After searching around and looking at the work of a few contractors we contacted Mike from KPI Jr about a complete exterior renovation of our home in Fairless Hills. We had scheduled 3 contractors for estimates and of the 3 one did not show up, Mike gave us an estimate and we had one more estimate. The other estimate did not include the extras that we added on after deciding to go with Mike and that estimate was over $20k higher than Mike. This led me to believe that Mike may have missed something. We scrutinized the estimate with Mike and did some digging and we hired Mike. In the scope of our project there will be obstacles and we have had some but Mike has been careful to handle these professionally and did his best to make sure we were happy with the results. We are just about 95% complete and my wife and I are very happy with our decision to go with KPI jr. I highly recommend him to handle your construction needs.

Mike and his team did a large stucco remediation project for us. That included a new roof, Hardie board siding, etc. and a lot of detailed customizations. His team were all extremely friendly, did whatever we asked, and the workmanship was outstanding. When we had questions, Mike stopped by to review the changes with us and his team to ensure the task clearly communicated and if additional costs were involved, Mike always told us the amount before doing the work. He always responds to texts and emails, almost immediately. I was impressed by that. He is honest, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were never concerned about paying Mike and he never gave us reason to doubt him. The teams doing the work left our property clean, so we never have issues getting in and out of our home. The job was done on-time and on-budget. Mike met three criteria I have when doing projects. Trust, Easy to work with, and doing what they say can do. I highly recommend KPI Jr. Exteriors, LLC.

We love Mike. Theres a reason why hes rated so high. We got new siding, black gutters and black windows (some of which were custom sizing). We also got a new chimney cap. Hes super responsive and gave very fair pricing. Really love how our house looks!!!

Mike and his team did an amazing job updating the exterior of our ranch style home. We had them install new James Hardie siding, ventilated soffits, gutters, down spouts and gutter guards. He was fantastic to work with. They listened to our questions/concerns and provided solutions to meet the vision we had for our house. We went through several different types of products and Mike helped us pick the best one for our home. His workers were respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up as they worked along each elevations. Their attention to detail was also appreciated and they needed very little guidance in order to achieve the desired results. Our neighbors have already been complimenting us on how the update to the house turned out. I would not hesitate hiring Mike and his team to additional work around our house. We recently had new siding, windows, gutters, front porch, and stone work done by KPI, Jr. Exteriors. They are a great company to work with. Michael was very honest about what needed to be done. Did not try to sell us on things we didnt need. We were updated frequently on the project and how timelines were going. Michael also notified us and showed us pictures of some unforeseen rotting wood that needed replacing. It was all taken care of in a timely manner. We were very specific with our design ideas and Michael was able to deliver on them all. The crews that came to the house were very professional and took pride in their work. The house looks amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. Cant say enough nice things about them.

Mike from KPI Jr Exteriors was excellent, his ability to explain the processes and possible issues that may be found during demo was amazing. We placed a third down and was scheduled to start with in a weeks time. Dumpster and supplies deliveries happen the day before scheduled date. The crew came early wrapped the house with a tarp and started demo, the crew was great, polite and professional. Less than 8 hours later we had a new roof with the grounds cleared of debris and nails… A lot easier to do with the tarps… Overall- the experience was great and we were pleased with the results! I had a very positive experience with Mike and KPI Jr. Exteriors. In particular, the customer service was outstanding. I had an emergency service call because a gutter behind my home cracked from ice and snow, and it was hanging from the second level of my home to my deck on a windy day, a potentially dangerous situation for anyone standing near my back door.The work was finished early the next morning, and the price was fair, especially for such quick service. Most important, there was a costly problem to fix related to accidental damage resulting from the original project, and KPI Jr. Exteriors quickly fixed that problem as well without any hassle.Finding an honest contractor who completely stands behind their work seems like a rarity these days. KPI Jr. Exteriors did an exceptional job from start to finish, and therefore gets the highest of my recommendations.

KPI did the installation of a couple of windows and a patio door for me. I was extremely pleased with their services and plan to continue utilizing them for the remaining window installations. Additionally, they did work on my sons home. The team did a complete renovation of the roof, installation of new windows, and siding. Again all services performed were done to my satisfaction and I was extremely pleased with the work performed. The team did have to come back to completion work. It took some time to get them back but that was due to other appointments on their schedule and just coordinating times in general. Mike, the owner, is very accommodating and very easy to work with.

I called Mike when I thought I had an issue with my roof. Unfortunately, also fortunately, I did not get to see his work because there was no issue.
