    This company was a lifesaver! Pat came out to help us. I called him in the morning and honestly was a little panicked and he was on his way to another house and said no problem, after he finished at that house, he would swing by to check out our problem. Not only was he very knowledgeable.and efficient, he was showing me how things worked and what to do in the future to prevent this from happening! Definitely recommend them ♥️♥️♥️

    I called Kim’s and Pat happened to be very near our home. He said he would stop by in a few minutes which he did. Very pleasant and friendly, he had our problem fixed in about 20 minutes. We won’t call anyone else until Pat retires. Thank you Kim’s Drain Cleaning!!

    I called today and Pat was there within 15 minutes to unclog our sewer line. Was the first Plummer to actually get a whole root wad out of the line. Was fast and professional!! Plus he charged less than was originally quoted. HIGHLY recommend!!!

    Pat was excellent, he showed up within an hour of calling. Took him 15 minutes to fix my clog and clean the drain system. Price was beyond affordable. Got a 3 month guarantee. Will use him only for future plumbing services.

    5/5. Very honest. Very affordable. Called and was able to get service within a few hours, showed up on time and worked hard, showed me the issue (glass makeup bottle made its way in the drain. Thanks kiddos) and had it fixed for less than the service charge of other companies. Will be using again for future service

    Pat picked up the phone the first time I called and was just finishing another job, so he was available on short notice. He came over right away and got right to work.He didnt mind me helping here and there and he gave great advice on how to properly care for the drain pipes as he worked.His knowledge and professionalism was exceptional. I cant say enough about how impressed I am.

    I have used Kims Drain Cleaning twice, and could not be happier. Pat was so responsive--I had to switch my appointment a few times on him, and his response was always the same: whatever is convenient for you. The first time he came out, my drain was clear for two years--which has never happened before in my house. My drains usually get clogged every 6 months. He is so clean, polite and knowledgeable. And his pricing is very reasonable.

    He was very responsive. Came the afternoon I called. He worked on my clogged sewer pipe, not stopping until the drain ran smoothly. My toilet flushes better than when I bought the house 3 years ago. He gave me a discount that I never expected since the agreed on price was very reasonable. He also gave me tips to help keep the drains clear. Highly recommend this business.

    Best response time I’ve ever had. Owner was super helpful. Fixed my problem for cheap as dirt. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. He went above and beyond what I paid him. Call roto rooter if you want to screwed on the price and service. I’ve dealt with 6 plumbers over the course of the last year and Kim’s is the only one I will call again

    If you dont use this company you are making a huge mistake. I called on a Sunday morning at 11:00 and they answered the phone within a few rings very friendly and showed up before noon Ive never had that with any other plumbing company in my life.     Had an Absolutely GREAT experience. I had a really tough clog that after trying the do-it myself snaking of the pipe and not getting anywhere.
