    I have used Austin twice now. First for a badly clogged drain and most recently to fix a water leak. I am very pleased with the work Austin performed. His pricing is reasonable and he arrives on time with a courtesy call when he is on his way.     Update: (Not seeing option to add a new review) Austin and his crew came to my rescue again! He did a re-pipe for my whole house, replacing bad re-pipe work done previously. I stuck with him because I valued his opinions from when he was here before.     Austin to the rescue!I had to search for a plumber myself after feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my homeowners warranty company leaving me waiting for endless hours for 2 plumbers that did NOT show up for appointments.     Usually no one is excited to call a plumber, Austin changed that for me. I was at a job when I went to turn the water on the spigot popped out of the wall. It was 4pm and I didn’t think I was going to be able to get anyone out their before the next day, I was very IMPRESSED when Austin said he could be out to me in 40mins.     I had a great experience with Austin, who took the time to listen to my concerns and efficiently solve the plumbing issue I was having. Unfortunately, it took having technicians from 4 different, highly known plumbing services for me to find a professional such as Austin who handled my situation with integrity. I was quoted $6000 from one of the “highly regarded” companies in central FL who spent 4 hours at my home just to pull my toilet off, fail at snaking the line, and give me an alarming quote to replace my pipe line as this was the best fix in his opinion to not have a recurring issue. Because of the alarming cost this company gave me, I took to seeking other companies to compare opinions and pricing. The next company that came out quoted me $2000 for the same service without attempting to physically look at the problem at hand. Lastly came Austin the Plumber, with a shovel in hand, who listened to what I was told but actually took the time to verify the information. For $300, Austin was able to give me a fix unlike any of the other 3 companies who had visited my home this week. Unlike the company wanting to charge me $6000, he was able to snake the line which allowed me full function of my home again. Furthermore, his quote to replace my pipe line was only a fraction of the cost from these other companies. I NEVER write reviews so take with that what you will. I won’t name these other companies but take my word for it, do not waste your time like I did. Reach out to Austin the Plumber for your plumbing needs!

    Austin, Tina, and Quan, were such a pleasure to work with. I am a first time homeowner. This is my first year in the area and previously had Blue Sky Plumbing come out for a repair when I just bought my house. The simple repair and faucet replacement cost me $900. So when I found out I had a leak in my wall the other day, I wanted to reach out to someone else. I’m so thankful to have found Austin and his team. Not only were they available asap but when they arrived, they were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were able to come in, find the problem, and fix it all in under 2 hours!!! My biggest concern was going to be the price but it was so reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend him!! I will be a returning customer for any of my plumbing needs! Thank you so much!

They provided information to me about different systems but it was ultimately my choose. They scheduled the appointment, texted me to let me know when theyd be here.     Very professional, reliable, efficient & reasonable. We spoke to multiple service companies in the area that provide plumping services based on our issues. We were told 1-2 weeks out to schedule the job. Austin and Jr came out in 48 hours to fix our issues. They spent 30-45 mins cleaning the drain and replacing the leaky pipes where the seal had busted at multiple joints.Absolutely will use Austin in the future as well as recommend to any and all.     I really cant say how lucky I feel to have Austin as my first experience as a plumber for my first ACTUAL service. I cant advise against his previous employer any more than he is happy to share. I love how he tries to treat your place like its his own, and listens to requests. Im actually in the process of trying to find an opening with him to do a little bit of home improvement.

    Austin is awesome! I had some kind of leak and I first called Prime Plumbing. Prime was quick to get to my house, but incorrectly diagnosed my problem. Their recommendation was a shower remodel (that was expensive). They could take care of my problem with that. Austin correctly diagnosed my problem, and fixed it with a remodel. He also fixed a dripping faucet in another bathroom. Austin was/is awesome and saved me lots of wasted money by correctly diagnosing my problem without a sales pitch on a remodel.

    I found out about Austin The Plumber in Mount Dora Word of Mouth. I texted with Laura for a while, explaining what I needed to have done. She was friendly, helpful and courteous, and ended up making an appointment for me. Austin was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He helped solve the leaking problem in my kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal. I ended up making a second appointment to have two new toilets installed. Austin has a great work ethic and I highly recommend him! Great job!

    After I saw brown water come through my faucets I needed a plumber to check my water heater. I was referred to Austin the Plumber by my real estate agent. After scheduling an appointment with Laura, Austin was able to meet me the same day. Upon his arrival he was able to give me specific information about my heater, what the problem with my system was and other general information about my home which was helpful since I just bought my home 2 weeks ago.     Austin + Laura were really great! We bought our first home recently and realized there was black specks, possibly sediment, coming out of the water every time we turned on our hot water. So I called Austin the Plumber (who was a reference from our realtor) and he was able to fix the problem! Austin explained to us what the problem was and replaced our water heater + valves and even explained to us what to do to care for our new water heater long term. 10/10 would recommend this company.     We had been dealing with reduced pressure/volume for years and it had recently gotten so bad we couldnt run two faucets at the same time and my washer wouldnt finish a full cycle.Called Austin on Monday and described the issue we were having with our water pressure/volume. Luke came out same day and troubleshot the issue and determinted it was a broken gate valve. They got us on the schedule for repair on Tuesday afternoon and a few hours later, thanks to Luke and Quan, I have full pressure back throughout my house.I highly recommend Austin and his team. They were helpful, communicative, friendly, and the price was completely reasonable. We will definitely call Austin for any plumbing issues we have in the future.

    Austin initially responded to our home warranty claim for a troubled tankless hot water heater. He easily diagnosed the issue and soon after professionally replaced the heater with a new one. However, during the installation he expertly identified a potentially catastrophic problem with the hot water feed-line to the house. Had he not identified and repaired the issue, we would surely have had a hot water flooding issue in the garage. With minimal removal of the concrete block, he was able to remove and replace the damaged plumbing and then repaired the concrete block, exceeding our expectations. We will be happy to use Austin in the future, and recommend him and his team to anyone needing the services of a plumber.

    We have used Austin several times now over a few year period as we have been restoring a 1910 Florida home in Eustis. We had several plumbers look at the work we needed done, and no one was all that fired up about getting into the crawl space... Austin and his guys had no problem doing whatever it took, to get rid of the old cast iron pipes and modernize the house, and connections. Yes like all Trade people who work... sometimes you may call in the morning, and if hes on a job, you might not hear back for a few hours, but that said... Wait for his call, you will be pleased with the work, as well as the price I am sure !
