley Ridge Construction after watching how methodically and efficiently they worked from start to finish replacing two other hail-damaged roofs on my block, and I was not disappointed. Everyone I encountered from the office personnel to the roofers themselves were true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. They worked with my insurance company so I barely had to while keeping me informed every step of the way, and they worked with us to install a new roof deck and radiant barrier at minimal additional cost to us. When they were finished they cleaned up so well they barely left a trace. I will definitely call them again the next time I need a new roof. -

After finding shingles in our lawn after a stormy March and a gusty April, we decided to finally do a roof inspection. We reached out to Valley Ridge based on more than one neighbor having a positive experience (and a great looking roof)! My husband and I were fully bracing to be told that we would need a new roof. Zach, their residential sales representative, came out to do an inspection. Zach was friendly and informative. He patiently answered all of our questions and concerns. And after walking our roof (no drone), he reported that our roof was still in good shape with no need to replace it at this time.We have no doubt that other companies would have taken advantage of us expecting to need a new roof. Zach provided photos and took the time to point out areas to watch for. He even added a little silicon caulk around some minor areas. And all of this was a part of the free inspection!My husband and I are truly grateful for our neighbors’ recommendation and Valley Ridge’s integrity. I checked the Better Business Bureau and other online reviews for a roofing company & selected Valley Ridge.Miles met with me, inspected my roof, told me what he suggested & what materials would be used. He met with my insurance adjuster so that the process would run smoothly. Any time I texted or called him, he responded quickly; informed and very polite.The date was set, the roof was replaced in one day, my yard & driveway clean when they left, and I am pleased with the job done & the shingle color we selected.We also needed some interior work done and since it is Valley Ridge Roofing & Construction, they coordinated that work and let me know the date & times that work would be completed. Would give 6+ stars if possible. Zach came out to look into a noise we’d been hearing for a while from our roof. He called me the same day that I called the main office to schedule a visit. He was flexible and available to come as soon as the following day. When he came out he and his partner did a thorough inspection of our roof, at no charge! They noticed a small piece of metal that might be causing the problem, and secured it for us, again at no charge. They were honest, and didn’t try to get us to pay for things we didn’t need.We will be calling them again for any other roofing or home construction we have. -

I had a complimentary inspection done to make sure the roof was water tight for the storm season. The representative completed their inspection and went over the damage they found that in detail. Even though there wasn’t enough damage to proceed with getting a new roof Valley Ridge will be my first call after a storm to make sure my roof is water tight or to address any storm damage. -
