After some water damage from an upstairs radiator, our condo was in need of wall repair -- and a refresh. Rob Heffernan arrived on time and completed a thorough estimate. His crew then very professionally repaired the damage and painted our walls, ceilings, window frames, doors, everything! They were timely, quiet and diligent. They carefully moved all furniture and artwork to allow for painting and seamlessly returned the items to their original locations. The newly painted windows and doors all function well, thanks to their extensive prep work. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them very highly.

We recently needed our kitchen ceiling repaired due to water leakage from plumbing above. The price was very fair, and they sent over a very nice painter who did a great job. You can not see any seams from the hole in the ceiling, and the paint looks perfect. They showed up just as they said they would, and I requested them to come before thanksgiving which was a busy time for them. They came, did a great job, and I was so grateful for that.

Plaster repair and restoration of wooden windows these services were also done.This company is amazing. Tim is a perfectionist, and he made suggestions that I had not even considered. I would use this company for any other painting and restoration needs in my vintage building. Everything from set up, moving furniture, replacing items and clean up was professionally done. We needed a Master bed & Bath repainted with a lighter color, and a hallway needed a refreshing in the original color. Sean and his crew at Heffernan Painting could not have been more professional. Courteous, accomodating, on-time and on-budget, Heffernan Painting is oir go-to contractor for all our painting. They are old-school (still preferring payment by check, dont accept CCs), and that old-school work ethic is strong with this company. Sean, the owner of Heffernan Painting, is easy to work with, efficient, and knows his business. He even called personally a couple days after the job was completed to ask whether we were satisfied, or if anything required a touch-up. We are thrilled with the results we achieved with Heffernan Painting! We cannot give Heffernan Painting any stronger recommendation than this: you should seriously consider calling Sean Heffernan when you need painting done inside your home.Thanks to Sean and his crew!

Ive used Heffernan Painting Services for years in both our 100 year old Evanston home and now in Chicago. Regardless of the size or complexity of the job, they have always done excellent work, even when there may be some carpentry or other fixing involved. I recommend them without reservation.

Highly recommend! Great communication in advance, the three rooms look great, and the work was SO tidy! You cant even tell someone was here. They were also just incredibly kind people--a pleasure to have in our home. Will definitely use again.

At this point, he has painted just about every room in my home (some twice) and each time I am amazed by his teams professionalism, precision and clean-up! Cant even describe how great these guys were to work with. Im old. This is like the fourth house Ive had painted? And they were really a cut above anyone else Ive ever used. The walls look amazing. Even the little dings / odds and ends spots they fixed where we didnt want them to do the whole room look incredibly matched / blended. Im just really surprised at how nicely it all turned out. Very professional, scheduling easy, all of the stuff that should go without saying. Will only use them in the future.
