    Had a slow draining tub that I needed to be cleared. Called Chris around 10:30 am on a Thursday, and he was out here clearing the drain around 12:30 pm.     Very thankful for the work and speedy service provided by Chris at Wright Choice Plumbing! We had a big leak with our spigot out back which is attached to the house.     Called them with a concern about a Water Softener that was installed in a house I rent out which was making noises and since I had just installed new hard wood floors I wanted an evaluation. Chris was honest and upfront with his evaluation of the old softener which was over 10 years old.     My first time calling a plumber. Called Chris in the morning and he was at my house by the afternoon to fix a minor leak. Had the parts in stock to replace leaky valve and was able to perfectly install a new faucet. Very nice guy, explained what he was doing, why it mattered, etc. He didn’t leave a mess and even handled disposal of old parts. Great value for the work. Highly recommend.

    On 8/12/24, I called to see if Wright Choice could repair an outdoor leaking hose spigot for my Mother. Because of a cancellation, Chris arrived in 45 minutes! The job was a bit involved as a hole had to be cut into the sheetrock in a closet to access the spigot and water line. After replacing the spigot, he did a very neat job and replaced the sheetrock with a small square and frame. It does not look like a hole was cut into the closet wall. He also patched the brick mortar around the new spigot. It works much easier and looks very good. Although plumbing is always a bit expensive, this was a very good experience!

    I have had the pleasure to have Chris do a few jobs at my house. Chris is extremely personal, professional, and will work extremely hard until the job is done to perfection. The first time I used Chris to do some work on pipes that busted from the last freeze we had this past winter... he came over around 6pm and didnt stop until he had everything in perfect order. I honestly cant say enough great things about Chris and how he handles his business. Chris will treat every job as if it is his house and the expectation he puts on himself is beyond exceptional work.     We called Chris on Saturday about no water coming out from our only shower, and he was out of town. He was able to come on Monday which was earlier than expected. He called to let us know when he was 20 minutes from our house too, and arrived on time.He checked behind the wall of the shower as well as the front. He explained what was needed and found that it was really a simple fix.We’ve had Chris repair a bigger problem in the past and 2 other plumbing issues.Chris is friendly & explains what’s needed and what he’s doing.     Chris Mortimore is a conscientious and honest professional. He arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained the problem at hand in detail and provided several solution possibilities before recommending the ideal choice. He rolled up all the rugs in the bathroom to avoid soiling the floor. He placed a towel in the bathtub to avoid damaging the porcelain with tools. He wiped all the water in the area upon completion of task as well.     This review is greatly overdue. We had a dishwasher leak in June 2024 that ruined our floor and kitchen. Our contractor, MBP Construction, was wonderful with fixing our kitchen. We also had upgraded our oven from electric to gas. Our contractor recommended that we use Wright Choice Plumbing for the gas line installation. Chris from Wright Choice Plumbing was outstanding with his service. He was able to complete the job in a very timely manner. We are very satisfied with the work he has done and we will definitely use him in the future!

    Wright Choice Plumbing was amazing. I received 3 quotes, and Chris was the only one who went above and beyond to explain the best options, how he would install it, and even advised me of one potential issue of a split line for an outdoor spigot, and that eventually I’ll need to replace another mechanism designed to regulate the water pressure coming into the home. Chris’s quote was in the middle as far as pricing, but, and this is I did not expect, he discounted the price to get close to the lowest quote I had.Despite the discount, I would have went with Write Choice simply because the owner had a great character and vibe, and moving forward, I will ALWAYS choose them for any plumbing related services in the future.

    It is difficult these days to find contractors that truly care about anything but the almighty dollar. Chris was not like that at all.     Chris came out to help resolve an issue with hammering pipes. He was quickly able to identify some solutions and start the process of getting a fix. His first solution idea worked perfectly which was great. He also fixed our running toilet that he noticed while working the shower pipe issue. It was all around a great experience. It was a relief to not hear the hammering pipe in the shower in imagining the worst case scenario of a bursting pipe in the walls. Highly recommend. I will be using Chris and Wright Choice Plumbing in the future when a need arises.

    What a great experience. Late Friday night my elderly fathers kitchen sink sprung a leak. Chris showed up exactly when he said he would. My father said he was super polite and professional. That he felt really safe with him being in the house because of his communication on what was going on and how he could fix it.Price was under quote and had all the parts needed. Said best part was seeing photos of what was leaking. My father understood what was going on because he had done many repairs on the house himself at one time.
