    After the hail storm in March 2024, I wanted to upgrade to a more durable roof. After thorough research, I decided on a Decra stone coated steel product. I was recommended to SPC Construction by Decra and very grateful for the recommendation. Stan was very hands on while my roof was being installed and made the process very smooth. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend SPC Construction. They are the BEST in the business.

    As a result of hail damage in the spring of 2024, Jonathan at SPC persistently worked with our insurance company to identify the damage to the roof and support the claims process. After approval of the claim, SPC promptly scheduled the tear-off and replacement of the new metal roofing material. The whole process was handled very professionally and completed on schedule with a high-level of quality. As a homeowner, it was a a good experience and I would highly recommend SPC to anyone else needing a roof replacement.

    Jonathan and his crew were wonderful through the whole process! They were extremely helpful and even took time to speak with and work with our insurance.The day they came to replace our roof, the entire crew was very quick and courteous. I was most impressed by how clean they left everything. I expected to have to walk around the house and pick up a few pieces left over but they did an amazing job of cleaning up everything before they left. I would highly recommend them!

    5 stars for SPC Construction & RoofingI received cosmetic/marring damage from the 2024 Memorial Day hail storm to my DECRA stone-coated steel roof. A representative from a roofing company (not SPC) knocked on my door and was convinced I had damage and that insurance would provide a new roof. After dragging my feet for a while and being skeptical of companies that show up at your doorstep to solicit services, I finally decided to contact a few companies in the area for free estimates.I had three businesses come by and inspect the roof. Two of the three agreed with the initial company that my roof would qualify for a new roof. Any of the three that suggested a new roof, including the one that initially solicited service, probably would have done a fine job, but I went with SPC. Each company suggested a different brand of metal roof with their own pros/cons, which made the process of choosing one a little more difficult. At least for me, I dont feel qualified to understand these differences. However, they did each say that they would install whatever brand we wanted. Ultimately, SPC had suggested DECRA, which again is what we already had, and it had performed well for 22 years, so we went with them. Further, Jonathan, the owner, and his team were very pleasant in their pitch, including committing to helping with issues that went beyond the storm damage. Weve had issues with rodents and squirrels in the attic, and they promised to ensure the roof would no longer be a source of entry.Throughout the process, Jonathan worked closely and directly with the insurance company to ensure they covered all damage. He took care of all of this. When the time came to perform the work, the guys were great. They removed my existing metal roof and underlying wood shakes and installed new roof decking in one day. It took about 4-5 more days to install the new metal roof, and the gutters followed a few days later. During this time, they did address areas of the fascia that needed repair and replaced an area of siding that had damage - all beyond the scope of the insurance claim. Chris, the project manager, and Darren, and Jonathan would stop by often to check and monitor the status. I would even see Jonathan walking around picking up trash and debris, actively demonstrating his commitment to excellence and quality.After it was done, I was present when the city inspector came by. He stared at the roof for a while and was very impressed at the work. Additionally, we contacted a wildlife removal company to get more advice and an estimate on how to resolve the attic rodent problem. The representative was also impressed by the work, and had no roof-related recommendations that would prevent critter entry; the roof is sealed up.Im hopeful the roof continues to perform as good as it looks, but Im confident SPC would return to address any issues that arise. I would highly recommend SPC Construction and Roofing and would gladly use them again.

    After three months of research and talking to many roofing companies in the DFW area, DECRA referred us to Mr. Jonathan Shaw at SPC Construction & Roofing. He is a roofing specialist who listens, understands the needs of his clients, and provides exceptional customer service by providing the best possible options, products and service to his customers. With a full time project manager on the site and specialized metal roof installers, Jonathan still came out and checked the progress personally each day.     During the stress of a bad hail storm, SPC was right there the next day helping us resolve our roof damage. I called them the day of the storm and they were at the house the next morning ready to help. It was our first claim and they were instrumental in walking us through all the steps and very patient as we waited on the checks from insurance. During instal day their large crew was in and out in one day! They were tidy with the job and cleaned up nicely. We were very impressed. They also helped replace our gutter, a window and a few window screens. Working with them was very easy and took a lot off our plate. Highly recommend them! A great family owned business!

    SPC was one of 3 roofing companies my insurance company recommended for quality, honesty and results. I had 2 out to my house after and big storms.Dennis from SPC stood out for his knowledge and straightforward communication. I didnt need a new roof for another couple of years. After another storm and wind damage, Dennis and SPC came out and quickly repaired the roof and determined it was time had come to replace it. They guided me through the process and worked closely with my insurance. They had great communication and were always on time and responsive. They did a great job!     This is my second time to use SPC Construction and Roofing to replace my roof due to hail damage.Dennis takes it upon himself to meet with the insurance adjuster to make sure they capture all of the damage to your home. He is able to work with other contractors to address damage to your fence, siding, gutters and any other damage that you might incur. His crew is timely and professional and their work is top notch. Dennis keeps you informed throughout the process and deals with the insurance company directly if additional items are discovered. I can’t say enough great things about my experience with SPC….. the are simply the best!!!

    SPC Roofing was a first class operation from day one. Mike, the project manager, was outstanding. He came by the house many times to work with the insurance adjuster, help pick out shingles, and check on the crews. He immediately responded to any issues I had including changing the roof vents. The roofing crew was unbelievable. We have a steep roof and they completed the job in 3 days, cleaned everything up and went the extra mile.     We had to address a few gutter issues after we added a new patio cover to our home. I called SPC Construction & Roofing based on a few reviews I read on yelp. They scheduled my work and showed up as planned, finished on schedule and left the work area clean and tidy.     After August 2021 hail storm I contacted SPC and began working with Dennis. Even though everyone around me were getting their roofs replaced…my insurance company was very stubborn about paying for full roof replacement. I’m so thankful I had Dennis as he went way above and beyond providing more evidence to the insurance to finally get them to pay for full roof replacement. Dennis and SPC were awesome and don’t know if I could’ve had managed the insurance complexities without them. Also A1 job on roof and gutter replacements.     I am extremely pleased with the job done by Dennis Hudson and the SPC group on the re-roof of my home late this November. I am a senior and very hard to please, the whole process from start to finish was exceptional and done exactly as promised with no surprises or hidden costs - well planned, well done with no damage to my landscaping, and a thorough cleanup afterward. My new roof was done with class 4 impact resistant materials and will save me over $350 every year on my home owners insurance from now on, and has really improved the appearance of my home. SPC has given me the best looking roof in the neighborhood at a very fair price and I have gotten numerous compliments from my neighbors. These folks need to be on your shortlist for roofing.

    We had our roof replaced through SPC and the experience was excellent. Between SPC and our insurance, we really had very little to do, they handled everything and the process was quite smooth.     Our awesome experience began after a very rough spring weather in Northern Texas - many roofers come by after hail storms. But when Don Jibben knocked on our door it was different. An immediate connection due to his personality and knowledgeable answers to our questions.He was there when our insurance adjuster came out and from that point on it was a smooth ride with SPC replacing our roof. Professional team came and replaced roof in one and half days.... The crew was not only talented in their skills but they also did a fantastic clean up job at the end.Hopefully we will not have to replace roof for another 12 years, but if God sends more hail to Northern Texas we will know who to reach out to.     We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and workmanship of SPC Construction and Roofing, and with Dennis Hudson. We had a lot of questions. From start to finish, everything was explained thoroughly and in detail. Dennis kept in contact and communicated with us the type of work that would be done, when it would be done and the personnel we should expect at or in our home to do it. A hail storm had damaged our roof with rain penetration inside our home also. The roof work went very well, together with inside repairs to sheetrock and paint. Looked seamless upon completion. Dennis and the crew at SPC checked the attic before, during and after re-roofing the house for nail penetration. Likewise, during and after they searched for and cleaned the yard for any nails or debris. Gutters replaced, window screens as well. We would highly recommend SPC and Dennis for anyone who has roofing or construction needs/concerns.

    Dennis, Chris and their crew did an outstanding roof removal and replacement job. The job was planned well with all resources showing up early and working like a well oiled machine until the job was completed in the late afternoon. Any small issues that popped up (not originally planned for) the SPC crew was prepared and handled them immediately. Additionally, the crew did a phenomenal cleanup of my property after the job. There wasnt a speck of dirt, nail or blade of grass out of place when they left (which is almost as important as the work itself to me.) The next day Chris came out and swept the property for any stray metal or nails as good measure. The level of efficiency this group displayed from beginning to end displayed to me that this company has its processes and planning down to a science. If the opportunity presents itself I will not hesitate for a second to use SPC in the future.

    From start to finish the company was patient, responsive, kind and the whole crew was so respectful even during construction. I’m getting my roof, gutters and trim painted by them. My HOA was slow and difficult. They did not rush me to make choices and let me take my time to find the best colors for my house. Roof was completed in one day with a lot of precautions taken to protect my belongings. Moved all my furniture and planters away for protection then put back perfectly. The project manager even came back the next day double check everything and do even more cleaning to ensure my puppies were safe for any roofing nails.

Damage was due to hail, rain and wind, and the project involved a new roof, staining the fence and painting ceilings. Stan the general manager was the most engaged overseer we have ever encountered. He checked out every aspect of the work two and three times a day, even one Sunday. His good relationship with the project managers and tradesmen made the workflow seamlessly. They protected our pool deck and landscaping. Our new charcoal Decra tile roof, with Herringbone half round gutters to match the color of the cast stone, is a work of art!     Great company. Home built in 1955. Had a leak in a bedroom under old solar panel. They Assessed roof, no replacement needed just a few flashings replaced/repaired and surrounding shingles needed to be replaced. very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

    Super great job! SPC showed up when they said they would, and their crew is the best Ive seen on a roofing job. Its the little things you notice: such as not slamming packs of shingles down on the roof; making sure each shingle lays in line; using care when they strip the old shingles off and control where they go; excellent work ethic; extreme clean up, even a blower to sweep the patio clean; no nails or scraps left behind; and the list could go on. All I can say is I dont think youll find a better company!

    I had inside water ceiling damage and after getting 2 prior quotes; chose Dennis Hudson at SPC Construction because his integrity and in-depth knowledge was impressive. I knew nothing about roofs but his complete explanation of the entire process, product & warranty information gave me the peace of mind I needed to move forward and hire him to replace my roof. His team started at the time stated, clean-up was cleaned up nice and Dennis sent me texts, pictures in real-time and updates with work needed outside the scope of the initial quote. I am very satisfied with my new roof and gutters....they all did an excellent job. I highly recommend Dennis Hudson....he is a professional, extremely knowledgeble answered ALL my questions and gave me an honest assessment of what I needed at a decent price.     I definitely recommend SPC Construction and Roofing!!! I contacted SPC after a hail storm and they sent out Ryan Hinojoza the same day for a FREE inspection!! Ryan was so helpful answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease when it came to dealing with my insurance company. They were quick and did a really great job on my roof!

    Darren at SPC Construction & Roofing helped us fight our insurance company for 10 months to get a new roof due to hail damage. We were ready to give up but he counseled us that even if the insurance company denied our claim, we could continue to appeal. Once the insurance company agreed to pay, Darren helped us pick a new roof option, provided addresses in our neighborhood with the same roof option so we could see what it look like on a whole roof. Once we were ready, the roof was installed within a week of making our final choice and all the work was completed in a day. We can not say enough about the fantastic service we received from SPC.
