    Adams cleaned and inspected my furnace for a home sale, and came for a plumbing repair. Both contractors were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the best service Ive ever received in taking care of my home.

    Take it from someone who has lived in the conifer co area for over 17 yrs. Adams plumbing and heating is the best company to use period!I was having repetitive problems with my furnance and having to deal with no heat in these cold mountains. Four different companies tried to rip me off while not fixing a thing. One tried to swindle me into buying a 12000 furnance from him. The day was saved when I met a gentlemen by the name of Adryk from Adams heating. He told me I didnt need to buy a new furnance and educated me that the blower motor and control board was still under warranty. He showed up on time every visit ! Try finding that in these mountains. He ordered the parts and installed them perfectly. Be smart! Use only Adams plumbing n heating

    As a property manager I am constantly dealing with businesses involved in the various trades and when I come across one which provides exceptional service I feel its important to post a review so others know where to turn when looking for quality service. This is the case regarding Adams Plumbing and Heating. I used their services for the first time in April 2024 and was very impressed with everything about the business. I left them a message regarding my particular plumbing issue and quickly received a call back from a very pleasant and helpful woman, who was able to schedule my non-emergency repair within 2 days of my call. The morning of the scheduled repair Tweed arrived promptly at 9:00 am and was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He assessed the job, explained to me the best approach to properly make the repair and then got to work. It was obvious he was a skilled and experienced plumber (in my line of work Ive seen many who arent) and he had the necessary tools and parts to complete the job in just over an hour. I was extremely satisfied with the work and Adams billing was more than fair, particularly for the outstanding service they provided. I will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or heating service.

    We only use Adams Plumbing. This year we had our pipes burst on Presidents Day and they were here within 15 minutes and fixed it within an hour. Last week I needed my shut off valves replaced and Jonathan was here within two days and did a Beautifully clean job!! I was very impressed with his work it looks so nice and I was also sent a picture of his work when he was finished. They do great work!! :-)

    Hired Adams to fix my Idaho Springs homes toilet flange/gasket after Id tried several times, unsuccessfully, because my floor isnt completely flat, and another company in Denver gave me an exorbitant quote. Marcus was helpful on the phone when I called, and Matt was friendly and professional when he showed up to do the work. He got done quickly and offered to help with any other plumbing issues I had since they charge an hourly rate, and I know he was honest with his work because he provided some info that others hadnt. Id hire them again.

    I called Adams on recommendation from a friend who’s used them before. I needed some plumbing work done on the house and I am glad I called them. Guys showed up on time, identified the issues and provided estimate on fixing everything. I already had couple of other estimates, and their was fair and reasonable. We scheduled time for them to come back and get everything fixed after getting parts they needed. They showed up on time for scheduled appointment, were very professional and got the work done.     Adams did a fantastic job servicing our older furnace, making sure we could get a few more years out of her. They also installed our tankless water heater a few years back, and its been working like a champ. Super friendly service, too.

    Used Adams for the first time today. They are now my go-to plumber. The front office was nice, very responsive, and had good follow up. The plumber that came out, Garret, was professional, polite, and worked quickly and efficiently. The job was done to my satisfaction but was less expensive than I thought it would be (no bogus or unexpected fees). I will call them again without hesitation.

    I was worried that my custom kitchen faucet would need to be replaced as it was leaking in several spots. Tweed came on time, quickly assessed the situation, knew what parts would need to be replaced and had it up and operational quickly. Very professional, friendly and helpful.

    Adam’s was great. Came last minute to diagnose a furnace issue. Tech was unable to solve but we were not charged! They were going to send out a senior tech but we canceled that, as we ended up getting the furnace to work I have all things changing the filter

    I spoke with the person scheduling on Tuesday, and had Gwil, the plumber, out on Wednesday morning. I live in an old house, which made the decision of where to place a spigot somewhat of a challenge. Gwil worked with me to find the best place for the install, and put the features in that I wanted with no problem. He also fixed the leak under my sink, and everything was done in a timely fashion.Gwil was on time, didnt make a mess, even though he had to take out my cracked (and kind of gross) garbage disposal unit. Everything was professional. That makes it easy for me as the homeowner, which I appreciate.Living where I do, getting service professionals to come out can be frustrating. This experience was anything but, and I am a customer from here on out.

    I recently had a water softener install for a client I manage and the service tech tweed was awesome ! Tweed was super professional explained the job what he’s was doing and made it a pleasure to do business with and did all that at a very reasonable price I couldn’t be happier. Also Sarah in the office rocks she helped me in a pinch with a pipe cut and thread for one of my jobs 🤟If your using another company I highly suggest giving Adams a call . Top notch company with top notch people

    Our heat went out and another company told us we needed a new boiler for over $20,000. Another company told us we could do a short term repair that they could schedule 2 weeks later for $2800. Then they could get us a new boiler for over $18,000. They said we should get the new boiler pretty soon since it was over 20 years old. Adams explained it just needed a repair, he had the parts on the truck and it was done same day for less than $1200. He also explained my cast iron boiler had a lot longer life than 20 years.     My husband returned home from work last week to a cold shower. We called Adams Plumbing & Heating the following morning. They assessed my explanation and scheduled a tech to come out. While on the phone, they were very clear with me on pricing of services and provided choices that would meet our needs. We scheduled the tech for the following day. He arrived on time. He immediately assessed our situation and didnt try to upsell me. He was clear and professional in his communication through out the entire process. He was able to identify the issue and repair it right on sight. We did not have to purchase a new water heater and that was a relief! The final cost was right in line with the pricing provided at the time of our initial call. Its been almost a week now and the repair has done the trick. We will definitely call Adams Plumbing & Heating for any future issues with our plumbing or heating. They provided a top notch professional service!
