    Handyman On Call LLC repaired my attic window today which had suddenly fallen off. I am very please with the job they did. For almost two months, I had been unable to find someone to do the job because of the height. Some folks came and were trying to sell me new windows instead. I was fortunate to find Handyman On Call LLC in The Real Yellow Pages. I contacted them and they sent out Larry Bryans to come take a look and provide me with an estimate. He explained what needed to be done. The required parts were ordered and the technician came today and did the repairs. I am definitely a happy customer and now I know who to call when I have issues in my house.

    Handyman on Call moved and reinstalled an 8’ handrail and installed a new 12’ handrail to our second floor. They also painted the upstairs hallway and stairs that are very difficult to reach. The gentleman was meticulous in his painting and his craftsmanship was excellent. We’re very pleased.

    Handyman On Call LLC recently installed a radon mitigation system for my home. The work was performed excellently in a timely manner and a follow-up was performed to confirm the system is functioning efficiently.     We needed an old cedar shake shingle roof removed and a new one installed. I put the roof on with my Dad who was a roofer over 30 years ago. Since I am 30 years older I did not feel steady enough to do the roof this time. The shingles were rotten. There is a specific way hand split cedar shakes need to be installed. On day one the 3 man crew removed the rotten shingles and started replacing the new cedar shakes. When they left I went out to pick up any nails or pieces of shingles they didnt pick up. To my surprise there wasnt any! One of the workers, named Jimmy came back the next 2 days to finish the job. he worked tirelessly for almost 2 days and he did an amazing job. The roof was done much better than i anticipated. I am totally impressed with the quality of the work and will be reaching out to Handyman On Call in the future. GREAT JOB

    Powerwashing of my townhouse came out exactly as I wanted. The drywall, ceiling light installation, and especially the exhaust fan cover replacement by Javier was perfect.     Thank you Handy Man On Call -Robinson and Rueben were great! My gutters are cleaned - and the pictures and 70+ lb. mirror were expertly hung with meticulous attention to detail. I appreciate their professionalism and promptness. I appreciate the time they took ensuring the work was perfect even going the extra mile to place two pictures where I originally decided rather than allowing me to change the location to make them easier to hang because the studs were not where needed for stability. Robinson was right- when he told me not to change my mind on the original placement location because I would not be happy - they made it work-professionally (using the right tools/equipment to hang securely). Everything is excellent - the 8’ x 4’ all glass 70+ lb. mirror and 7 others large pictures, purchased 2 years ago are finally in place and look awesome. I appreciate Larry, the Estimator.     We had a high radon test come back and found Handyman On Call to be one of the only certified radon mitigation companies in our area. They installed a ventilation system and offered suggestions for other things to do myself, saving me from having to pay someone to do it. Both the owner who first came out, as well as the tech who did the install, were very friendly and completely cleaned up after the job. I had a concern after the work was completed and the owner himself came back to take care of it. Will definitely use them again in the future.Update: I needed help with a small plumbing issue, so I gave them a call. I was informed that it would cost $400.00 just to get them to my door. A $400.00 minimum charge is NOT a handyman service. In fact, thats more than a plumber! Lost a star in my book.

    We are extremely pleased with the quality and care the personnel used while removing our old carpeting and installing the new luxury vinyl planking. The main comment I have for anyone using this company is to make sure you know exactly what is included in the estimate and that these tasks are included in the contract that is presented to you. The initial contract presented to us was missing some of the work that had to be accomplished, but was included in the estimate the estimator had given us at the close of his visit. Once I pointed out this discrepancy the problem was quickly resolved by presenting me with a modified contract. Also, make sure you understand what could constitute extra work and how the cost of this work is added to the base contract costs. Extra work charges can be avoided by you insuring the estimator sees everything the job will require, particularly items that arent normally visible, like underneath carpeting, so as to insure all job required tasks are included in the estimate. Overall we had a positive experience using Handyman on Call.

    Mr. Ben is such a nice person. He listens to everything you have to say about the project. He gave me a price and I agreed. I gave a large cash deposit. I trust this company wholeheartedly. The worker Carlos was just wonderful. He did an excellent job with what he had to work with. I love Handyman on Call and will always call them when I have a project that needs to be done. I have been using them for years. I do feel that I was overcharged a bit but I am not in their business. If you need help dont hesitate to call them. They will come to see you very quickly.

    The young man, Pedro, was very nice and very, very professional. He talked me through some things he had to do in order to fix what was needed to install my new vanity and other things. Perdro was also very kind and patient to my handicap son when my son asked him questions about what he was doing.     We had a wonderful experience with Handyman On Call. We called on a Friday and Clayton showed up the next day to give an estimate. They replaced interior wood paneling that had started to dry rot, repainted the wall to match, and added a vent to prevent future problems. They also replaced our old sink and toilet with new updated ones! The estimate was more than fair. we got a confirmation phone call the night prior. The crew showed up on time, was very pleasant, and cleaned up everything. I even received a check in call during the day to see how things were progressing which was so so nice! The toilet ended up being a bit uneven (rocking) so we called to have them come back and fix it. They were back out ASAP and reinstalled the toilet perfectly at no charge. They stand by their work and want it to be done correctly which is so reassuring. We will definitely be using them again for any additional home repairs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

    I called Handyman on Call for an estimate to install 118 feet of chicken wire on the inside of my aluminum fence so my small puppy could not escape. Without charge, Larry, the companys pleasant estimator, visited my home in two days and provided a detailed estimate. They got the job and did the work the following week. Victor, the foreman, was wonderful. He noticed a place on the corner where the pup could have slipped through and added extra wire. He was friendly and professional. Victor made sure the wire was tight and perfectly level. Its so perfect in fact, that the wire is barely noticeable. Great, efficient service at a reasonable price.

    Benjamin came to my home to give us an estimate to concrete our basement stairwell in the back yard. He was honest in telling us that our stairwell was sturdy and didnt need any concrete. He sealed up some cracks in the concrete in our yard. We were thinking that we had to get a part of the yard redone with new concrete, but he advised us that sealing the cracks would be all that we needed. He saved us a lot of money, and the service was very reasonable. I will be using Handyman On Call again to hang a ceiling fan in my bedroom and to put a new light fixture on my front porch. I highly recommend this company. Benjamin is honest, professional, and will not try to get over on you. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.

They obviously take great pride in their work and are very skilled at what they do. I am very happy with their products.Customer Service was less than desirable. I never had success calling and speaking with their representative. It took me elevating my concerns to a manager before I was able to get anything done.The contract itself was a small problem. A line-by-line contract that still left room for the customer service people to understand it differently.Finally, a small hit on the workers. The stone veneer should have been thoroughly cleaned of residue after it was complete. I ended up taking a vacuum and a wire brush to finish it off. When installing the handrails, the handrails were first installed, and then stained. This resulted in some stain spots on my carpet and walls.I will call upon Handyman On Call again because I believe their workers care about the quality of their workmanship. Also, I believe the issues that I encountered are something I can mitigate the next time they do work.

    We used Handyman On Call to level a kitchen countertop. The estimator came to our house within a few days and gave us a detailed description of what they could do and the cost. When the handy man came to the house he was on time, listened to our requirements and did a great job. He took special care to add support for our corner lady susan which the eventual countertop installers really appreciated. We would highly recommend them.

    I needed about 80 feet of a wood privacy fence replaced along with two gates and replacing some plywood sections on a storage shed. Couldnt ask for a better experience. The contract was written with enough detail that the workers knew exactly what to do. Pricing was broken down into subsections so when something unexpected came up we were able to easily amend the contract to add the additional work. All told it took 3 days to do all the work and complete the site clean up. The guys worked long days to get it completed ASAP and were easy to work with. The workmanship of the new fence sections is actually better then the original fence that was being repaired. Based on my experience I would give a high recommendation to Handyman On Call. During the remodel the cabinet installers (a different company) caused a leak in the water line to the refrigerator , I also needed new garbage disposal and new faucet installed .     Hire Handyman On Call to install a french door in my house. I was really pleased with the quality and how fast they were able to get the job done. They also helped with some painting as well.     The weather was wet and cold but the repairman took extra effort to not track any snow, mud, or salt into the house. When the job was completed (ceiling tile replacement) the ceiling look great. he cleaned up all of his mess and removed all trash. When he left the only sign he had been there was a great looking ceiling. Based on this I would definitely use them again.

    I was pleased with the work as well as the friendliness and competence of the repairman. However, I was very disappointed that my appointment had to be rescheduled at the last minute. The old ones were too steep and narrow. Now I feel safe. The workers (Mikhail & Valera) were always on time. They work well together. Both of them worked hard all day and took a very short lunch break--if at all. There was no clowning around and no slacking off. This was very impressive especially because there was no supervision present at all. The Engineer, Dmitriy, was present when his expertise was needed. They kept me informed throughout the day and asked me questions regarding my preferences. Mikhail and Valera cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. They even rolled up my garden hose when they were done using it. I dont even do that!Every single employee that I had contact with strove for excellence. Based on my experience I am going to hire HOC for all jobs on my bucket list. They just replaced my front porch and built a new roof over it. My future plans are front yard pavers, front yard lighting, possibly a flag pole, new front door system, vinyl siding on entire house and possibly a back yard shed, large back deck pressure washing, repair and paint, interior painting, interior door replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, and flooring. HOC will match any other quotes you may have.Larry B. and Kevin are the face of HOC. They have made an amazing first impression. Ive worked extensively with Larry B. He has an uncanny ability to listen, draw up accurate contracts, and bring everything to fruition. Whenever Ive needed to contact him during this entire process via text, he promptly responded. Larry B. has always been exactly on time for all appointments and always calls ahead. Unfortunately, Larry B. has had to deal with my ever changing mind, but he is always very accommodating. You dream it? Larry can do it. Im quite sure that I make more work for Larry, but he has never complained. When I apologize, he says: We want to give you what you want.Last but not least, all of the office personnel are incredibly dedicated. They answer phones promptly and professionally, and answer all of my questions. If they need to follow up with me, they always do so. I have even received calls on weekends. Dont they ever stop working? The Owner/President, Benjamins Zonis, has even reached out to me on more than one occasion.If you are indecisive about hiring HOC, please do so.     Once the work was started the follow up by the office customer service reps was excellent. The handymen were always on time and each job was not complete until a joint physical inspection was performed. I would strongly recommend “Handyman on Call”.

    The work that was done was very well done, but very pricey. I did recommend you to my Mother to have a bush removed from her yard and she was quoted $700.00. That was way too much so she went to this other company and now its costing her only $300 for the same job.

    I had my front step replaced and my landing resurfaced last Tuesday.Vitalia (sp?) worked very hard and was also very meticulous in filling in the cracks on my landing ( both top and side ). He also filled in the gap between the landing and the front of the house at the front door.He also demolished the remains of the crumbled front step and began replacing it.Again, he did an excellent job and I admired the step and his artistry in finishing it !He also did a very good job of keeping the debris together and leaving a clean site.The next day, the debris was picked up and the forms removed and on Thursday, we were able to use the landing and step.Im extremely happy that I found Handyman On Call and will use your services again...     I would highly recommend Handyman on Call to anyone. I have called them multiple times for different situations with our home. I have never had a bad experience with them. Mr. Kevin came out today and he was very knowledgeable and could identify the moisture problem in our basement right off the back. He gave reasonable suggestions that made alot of sense and would end up saving us alot of money in the long run. He recommended a product that they sell called EZ Breathe and suggested that we should send back the new dehumidifiers that we just ordered because their product would de-humidify and also do so much more and would save us more money on energy cost. He was very professional and patient. We will definitely be calling back soon to schedule an appointment for the work to be done.
