Skylight did a big job for us this week and they accomplished it all in one day! We got recessed lighting in both living areas and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Scheduling with them was so easy and smooth and theyre communication was great. Greg, Isaac, and Adrian showed up on time and were very friendly and efficient. We are in love with the new lighting in our house and definitely will be calling them for future projects!

The best thing that happened was that I found these guys! They are located in the same complex as my Auto Mechanic, so I walked over and talked to them in length about the problem in my home. It is a small shop, but it I got a real good feeling about them. I also felt good knowing that I would be supporting a small local business. Miguel showed up promptly the next day. and got to work troubleshooting the issue. Watching him diagnose the problem, I could see that he was a total Pro. He didn’t mind me hanging around while he worked. We even had some good long chats about our upbringing, family, and life in general! He made me feel like I made a friend! When the job was done, we talked about future work like bringing the electrical panel up to code, and installing an additional 20 amp external connection box to charge my Mercedes Sprinter Van!! Skylight Electrical gets my highest possible Rating!

They responded immediately to my email inquiry and Miguel met with me the same day to discuss my needs. The following day, Roberto and Greg arrived on time and began to perform the work. They were both polite, professional and exhibited a positive attitude throughout the installation. In addition, they left their work areas spotless, as they thoroughly cleaned up materials and debris at the end of installation. This is an outstanding company and I highly recommend their services.

Great Team, very professional, went above and beyond to fix our lighting needs. They cover the floor and furniture where they work, wore booties, and left the house in perfect condition. Skylight replaced our smoke detectors, removed and disposed of old brass lighting fixtures, updated canned lighting, added dimmers in the entry way, living room and kitchen, and installed a new chandelier. Very fair pricing. Nothing but great things to say about Skylight!

Skylight Electrical Services saved my holiday weekend! I had an electrical issue that required immediate attention. I called and left a message Saturday evening, and within minutes, I received a response via text. I was able to get an appointment early the next morning, even though it was a Sunday AND Christmas Eve. I received a text when Juan was on his way, which included his picture and a brief history with the company. I received a 2nd text when he arrived at my house, right on time! Juan was knowledgeable and professional and was able to quickly fix the problem. Thanks to Juan, the electrical issue is fixed, and I was able to enjoy my holiday plans without a worry. We had them install fans in our two bathrooms, and they put in recessed lighting in our living room and master bedroom. Very fast efficient work, and it looks and works great! Skylight was everything youd want for an electrican company - FAST, friendly, and straightforward process with no runaround. Panel box was fine that I could see, but a Pro was needed. Juan came to the house to fix our problem (half of kitchen outlets went out). After discussing issue, and showing the box, he opened it up, investigated and found the problem swiftly. Very informative, friendly, kind, and personable, Juan felt like a friend vs a hired worker while still showcasing his high class professionalism. Fixed the problem, billing was affordable and easy. Skylight truly impressed me, as did Juan. I highly recommend this company (and Juan) to anyone searching for an Electrican/Electrical Company. Thank you!!

The complete, timely, and quality workmanship was honestly, anticipated; however, in this day and age not really expected. But, it was achhieved to my utmost satisfaction. The care and personal attention, and friendliness was not anticipated, but greatly appreciated, and it was the icing on the cake. Greg and Roberto worked together and were diligent in all their tasks, while keeping me apprised as to what they would be doing, what to expect, and when they were going to lunch, and when they were done for the day. They even gave special attention to make sure my 4 dogs would not get out of the gate as they came and left. Juan came to oversee progress and help out where needed. Juan also texted and called me, to keep me up to date and make sure everything was up to my satisfaction, and he informed me on scheduling, and helped bridge my communications with PGE and the County permits department. Miguel helped me with my initial order request and covered all the specifics that would be involved with the job through completion, so there were no surprises. He drew out the plan, itemized all of the costs, answered all of my questions, and submitted the plans to PGE and the County permit department. Miguel would also oversee all aspects of the project, and help out where needed. Juan and or Miguel and Greg were at all of the critical junctures: at the start of the job, to have everyone briefed on the plan and their individual responsibilities, and when PGE came to do their precon inspection, and when the County came for their meter inspection, and the final day when PGE ran the new power lines, and Skylight Electric completed their final inspection, checking all of the circuits; giving comfort and confidence to me in all aspects of the entire job, start to finish.I would highly recommend Skylight Electric for any electric job you may have. They are an amazing company, with amazing people who care. I dont know anywhere else you can find that anymore, its like going back in time, when people used to care about people and had pride in their work

I installed a new circuit, a splice, and unit connections, very professional manner. This company is the perfect example of of a stellar local business. I had issues with my power going out on just a few outlets. Skylight came out that day too check the issue. They found I needed a panel upgrade and carefully explained why that was needed. That night I had a few lights flickering. I called and the owner (Miguel) was out at 7pm. I was advised not to use any large draw appliances and limit usage to lights. He rearranged their schedule and had an electrician out early the next morning. Miguel also built my panel that night so it would be ready in the morning on a Saturday. (After working until 7:30p). Luis, a Journeyman electrician replaced the panel, explaining everything during the process. He was knowledgeable, polite, pleasant and engaging. Prior to people coming to your home, Skylight sends a photo and bio of the people who are showing up. I knew who to expect. The whole process was easy for me, but challenging for them as they were already fully scheduled. The wiring work was neat, labeled and impressive. I highly recommend this company for their dedication, superior work, attention to detail and concern for their customers. I will always call in them in the future for my electrical needs.

I had been searching for a local California licensed certified electrician when I connected with Juan at Skylight Electrical Service located in Fairfield. He was very personable and knowledgeable about our issues , so we arranged an appointment for Juans estimator to come to our home to look at our project and offer us an estimate for the work that I described.In the meantime, I checked out their credentials at the California Contractors State License Board and found them to be licensed, bonded and covered by liability and workmans compensation insurance policies. Their pricing also turned out to be competitive with others I had talked to, that did not have that protection that I believed was so necessary these days.Their estimator Miguel arrived on time, looked over the work we needed to have done, offered us their estimate and promised to have a written estimate sent to us that evening by email. Their emailed estimate was acceptable, timely, and they could have one of their technicians perform the work the following week. I approved the estimate, no deposit required, and confirmed the work, as scheduled.When the electrician Greg arrived on time, he immediately set up the various areas to be worked on and started his work. In total, he took about 1/2 hour longer than he expected, only because he took extra measures to protect our home and clean up these areas when the work was completed.I have been a licensed California General Contractor since 1970 and have never had the pleasure of working with a professional, knowledgeable, and talented group of gentlemen, such as the entire staff of people at Skylight Electrical Service. From the initial Hello on the phone to the handshake and Thank you for your business when the work was done. It was our pleasure to have them address our needs with polite integrity, attentive to their clients concerns and expedient in their excellent workmanship. Many thanks to Juan, Miguel and ESPECIALLY to Greg, their technician for a job well done.AND . . . NO. I have never known these people before this experience, but I can say that they will be our go to electricians from this day forward. My wife is also a realtor and will be referring her new clients to Skylight in the future as well.Dan
