    Mark and Katie installed two ceiling fans and two light fixtures for us. They were exceptionally professional.     Don and Tom arrived promptly this morning. They did a thorough job inspecting our electrical outlets, checking connections , and making recommendations for repairs that were needed. I got a full cost break down for all of their and all the repairs were made during this service call. They were also able to help me save some money on the needed repairs.     I purchased a barrel sauna and hired A-American to install. I cant tell you how impressed I was with Mark and Katy who spent the better part of a day installing a 40 amp line .     A - American electricians Stewart and Andy worked on our electric service located in Marion NC. They are extremely professional and experienced as they installed a new meter pan on our utility pole. They worked with Rutherford Electric coordinating a service disconnect and reconnection once all of the new power equipment was installed. Kudos to both Stewart and Andy for a job well done.On the same day we had an electrical issue with our well. Electrician Ethan was dispatched personally by Jeremy and same responded to our residence after hours to investigate and repair our electrical issue regarding our well pump. Ethan should be commended for taking the time away from his family in order to get our well pump operational.

    I cant say enough good things about this company. I have used them several times and they are always professional. During the hurricane they went a step above. My Electric service was severely damaged. No cell service so I drove to their building. The vice president met with me and was so understanding and sympathetic. Took all my information and in two days they were at my house. Did great work. Took so much anxiety away. I wont use anyone else from now on. These guys are the best.

    I just had the pleasure of dealing with Katie and Mark. I had some extremely pesky Siemens breakers that were constantly tripping and causing major issues in our home. They called ahead of time, and within about 30 minutes had swapped everything out. They were pleasant, professional, and extremely courteous.     They havent steered me wrong, since I left another electrical service company. They are fair and honest about what needs to be done and have come in cheaper than others in the area. Recently Don and Tom did some amazing work re-wiring some receptacles the previous homeowner had wired wrong. They were quick, personable, and super helpful.     I went to turn on my overhead fan in my master bedroom and everything in the room just went dead. Went to the electrical panel and nothing. I called A-American Electric first thing the next morning because they were close and a very nice woman found a tech in my area and he was at my house in 20 mins. Mike diagnosed and fixed the issue (broken switch) in under an hour. I cannot stress how pleased at I am with the level of service. Mike was wonderful and I am very grateful he was close by. I will use A-American Electric for all my electrical needs going forward. Wonderful company, wonderful people.

    We had 8 lights replaced today and 2 fuses replaced. Kurt, Katie and James came. I cannot tell you how wonderful this experience was. It was a complete pleasure to have them in our home.     A-American Electric has done many things for me in the past including putting an outlet into my bathroom which I love. It is a need I wanted for a long time in this old house. Recently I purchased a chandelier that I wanted to hang over my kitchen table. It required a converter to change from a mounted light to a hanging one. I called and talked to Patrick and asked if this was something they could do for me. He said immediately that if I could bring it to them he would look at it and see. I took it over and he put it together and did not charge me for it. I put that light up and I cannot tell you how happy that made me. I recommend this company without hesitation. They are professional, kind, responds quickly and does excellent work.

    Recently I purchased a whole house Kohler generator from Carolina Energy systems which was delivered and prepped for install in my yard. To those of you unfamiliar with this process it is pretty complex. The initial set up and placement must be done correctly. Then comes the electric hookup which in my case was fairly complicated.A-American Electric in Fletcher assigned top notch electricians to my job. My generator required an ATS (automatic transfer switch) which starts the generator during an outage and powers up the house without any input from me. The electricians also needed to add and delete a few circuits that I requested be part of the circuitry. I was fortunate that the electricians assigned to my job were very experienced, on time and polite! Lead electrician Don came out a day early to look over the job and see what was needed. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the circuitry necessary for my particular hookup. With Don, was Devon and John, also top notch electricians who assisted in the install which took the better part of two days. Next step is the propane gas hookup and then the Carolina Energy technician comes out to initiate the start up and teach me what I need to know. I couldnt be happier with the set up so far and thankful for the smooth process and top notch providers.

    I purchased a run-down 1961 home. Updating it has been challenging, especially when I learned the home backup system would have to be installed in a bedroom. My first thought was, what a mess. A-American Electric, however, provided exceptional service from my first phone call to the completion of the install. Quotes were quick and easy. Their rates are better than competitors. They helped me purchased compatible components for the transfer switch. The installation was punctual, seamless and quick. Outside of the necessary cuts, there was no damage to the drywall.     The professions came for a last minute request. They were personable and did a quality job. I had yard water feature installers at my home. They uncovered an existing electric line that needed to be moved over in order to install the new water feature. If the electricians had not come when they did, the installers would have had to return on another day. They had driven 2 hours to instal the water feature that day. We were so thankful to A-American for sending professionals so quickly.

    I was looking for an electrician who wouldn’t rip me off. We bought a new dishwasher that needed a line and outlet put in. I hired a company through recommendations on next door. They charged us over 600 to do the job so I needed to do a better job researching to find a company that wouldn’t over charge. From doing research on Yelp I found a company that got great reviews A-America Electric. I called to have them come and change 2 outlets over from 2 to 3 prong and check the wiring on one of them. They came the same day I called and did a great job. They even installed my AC unit for me. The price was reasonable and I found out that they were the ones who installed the breaker box in our house. I highly recommend them if your looking for an honest company to do any electrical work in your house

When I called A-American Electric, the woman who answered was very understanding and actually found me an electrician for that same day! The technician called before he came for the appointment and asked about the problem and proceeded to purchase what was needed for the repair and installation before he even made it to my house! He was very professional and took extra caution with the products. He even gave me suggestions on cheaper more productive ways for a dryer cord for 3prong vs 4prong.     Excellent. The caliber of expertise these electricians possess is incredible. A-American helped us renovate a 1910 historic home that had archaic knob-and-tube wiring. They also improved our home’s safety by tediously and painstakingly changing out each outlet receptacle to tamper-resistant. This highly complex restoration project was executed flawlessly complete with full detailed explanations. The electricians were timely, professional, and personable.     Last April, we had a large tree limb fall through our roof during a storm, crushing the roof and frame. The incoming water damaged the walls, floor, and contents of about two thirds of the house. We had to move out during the 7 month rebuild. The house is a 1928 bungalow which still had all of the original knob and tube wiring in place. We decided to bring the electrical system up to code during the rebuild since most of the walls already had to be demolished. A-American was highly recommended to us by a friend who had used their services. We were pleases that A-America was able to coordinate with the lead contractor on the project. There were a few instances when communication lapses between these two contracting companies caused some delays in completion of the project, however, some hick-ups are to be expected on a project of this scale. My interactions with all of the A-American staff were very positive. I especially enjoyed working with Stewart, bouncing ideas around on best ways to install fixtures and place outlets, and how to best address issues that come up while trying to get a 90 year old house up to modern code. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed quickly and professionally by the staff. Since weve been moved back in, weve been very impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Every fixture and outlet works as designed. We even have a working doorbell now. Overall, we had a good experience working with A-American and we would recommend them to others.

Paula took care of initial scheduling and how the process works and kept me in the loop prior to the work start date. Raymond and Graham came out and took care of business and Raymond kept me up to speed on project progression. They were friendly, professional and the work looks great. They left the space cleaner than when they started. A-American did business like it should be done. I appreciate that as unfortunately it is so rare these days. Now, Ill have to spruce up the rest of the house to match up to that panel installation! I will definitely use them for future projects.

    Ethan (from A-American Electric Inc.) came to us via a renovation project through Tripps Renovations, Hendersonville, NC. Ethan and his co-worker Kaleb did an excellent job of adding electrical and cable outlets prior to drywall repair work. In the process, they discovered an old electrical problem that could have been a serious issue and promptly took care of it. They were professional, efficient and respectful of our property, to include cleaning up after the job was completed. They obviously work for a professional, honest, quality company in A-American Electric. We would definitely use them again, and I will be advising our condo association to place them on our preferred contractor list. If you have projects, do yourself a favor and discuss them with these companies.
