The folks at Generator Supercenter have been great to work with since their first visit. Our situation has not been the easiest either, with changes in location of the equipment at the last minute and propane tanks not arriving on time. But everyone has taken it all in stride, been flexible, and easy to talk with. Big bonus: when you call then you dont get put on hold and you talk to a PERSON! -

Our experience getting a generator for the first time was as smooth as it could be. We signed up for a generator through Costco. We were then contacted by Mickey at Generator Supercenter in Falmouth, Maine. Throughout the process Mickey could not have been more polite and helpful. Our Generac was installed on July 9, 2024. The leader of the installation crew, the electrician, was the only one i dealt with. He was also very helpful and informative. The installation was completed by 2:30pm so fast indeed. We are completely happy with our new Generac generator and with Generator Supercenter. -

I couldnt have been more pleased with the service and professionalism shown by everyone at Generator Supercenter of Maine. From the sales representative, Bjorn, to the people who answered the telephone, to Jason who coordinated the installation; and most importantly the electricians, plumbers, and technicians who worked in a cold rain to install our generator. They were all prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. When a small hiccup regarding our extended warranty occurred, a single email to Jason, and the issue was quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I have worked with numerous contractors before, and can assure anyone planning on the installation of a home generator that they would do well to contact the Generator Supercenter of Maine. -

On 4/17, technicians installed my Aunts generator. They performed the work quickly and professionally. On 4/18, the crew installed our generator. The people were awesome - both as professional generator installers and as human beings. When my 1 year old Huskie got loose, the 3 crew members all ran and helped catch her - above and beyond what I would have expected. For that, I am deeply grateful. In addition, communication with Jason Grant from start to finish has been exceptional. I will recommend the Generator Supercenter of Maine to anyone wishing to install a whole home generator. As you can read above, we are very satisfied customers. -

These guys are great. Everyone from sales, support staff, management and the installation crew were extremely professional and helpful. Response to my questions via email and phone calls were answered quickly. Installation was completed soup to nuts with the generator up and running when crew left. Area was cleaned, no junk, papers, tools, or any items left behind. Warranty paperwork, all related manuals and paid invoices emailed to me within 24 hours. Entire process from beginning to end was extremely simple on my end. The only down side was the wait to actually have my generator installed. There is a small waiting period to get the install done but the finished product is well worth the wait. -
