    5 stars to Valley Plumbing Knoxville. Our water company in Rockwood alerted us to a possible leak. We contacted Valley Plumbing and they confirmed next morning appt. Christian arrived timely manner and within minutes identified and repaired the leak in our crawl space. In addition he alerted us to a possible foundation issue we should have checked. That is service above and beyond. Thank you Valley Plumbing!!

    I had a broken tank on my natural gas water heater on New Years eve. I called and they came out first day after New Years day and installed a new one right away. It was installed in a timely manner and meeting all codes and standards and a 10 Year warranty. I would highly recommend their company.

    Michelle made a very professional first time impression on the phone for Valley Plumbing. With two commodes having issues Logan was here promptly.to diagnose the situation.     Valley plumbing was recommended to me by my friend’s brother who works with a lot of folks in the industry. They were great from start to finish. The communication was top tier and they worked with me to get scheduled around my home owners claims that took too long. Both the men that came to my home were extremely friendly, informative and quick to inspect, remove and install my new water heater. I would 100% recommend them for your plumbing needs.

    We thought we had an appointment between 8-10am but no show. I called Valley Plumber at 11 asking when their tech would be at our location. They had no report of me call but were able to be at our house by 12:30.. Michael was on time diagnosed the problem with our water heater and gave us to plans to decide on. He went and got parts and had a new gas hit water heater installed within 2 hours. Michael was very knowledgeable and extremely kind to work with. Highly recommended Valley Plumber er!

    Chris arrived within the window of time stated. Looked at what I wanted, which was basic maintenance on a tankless hot water heater. Flushed and checked the system, then restarted it and tested. Price was a little steeper than expected but he did have the tools, chemicals and knowledge to perform the job properly. He was neat and respectful of our house, so pretty satisfied with the service.

    With a busted pipe at 5 am I needed a plumber. Google suggested Valley Plumbing with a high rating and background checked. I know why!     First let me just say, I had to call several plumbing services to get help after we had a gas leak and couldnt get any of them for a few days . Valley Plumbing was able to come same day and Mike got the ball rolling . They were curious and showed up when they said they would . Mike communicated with me through the whole process . It was fairly cold during our outage - with no heat , and a husband who had a stroke and sensitive to the temperatures . Mike rallied to get extra help to get us back up and running quicker than usual . Cant thank him enough . The whole team was awesome . They even came back out after the gas was turned back on to re-light the water heater . Thank you valley plumbing ..., I will use you again . And a huge THANKS to Mike ... he was awesome!

    We had an issue with the hot water heater they installed. They came back on a Saturday morning and spent over two hours trying to fix the problem, then again first thing Monday morning, when it was finally resolved (it was a manufacturing defect) all as part of the installation.     Mike’s a good tech tho I just feel we were overcharged a bit for the work done. For just switching my own toilet flushing handles and providing a chain it was $211.00 with my military discount. Not even an hour work and I still had to go to Lowe’s and buy to new flushing handles which better fit my toilets and install them myself. I felt really foolish I had made the call afterwords. Lesson learned!

    Cannot recommend Valley Plumbing enough. Michael came out to our fixer-upper house a couple of times for various issues, culminating in a replacement of our entire sewage outflow line. He was punctual, transparent, and kind each time. For the emergency line replacement, he came out right away and got us on the schedule for a large job the next day.     Supplied new unit & replaced 80 gallon electric water heater and re-piped leaking kitchen double sink. Did this work in a half day. They were on- time. They worked at good pace to minimize time the house water was shutoff. They had well kept equipment service trucks with all tools required to do job. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were very aware about tracking dirt & making a mess inside home. They took precautions to minimize that and cleaned-up very well after themselves. We were impressed with this attitude and how well the job was completed. We will definitely use Valley Plumbing in future.

    I called this company at 3 pm with my issue . They made time to came out same day and put a temporary pump to drain the water that flooded our basement left fans to dry up the water and came back at 8 am next morning to install the new sump pump .
