Last week Efrain and his team worked on our main house. There was a lot to do, and we had interviewed a few companies and chose Efrain because of his knowledge and the price was very reasonable compared to some other quotes. To bring our house into the 21st century, their team demo’d the front arch and squared it off, installed the front door, removed the trim around the windows and garage door, installed lights on the arches and garage, painted the vinyl windows black, and painted the main house to match the ADU.Efrain and his team delivered on what was promised, and we couldn’t be happier! What made me really happy was that his team was able to stick to the timeline. Every day, there was someone working and would start and end at the same time. Even with another add on, they were able to finish within the previously stated date. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire and recommend them again for future jobs. Thank you!Don’t mind our Halloween decor 😬

Our house went through the 3rd exterior paint work over the last 25 years. About 1/3 of the area is wood siding which needs substantial preparation work. Gutierrezs work is the best among the previous two. We are very satisfied.

Efrain Gutierrez and his team did an outstanding job transforming our garage from frightening to fantastic. They removed a disgusting popcorn ceiling and replaced it with a flawless surface. They patched countless holes--including gaping spaces that my electrician and pest control contractor had to cut into the drywall. They matched our custom paint color perfectly. Throughout the project, Efrain communicated often via friendly text messages, and was fun to talk with when he was on the job. I also appreciated that he wore a mask. He and his team arrived promptly each morning and completed the project on budget and on schedule. The finished product is gorgeous--and thats not just me talking. The other subcontractors all said the same thing when they saw the work:Wow, nice walls! Whos your drywall contractor?This company lives up to its name. Excellent work for a good price. Efraim and his team were professional, and did a great job repairing our cracked ceiling, then painting it, then the entire interior of our house; the walls, baseboards, and doors and trim.

Efrain and his team did an outstanding job painting interior of my home. The walls were really dark and really tall. But the coverage was perfect and the edging and trimming impeccable. The came promptly, worked hard, prepared, covered and cleaned up every day. The service and price all together wonderful. I will use them again.

Efrain and team were incredible! I bought a Tuff Shed that I intended to use as an office space. I needed some help to finish off the interior. Efrain Showed up to quote the job within 20 hrs of my initial call and started the next day on the drywall delivery. The drywall, texturing, priming and painting was done in less than 3 days. So amazing!! Thank you guys! Love the work!
