I love the customer service at New England tile and Marble. I have done many projects with Marielle and Monica and they are both fabulous decorators and very very well informed about the products that they sell.I have designed several beautiful bathrooms with Marielle. And she always knows instinctively what I am looking for and comes up with great ideas.I highly recommend them

I am so happy that I found Mariel at New England Tile. Her guidance made every aspect of designing my new bathroom suite a pleasure. She gave me invaluable advice for the renovation, including the type of tile I would be happiest with in terms of maintenance and aesthetics, and the appropriate placement and pattern. Mariel was well versed in all aspects of planning the renovation, too. The results are remarkable. We absolutely love the final product. I would highly recommend Mariel to anyone who needs a great professional tile interior decorator.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. They happily got us samples to borrow to take home and were very courteous. Showroom is not too large but well organized. Tile product is at mid to premium level.

We had a great experience, start to finish. Staff was kind and helpful. They provided several great ideas and lots of samples up front. After our project was completed they accepted the unused tiles back without issue. You cant ask for much more than that.

From product options that you simply cannot find elsewhere (and likely some you didnt even know were available!), to true design consultation - aka Help, not a traditional Sales Approach - you will experience a family owned and operated business like no other. They have everything you need to complete the job yourself, and can provide guidance if you need to hire help. Shop once and you will return feeling welcome and appreciated as a customer!

First, they had a great selection of tile and helped us find the perfect one. When I had a small issue with one of the tiles in the box they took care of it right away. Would highly recommend!!!

Tom and his crew made a Saltillo tile floor, installed in the 1970s, look new in 2023. Exceeded our expectations.

Theyre super helpful and knowledgeable. I thought the variety was great without being overwhelming and they had a range of prices. Everyone here really knows their stuff. It was a much better Experience than most of the tile stores I visited.
