    Highly recommend and will use Rob Davis Construction again in the future! Rob and his wife Noelle were very helpful and responded quickly during the whole process- from quote to finish. Great quality work with competitive pricing! They removed our existing wood steps, poured the concrete patio with the sidewalk to the garage, then came back to build these beautiful composite steps. Once the project was finished, they even threw down grass seed over the areas that needed it (which I was not expecting but totally appreciated)! We are very happy with the finished project & grateful they were recommended to us.

    Rob ‘s work was on point he was fast and efficient. They were pleasant and professional I would advised anyone looking to get your deck built or remolded he is your man.     Exceptional craftsmanship, awesome customer service, reliable, and just a pure professional. Rob completely transformed our backyard with this deck re-build. His advice was spot-on when it came to design and material selection. His guidance on decking width, railing options, and trim options went a long way to complement our home’s appearance. Communication was excellent with a daily rundown of what was completed and what the plan was for the next day. He happily honored severely last-minute requests. You’ll never see him leave a worksite without sweeping up and removing all construction debris. He started our project and dedicated his time 100% to us until completion. Regarding craftsmanship, it is evident that Rob is an experienced builder. His extreme attention to detail is clear as the fit and finish is impeccable. Every deck board, trim piece, joist, ledger, everything, fits together with meticulous detail. His work is first-class in every way. I highly recommend Robert Davis Construction to anyone who values high quality work!

    We hired Robert Davis for all listed services and could not be more happy. He and his team are amazing, professional, and very prompt in accomplishing their unmatched quality of work.     EXCELLENT workmanship and quality!!!! Rob and his crew constructed a screen-in patio enclosure for our family that exceeded our expectations. I was looking for a simple place to relax outside without getting burnt from the sun. Instead we have a backyard oasis we can enjoy day and night. I highly recommend RD Construction for any home improvement project. Once he started his crew did not leave to start another project until they were completely done with our patio. From start to finish the entire process was smooth and easy. Rob, thanks to you and your guys for doing a great job and providing such a beautiful extension to our home.

    I love my deck! Rob and his crew were professional, arriving on time, cleaning up and had a great work ethic. Rob kept his crew working and finished ahead of schedule. Rob’s knowledge of construction and craftsmanship is hard to find. He has good recommendations for what he thinks would look best and how he would do the work, but doesn’t pressure you with his ideas if you have your own. Noelle is also good at communicating from the office about timelines, orders and payment.

    Stellar work done QUICK. They worked in the rain and took out our deck while making our new one in only a few days. Reasonable pricing, and they can do a lot. Lighting, access doors, old porch removal, you name it! Robert is very easy to talk to when doing estimates, and works with you to help you realize your dream within your budget.

    We are new to Delaware and meet Mr. Davis in our complex after he was leaving a client home. The conversation just felt right prior to meeting Mr. Davis I had spoken to his wife Mrs. Noel and that was a pleasure . We had two other estimates however they did not felt right. One estimate price was higher the other about the same.Well when you see his reviews, it was his company overall professional. We made the correct choice.Job has been completed clean up excellent his crew was on time very personable and professional craftmanship.Thank you Robert Davis Construction.
