Jeremy and Hi Point Construction were a pleasure to work with and our family would recommend him for any of your projects. Jeremy helped us add a 900 square foot addition to our home including a master bedroom, walk-in closet, extending our master bathroom, a laundry room and a large multi-purpose room. Jeremy and his contractors were respectively of our property and worked with us to make sure we were able to live in the house while the addition was taking place. Jeremy worked with our deadline and was able to complete the project before our second son was born. Jeremy was available for questions and walkthroughs and always got back to us when we needed something or had follow-up questions. He was willing to go out of his way to make sure the job was done to our and his expectations and was always willing to discuss things as needed. If you have a project or thinking of building a home, I would highly recommend reaching out to Jeremy and Hi Point Construction.

These people with the bad reviews should really learn how to spell before they go trash talking about a company. The bad reviews are from a different builder with the same name but spelled differently. Ive done work for both of these companies. I can guarantee you Jeremy is top notch and not the one the bad reviews are for. I do not know him personally, but Ive worked on his homes for Hi Point and even on homes back in the days he worked for Pulte. Every home hes overseen was very high quality. Ive been in residential construction for 20 years and Hi Point is one of the top 3 builders I would be calling to have a house built.

Jeremy did a great job with our custom home. He was readily available to answer any and all of our questions or concerns. He was more than willing to work with us on our design ideas and each and every work crew he brought in was professional and did their best to stay on schedule. There were some bumps along the way, none caused by Jeremy, we had some issues with the county and utilities and Jeremy helped us through these as well.Great builder and very accessible to us, would definitely recommend to everyone. Make sure you are ready to move fast because Jeremy likes to get things scheduled and moving.

Jeremy is outstanding to work with. We had a pretty aggressive scope of work with a tight timeline, and the Hi Point Team didnt disappoint. Jeremy was transparent & kept us well informed throughout the entire project. We would definitely recommend Hi Point Construction.
