    We hired KEC to wire up a brand new hot tub. Dustin came out and set up the rough in prior to a new concert slab and came out after the delivery of new hot tub. He fitted us in right away so I didnt have to wait to enjoy our hot tub. In every step of this process, we always got a quick response, always showed up at the scheduled time and the work was top notch. Im already looking forward to working with KEC and Dustin on a great lighting package to put the final touches on our outside oasis!Mike G

    Dustin is a very smart polite hard working electrician. I needed to have additional electric installed in my basement..andDue to the composite of my house thisWas not an easy job.     I used Kent Electric Services for two jobs, both were to put electric lights and an outlet in my and my sons shed. First thing most people want to know is price and was it reasonable. I dont know if it was reasonable but it was to me, thats why I hired him. One of the most important things for me, outside of the actual work, is punctuality. Too many times contractors say they will be there at a specific time and you are left waiting and wondering. Not only did Kent Electric show up on time for the first job I hired him for, 8 A.M., but he gave an estimated time of 10 A.M. for the second job and his wife called at that time to give me a heads up that he was on his way. As for the work, it was very clean and meticulous. The wiring is all tacked down and looks very professionally done. He dug both trenches by hand, one about 60 ft the other about 18 ft. In my opinion very good work and someone I would recommend and use again.

    We used Kent Electrical Services for several projects in our new home, and Dustin was fantastic. He first came to the house to take a look at what we wanted to do, got back to us within a day or two with an estimate and we set up a date for him to come back to do the work. He arrived on the day to do the work, and was here bright and early and worked almost without stopping to get the job done. The work was perfect and done exactly as promised. His clean up afterwards was terrific, and you honestly would never have known hed been here if it wasnt for the new lighting and outlets. I would definitely hire NES again without hesitation and highly recommend them.

    Highly recommend KES! Dustin came out for a dedicated outlet in my basement needed for my sump pump. He did a fantastic job and helped me take care of an existing outlet I needed to be wall mounted next to the new one. While being at my home I asked about him installing an outlet above my front door ledge for holiday decor. He took care of that as well. Everything is done professionally and clean. If you need electrical work done, give KES a call!

    My meter pan needed repairs and this was the first time Id ever experienced this issue. So I reached out to KES and I am glad I did. I called their number and left a message, they called me back in less than an hour and set up an appointment for the following day. Which I was super appreciative of!When Dustin got there he knew exactly what the issue was, and said he had done this repair before. I have a generator and was worried that may be an issue since the power needed to be cut off, but he had also worked with them and assured me it wouldnt be an issue. He gave me the estimate and set up the day to come do the repair.The day of the repair he showed up an hour earlier than expected, which was perfect for me since I had work that day, and meant I could get in earlier than expected. After the job was complete he showed me what he had done and that since the new meter pan was a bit smaller than the old one, he applied caulk to seal around it.Overall 10/10 Would recommend to anyone asking for an electrician.

    Dustin was very thorough and because of that he found some loose outlet connections and a faulty circuit breaker.     Coordinating the job with Mary was easy - she was very thorough and precise in her communication. We had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, but they couldnt have handled it better - they even honoree the original price we agreed on.     Dustin is a great electrician. I was nervous to just use the first person I found in Google but his service is top not. Dustin re - wired my entire electrical panel and brought it up to code.     I had a dedicated circuit installed in the crawlspace in order to run a dehumidifer. Kent Electrical Services was responsive and they helped me decide on a few details for the project. If you are getting work done in the garage or crawlspace, make sure to clear a three foot space away from the wall where the electrical work is to be done.

    This has been the best experience by far with finishing our basement. Dustin wired our entire basement as well as installed all the recessed lighting throughout with sockets and switches with dimmers. Also installed flush bar overhead lighting and fire alarm. Great price, got here early, had the panel completed very quickly and our power back on an hour earlier than he estimated. Very efficient and knowledgeable...will definitely use KES in the future!!     What a great company. Called 3 contractors to wire a pole building. 1 met me on Labor Day. Then never heard from him again. Another called back...2 weeks later. Dustin called me right back. Set up an estimate. Showed up on time. Gave me a bid with a few options. After agreeing on terms. He showed when he said he would. Did exactly what I asked him for. Unfortunately it seems like he’s the rarity now a days. Don’t bother getting other contractors out to your job. He gave me a fair price then did a great job. I have nothing but great things to say about Dustin. Very professional. Everything you want from a contractor. I own a fencing company personally with all 5 star ratings so I hold contractors to a high standard. I will send anyone and everyone his way looking for a good electrician. When I finish my basement he’ll be back again. Not even calling anyone else.

    After a frustrating day of dealing with repair technicians for my dryer, it was a relief to contact Kent Electrical Services: their office staff was friendly and able to schedule an appointment within two days and when the technician arrived the day of, Dustin and his associate (whose name Im afraid I didnt catch) were polite and pleasant, keeping me informed of the process as they replaced the 220V outlet and completing the work with surprising alacrity. The dryer still doesnt work, but the new outlet isnt likely to blow out any more electronics. I will be happy to call Kent Electrical Services again if I have any other electrical repair or installation needs.

    Dustin did a great job installing a generator outlet plug on the outside of our house and generator interlock kit on our CB panel, as well as adding several outlets in our basement. Phone calls were always answered and he showed up on time every time.     Had some outlets not working and tried what I could to fix them to no success. He showed up right on time and got to work. After explaining the issues and my own trouble shooting he had ideas of what was going on and started testing everything. He found the issue that was going on and quickly fixed it and even told me more about the wiring and future problems I may have due to age and condition of the wiring. I also asked him briefly about some other possible work I might want to get done and he was able to give me a quick run down of what hed have to do to get it done and how much time for it. Was very nice the entire time and even though it was pricey, nothing good is cheap, Id call them again if I need an electrician again.

    Thoroughly impressed. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re getting when a friend recommends a contractor, but this guy is a keeper. Completely knowledgeable, professional, and efficient with his time.
