If you are looking for a trustworthy, extremely nice, easy to work with, good quality builder, then Dean A. Bowman Construction is the company for you! My husband and I absolutely love our new custom built home completed from start to finish by the Bowman’s. We owe them a huge thank you for making our dream of building a custom home on our property become a reality. After checking into several different builders, the deciding factor for us to go with the Bowman’s boiled down to trust. We truly felt very comfortable working with the Bowman’s and trusted them 100% to lead us through this process. Ian, Dean, and Alex were always very kind, patient, and demonstrated great knowledge throughout the process. We also felt like they were the only company that would work with us on creating a custom home within our budget but without cutting corners and sacrificing on the quality of our home. In addition, we also loved how we were not limited on choosing finishes from preselected materials- we could truly pick anything we wanted. We highly recommend the Bowman’s for building your dreams!

They were very supportive in all phases – from helping us find property to giving us great advice throughout the design process. The app was very beneficial as it kept all of our choices and communications organized. We absolutely LOVE our new home that DA Bowman built for us! In fact, we wish we knew about them sooner in the process to avoid other headaches. Ian, Alex, and Troy were amazing to work with through the entire project and never shied away from challenges we put before them to make this our forever home. Customization, friendliness, cleanliness, knowledgeable, and attentiveness are some of their great characteristics that make working with them a breeze. Our two year old still asks if her “friends” (Troy and the other tradesmen) are at our house.If you’re in the market for a new, custom home...hands down, these are your guys!!!

When it came time for a complete do over on our master bathroom, we asked around among friends about who they would recommend. We kept hearing about Bowman Construction. We were very impressed with their presentation outlining the architectural plans, costs, and time frame. As with any major project, there were several hurdles to overcome and a few twists and turns to navigate. These were handled flawlessly. Ian kept us informed throughout the project. What can I say about the result? Weve been using the new master bath for almost a year now and I still remark to my wife at least once or twice a week, This is such a great bathroom. Bowman construction is a neighbor of ours. They always are friendly to chat, have a very neat and tidy property, very friendly and helpful to the community. I recollect a time last winter the power went out in the village and they offered for anyone that needed to, to come by their shop and get warm and have some warm beverages.

My wife and I had our forever home build by Bowman. It is quite task to select all the options we wanted but we made it through the process. From the time they broke ground till we moved in was about 5 1/2 months and that was during the pandemic.Some minor things had to be tweaked but all in all things were done very well. We have been in about 2 months and all is well.They were very easy to work with and professional at every level. If we ever had to have another home built, we would start with Ian and not look anywhere else.

My husband and I had some remodeling and upgrades done in our kitchen. We also had a 1/2 bath installed just off the kitchen in our laundry area. Dean and Ian were very professional and efficient! The quality of work was outstanding!! We were so happy with the work they did, we had them come back and pour a cement patio and install new garage windows for us as well!! They are now our go to guys for any of our contract needs and we would highly recommend them to anyone!! :)
