They were responsive, communicated consistently and effectively, with an accurate arrival estimate, detailed updates and status via text messages. Robert was right on schedule. He quickly diagnosed the problem with two breakers, resolved the issue via removal and replacement with better quality parts, and provided a lot of helpful information including some details regarding the history of the sub-panel. Robert was very knowlegeable, helpful and personable. We will be using B&B for all future electrical work.

I called four of their competitors before finally reaching B&B. They did what no one else couldn’t, answer a simply electrical question to determine if they needed to come out at all. It turns out they did need to come out but everyone else wanted to send and charge me just to find out. When they did, it was on time, professional and the work they did was exceptional. Danny was fantastic, the best professional I’ve ever had work on my house. In a world where everything is corporate it’s nice there are some local companies still serving their communities.I will never use anyone else.

I am so very pleased with B&B Electric. Robert called before his scheduled time to let me know that he was on the way, and arrived right on time. He listened intently as we explained our three different electrical issues - flickering lights and a buzzing outlet in the bedroom, outlet that kept cutting out in the kitchen, and fluorescent garage lights that didnt turn on. He explained and showed us the problem with each of the projects, never talking down to us but making sure we understood. He explained our options and answered our questions fully. He even had to leave to get additional supplies but returned quickly. When he packed up to leave he left the project areas clean and didnt leave any junk or tools (like the last electrician did, almost got a new drill out of the deal!). All three projects were fixed and work wonderfully now. And all three for the SAME PRICE that one guy quoted us for just one project. I will be calling Robert back to fix the circuit breaker box and then to rewire the whole house to replace the old (and dangerous) aluminum wires. I would give B&B 10 stars if I could. Can not recommend them enough!

After a terrible experience with one of those large electricians that advertise frequently, we called B&B out for a variety of issues. Daniel and his coworker were friendly, prompt, gave us an excellent price and got every one of our issues resolved same day. One of the jobs was installing a ventilation fan in our bathroom, which the other guy said was impossible to do, but B&B said no problem and put it in and now we finally have a functioning vent in our bathroom! They are wonderful to work with and we will definitely use them again.

Robert is an absolutely outstanding electrician! He is punctual, courteous, professional, focused, and incredibly knowledgeable. He came out today for the second time, and we had a long list of all sorts of items for repair. I would highly recommend for literally any kind of electrical related issue no matter how big or small, simple or complex. Robert is great with lighting as well. I feel like we have a new house tonight after he helped solve lighting issues in our kitchen and master bath, as well as repairing outdoor lighting and other areas in the home. He knows a lot about coloring (hue) and brightness. It is also really nice that he explains every electrical repair in simple terms so that you can understand the cause of the issue as well as options for repair. Perfect scores all the way around for this guy!

I had a great overall customer experience with the service techs - Daniel and Elliot.Even though I’m just the renter, they both treated me like I was the owner in terms of communication, honesty, professionalism, and friendliness.They quickly pointed out and fixed a tripped GFCI, rather than pretending it was something else, same for a bathroom fan that just needed to be cleaned. The landlord authorized them to replace it, which they did and they even cleaned up after themselves - like they weren’t even there.I called B&B to remind of their names and the person I spoke to was super appreciative making me feel even better that it wasn’t just them - seems like they care company wide.Well done and will definitely use again.
