    On a recent late Friday afternoon a nearby lightning strike fried our garage door opener and GFCI outlets and knocked some siding off the house. It was too late to call anyone when it happened so I started calling for an electrician on Saturday to make an emergency visit.After several unsuccessful calls to the big name electrical companies, I found John Von York Enterprises. Joey (John) is the owner and he was able to stop by within an hour. He fixed ALL our issues for a very reasonable price. Joey is so professional, so knowledgeable, so personable, and so honest and trustworthy that I will *always* call him first going forward. He truly is amazing.

    I would give 6 stars for this company if I could!! Joe was very knowledgable, friendly and informative. He took the time to explain what he was doing and even showed us that we did not need to spend money on a hood range as he was able to make an adjustment. He corrected all of our electrical concerns. I would reccomend this company to anyone looking for an electrician, also gives veteran discount!!

    John was extremely helpful and professional. Took my call quickly even though it was 4pm on a Saturday. He provided a great service for my breaker box issue I was having and took his time to educate me on the breaker box failure I was having.     John did some electrical work for me by adding power to my newly built shed! They did an outstanding job! They both went above and beyond! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! The price was also reasonable! I cannot say enough about the great work they did! I would highly recommend them for any electrical work!

    I hired JVY Enterprises to install a new light fixture. He gave me a very agreeable quote over the phone. When he came, he was on time and he finished the job quickly and in less time than was quoted. He did a great job with the light installation and did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. He had some extra time left, so I had him take a look at my fuse box, which had been acting weird. He changed out some of the breakers for me on the spot and was going to come out again in the next week or two to finish changing the rest of them. I had a concern about one of the fuses and he came straight over the next afternoon. He repaired the entire box for a very reasonable fee and explained to me what he was doing along the way. He was on time, did a great job and was very personable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

    John was quick to respond to my estimate request and was out the next day, even with the parts needed to replace my breaker box should I decide to move forward with him to complete the work. He explained and showed me the compromised parts and quick to complete the work. Very professional and more than reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling again for any electrical needs.

    I was having a serious electrical issue that no one could seem to fix. Jon Von York Enterprises responded within minutes and came out after 5:00 the same day to address. He quickly diagnosed and temporarily fixed the issue and came back to make the fix permanently a couple of days later. He is very reliable, honest, and does great work. The work was high quality and I will call him again for another project in the future. I highly recommend Jon Von York Enterprises.

    I had four outlets that werent working. Josh identified the problem right away and completed the job in a short time and explained everything he was doing. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely use them agin.

    When you know nothing about electrical work sometimes it can be hard to find a trustworthy repair. Are they price gouging me? Are they going to suggest repairs that don’t actually need to be done? Are they outright taking advantage of me? Asking around to a few of my more knowledgeable friends, I was suggested this company. Honestly, I was impressed. They explained everything to me in a way I could understand, and the prices seemed fair and reasonable to me. Overall I would highly suggest them if you’re shopping around! God forbid I need electrical work done again, but if I do, it will certainly be here!

    John was very professional. He arrived in 5 minutes and troubleshooted my problem within minutes. He provided a detailed report with pictures of the problem.     John is an amazing guy and goes above and beyond what is required (and what I expected). He is extremely thorough and a perfectionist and takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why. The first time he came to my house to hang a chandelier, he discovered (and photographed for me) roofing problems in my attic that needed to be addressed. The second visit, he spent over an hour discussing electrical needs for a carport and shed I am having built and refused to let me pay him for his time and expertise. He obviously cares about the quality of his work and his clients and I will use him again for any future needs.
