    For my remodel, it was the flooring that I worried about and researched the most. So when Park Flooring did their estimate, I was ready with questions. Bryan answered all of them (correctly!) and I had them put in Coretec Grande LVP flooring. The floor is solid and they did a great job of not repeating patterns. I highly recommend them.

    Definitely the folks to go with in the Estes Valley. Both carpeted and solid surface flooring were installed to mine and my wifes satisfaction. Additionally, their team who installed the quartz countertops went above-and-beyond when faced with a width challenge with a gas stove. Money well spent.

    I recently had Park Flooring install some luxury vinyl plank flooring in a rental unit I own in Estes Park. I spent a lot of time researching my options - always looking for the best product and service for the best price. While Park wasnt the cheapest option, I am so glad I decided to use our local Estes Park flooring company to do the job. I was able to specify the date I wanted them to start the job and negotiate parts of the job that I could do myself to save some money, like move the appliances. I was especially impressed with their installation crew who were absolutely meticulous at their work, while working around a family of five that lived in the unit. When I spend thousands of dollars on a project, I want it to be perfect, and it was. Thanks Park Flooring. It was a pleasure working with you.

    Park Flooring was recommended to us by a neighbor. We were looking for someone to install a new floor in our kitchen. Both Bryan and Gavin were super responsive, patient, helpful with selections and samples, and always professional. Not only did we purchase our Coretec kitchen flooring with Park, we also worked with them for our kitchen counter tops ultimately going with Teltos Montclair quartz. Why stop there? We also purchased carpeting for our stairs. Pretty much one stop shopping for all kinds of surfaces at Park Flooring. I would not hesitate to use them again. Super nice folks!

    I called Park Flooring to get a quote to seal wood floors I thought were still raw wood, keeping us from moving in. Bryan struggled through 2 feet of snow to get into our home and inspect them. Not only was he able to do this on short notice, as we were coming into town next week, but once he inspected the floors, he reported that they were indeed adequately sealed.     We had these fine gentlemen do our backsplash, kitchen countertops, and bathroom floors. They did a wonderful job all around and were super helpful with selecting materials, going over process, etc.Just remember that there is still supply chain challenges globally and they may not have every flooring/ tile option in stock.We would highly recommend this establishment to anyone whos looking for a quality local option.

Ours is a log home so there are some unique details that have to be done correctly and they did it perfectly.     We had several projects going on that had to be done in the right sequence with other contractors beside Park Flooring. We had to move our start dates with Park Flooring due to delays in permitting and material delivery with our other contractors and Park flooring was very accommodative. In the end, they were able to start a few days early and the finished 3 days early. They refinished our hardwood floors, replaced all of our carpet and most of our tile throughout our home in Estes Park. Everyone who worked on our flooring projects was professional and did high quality work.     We had an excellent experience working with Park Flooring during the period of time our oak wood floor buckled (from water damage) through complete renewal. We debated patching the area, sanding and staining or complete removal and replacement. After deciding on patching, sanding and staining (environmentally a much better choice), Gavin and Brandon set out a plan to complete the project. Brandon, an artistic master craftsman, completed all of the woodworking, staining and sealing in a short manageable period of time. Our floor looks better than we ever imagined and much better than the previous floor! We are glad to have contracted Park Flooring with a shout out to Gavin and Brandon!

    Park Flooring did an absolutely outstanding job for our business! After the September flood of 2013, we needed to replace all the carpet in our entire store. We also needed to install a new tile entryway. The owner of Park Flooring promptly came out to take measurements and provide us with a quote. We were able to receive great guidance when we went to the amazing showroom to choose our products. Ted, the man who physically did the installation, was incredibly talented. He was neat, diligent, friendly, hard working, and always on time. We have had the carpet replaced multiple times over the years by other companies, and the quality of Park Flooring is so far superior. We would strongly recommend Park Flooring to everyone.     We bought our first home here in Estes last year, just before the fires, and decided that our big investment would be getting the floors professionally re-done.We considered flooring services in Longmont, Loveland, and Boulder, but ultimately decided to go with park flooring. They had done so many jobs in the Estes area, had a great selection of products in their showroom, and when I asked about the environmental sustainability and impact of different products, they were interested and engaged. We liked hiring a local company. They knew which products held up in the climate, and had a good estimate of lead times for materials. When they didn’t know the answer to something, they looked it up, and when something didn’t work, they were flexible.We decided on hickory made by Somerset, and although production time is longer to get the product in stock, we really liked that the hickory is sustainably grown in the US, and manufactured by an American company with American workers, and the end product was damned well worth the wait.Andrew gave us great advice, was responsive and communicated clearly. The carpenters they have on staff are professional and courteous, and they do an amazing job.Andrew itemized things, so that we could save some money on installation. we removed carpeting and baseboard ourselves, and saved money doing that.I met the owner of the company one day, and I was impressed with him, his professionalism, and commitment to high quality work.The installation that they did turned out stunning, like a work of art, and has transformed our home into a different space. And, I suspect, added a fair bit of value.I recommend hiring park flooring without reservation.

    I dreaded replacing our hall/bedroom floor (due to surprise flood). Heres what Park Flooring did for us: They were ready a week ahead of schedule. Brien and Robert did a superb job of prepping the floor, no small task. They then installed the new flooring and replaced or added all the border molding and trim, then cleaned up, all in the 3 allotted days, at the price given. They asked us our opinions when there were choices. I could hear the murmur of their voices, problem-solving together, in the nicest way. It was an entirely positive experience.

    We completely remodeled the interior of our condo. We had Park Flooring install 2 types of flooring. New quartz counter tops in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms.     Park Flooring was easy to work with all the way from ordering tile to installation, they also suggested colors of tiles for the countertops and ordered in samples so we could make the best match possible to go with the shower tiles and the floor tiles.They put shelves in the shower wall and coordinated some very nice pebbles for the shower floor, which are perfect for my rustic log home.Michael helped me find a glass company to update my shower door on our Master Bathroom remodel, and coordinated the glass door installation as soon as the tile was done.He worked well with my contractor and his cabinet maker so they could get the cabinets built as soon as the floor was done. Michael kept on top Of this project so he could get back in as soon as the cabinets were finished and lay the tile on top of the counters.Park Floors also kept me informed as to how each step of the process was going.I didn’t have to worry about a thing, it was truly the easiest remodel I’ve ever had done.     We have Park Flooring all over our home. We have been a loyal customer for over 2years now. Garth and his great crew have added hardwood to an already existing floor-matching it perfectly. It turned out beautiful and no one can tell old flooring from new flooring. Our second job was to add carpet to the main floor. The third job was to add carpet going up stairs and three bedrooms. And the last job was stairs going to a basement and carpeting the whole area to add warmth to a cool room.I highly, highly recommend Park Flooring and the professional staff.     Andrew was a huge help with the picking out the tile for our bathroom makeover & new bathroom. I asked his opinion on what would work for decorator tile in both bathrooms and he gave me several options that would blend with the other tile I had picked out. Andrew is professional, organized and easy to work with. He even drove to Ft. Collins to pick up more tile when needed. I enjoyed the installation crew as well. Eric has every tool and piece of equipment necessary for installing shower, bath & floor tile. He is meticulous with his work and has a great crew that helps with the process.     They did a great job. I would use them again In A heartbeat. Greg went the extra mile with his work. Their pricing was good and the quality was even better. I’m sorry I don’t remember the young lady’s name that works in the shop, but she was so knowledgeable about all their different materials in flooring. We had gone to Lowe’s first to get a bid, but decided to talk to Park Flooring before making a decision. Park Flooring puts Lowe’s to shame in their customer service, we were a NAME to them and they actually cared about their job. PLUS they were quite a bit cheaper. If you want a SUPERIOR job I highly recommend them.

    My first contact with Park Flooring was at the store which has an amazing selection of types and colors of floor coverings. Also, the employees at the store were extremely helpful. It was nice to see an experienced guy like Greg operate; he knows what he is doing, and didn’t cut corners when it came to the challenging and tricky parts of the job. The proper equipment was used to do the job: two power stretching heads, one on a stinger for tight spaces, and a knee-kick used sparingly where necessary. One room had two in-floor electrical outlets toward the middle of the room, six in-floor heating registers near the walls, and a stone hearth in one corner. The carpet around the outlets looks perfect; his stretching strategy kept those areas pretty much stationary. The registers were also handled well, with cuts where appropriate and new tack strip where it had been omitted by the original installer. Greg and Gavin make a good team.

    Working with Park Flooring was the type of experience you always hope for but rarely receive. It began with selecting the products we would use. Sarah was so flexible, helpful and patient with us - to ensure the carpet we chose would be the best possible fit to our home. Sarah even explained why we didnt need to consider the more expensive products given our usage (no pets, for example). Samples were provided with no return deadlines, allowing us to spend plenty of time to live with the colors and patterns before committing. The installation experience could not have been better. Because our new carpet includes a subtle pattern, Park Flooring provided to us the most skilled installer in the area. The result of all that is a beautiful floor that complements its surroundings, especially the wood trim.

    Out first jobs were new carpet and hardwood floor buff and coat. We had an easy time at the store selecting the carpet and scheduling the work. The carpet installation was great and the hardwood floor looks stellar. That was 1.5 years ago and we still love the floors.So, as a follow-up we chose to re-tile two small, adjacent rooms. Same relaxed experience at the store selecting tile and grout. We were offered to start one day early due to normal work variations which we accepted. Re-tiling included baseboard removal. Garth got involved when a question arose about possible damaging the baseboard. Installation looks great. Baseboards went back on with installer filling the nail holes. I caulked the baseboard-to-wall joint. The job was done without needing to repaint the baseboard or wall. Garth and the workmen attended to the details to make this job excellent.
