    Robert and Isaiah were great. I had a builtin sink that needed to be cut out before our new one could be installed. Everything was done expertly and professionally. They showed up on time and completed the work as promised. They cleaned up afterwords. Very happy. Highly recommend Woodie Woods Pumbing!

    Woodie Woods were hiring my our property manager to come in a fix a sink. First, upon arrival, they put on shoe covers and greeted me warmly. He had a trainee with him who was also warm in welcome. Next, they worked quickly and even though it was training, they weren’t disruptive to my household. The icing on the cake, he cleaned his mess when finished. Minus the fixed sink, he didn’t even look like anyone had entered. He even offered to get my tub set up but a piece was missing.I absolutely, recommend them!

    I can’t recommend Andrew highly enough! I called him to investigate what I thought was a serious water leak coming from my slab—a potentially very expensive repair. Within minutes of arriving, Andrew quickly determined that the issue was actually with my irrigation system, not the slab. His honesty and integrity saved me thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find someone so skilled and trustworthy in this line of work. If you’re looking for a plumber who truly has your best interests at heart, Andrew is the one to call!

    I have had Woody Woods plumbing at my home 4 times now. They are an amazing company with great customer service. They are now the only plumbing company that I will use. Our recent emergency, clogged outdated cement pipes has us totally out of service. Andrew responded and went above and beyond to get us back up and running, even working through the rain and mud. He and his helper Gavin worked very hard into the night. They were both very professional and courteous. I could not ask for better service. Thankyou to Woody Woods and their team.

    Ive never used this company before, but they are HEB Chamber of Commerce members and wanted to give them a try. I mean....AWESOME!! I called and told them it wasnt urgent. They had someone out shortly, he made an assessment and gave us options, fixed the problem and bam....it was over! Andrew was nice and efficient (seemed knowledgeable too) and Im glad they are in our community!

    My husband used Woodiewoods Plumbing and has since passed away. I had a problem and they came the very next day. Andrew explained everything in detail and he was very kind and courteous.     We had a leaking fixture, and were able to get an appointment on short notice. Alex and Andrew arrived on time, and got our installation and repair taken care of. They were professional and courteous, and cleaned up the area after the work was completed. Will use Woodie Woods again. Great job!

    Robert was great. We had broken pipes under our house and he took pictures and videos of everything to show the extent of the damages. After the work was done he showed me more pictures of of the completed work. He was very polite and explained it all so that an untrained person lime myself could understand it and make an informed choice on how to proceed.

    A car jumped the curb and took out our gas meter and created a gas leak in the wall. Woody Woods sent a guy out first thing in the morning and worked about five hours to repair the damage. They answered all our questions and pulled proper permits and city inspections. They’re the best.

    I had a major blockage with my plumbing over a holiday weekend.Everything was backing up in my bath tub and shower and the toilets wouldnt flush.     They arrived early (mostly a good thing) but didnt call ahead. Fairly pricey at $250 to snake a bathroom sink using a snake on a drill, maybe, a 30 minute job +travel time. It is what is is, I guess.

    The two times that I had a water line break, the team or man Rafael figured out where the leak was quickly and efficiently replaced the borken pipes. I was outside with the team both times and we were in the elements no longer than 40 min, which is ridiculously fast when they had to dig to access the lines.

    They were efficient. They did their best to keep my cost down. They cleaned up and made sure not to track dirt or mud in and out of my house. However they do not fix any drywall or wood they have to remove to get to a leak or pipe in the wall. I was happy with the work and job they did.

    I had water puddling around the waste-water pipe in our wall between a bathroom and bedroom. It flooded the bedroom and I had to pull back the carpet and open up the wall. I had one plumbing company come out and tell me it was a foundation leak and quoted me 4 options ranging from $2500 to $8000. I had Woodie Woods come out for a second opinion on my issue and their guy located a pin-size spray of water coming from the cold water pipe at the base of the wall. He replaced the pipe for $225 and I was ecstatic. I will definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

    I dont leave reviews often, hardly ever, but the service was so good from Woodie Woods Plumbing that I felt obligated to leave an honest review of my experience with them. The fact is, I cant recommend Woodie Woods Plumbing enough. They saved the day for our family right before a winter storm hit. We had another, local plumber scheduled, who canceled on us for an emergency call. I reached out to other Plumbing companies & they either never responded, couldnt make it out for several days or charged an extremely high amount compared to the going rate for this particular job. I then reached out to Woodie Woods Plumbing & everything was smooth sailing from there. They had a certified Plumber out not only the same day but within a couple hours of the initial phone call. The Plumber was nice, respectful & had two different leak issues fixed within a couple of hours. The best part was that even with the same day service & quality repair before a winter storm with below freezing temperatures hit, they were still the best priced of all the companies I got quotes from. They check all the boxes for a reputable Plumbing company that you will want to add to your contacts on your phone for any future plumbing needs. Highly, highly recommend these guys.
