    When we first contacted this company after doing an online search for Utah Radon Mitigation. Total Radon Solutions was the closest to us in rural Utah. They were quick to respond. We were told depending on the results of the radon testing we might need one unit in the home, one with a larger fan or 2 units on either end of the basement. They wanted to start with one unit first so we would save money, then upgrade if needed. Happily we only needed one unit. They were able to install it in a closet so it wouldnt be visible in a room. Any questions were quickly answered. They were on time, friendly and willing to take the time to answer questions.

    They did a great job! They were very prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. They were able to install through the original chase in my home, so not visible other than the vent pipe on my roof. We used to keep a window open in the basement--even during the winter--to vent the radon. Its so nice to not have to do that any longer! Radon levels have been very low since installation. I highly recommend Jared, Lynn and Total Radon Solutions. Im very pleased with the results.

    After the birth of our last child, we tested our home for Radon and found out that its levels were extremely high. I had seen Total Radon Solutions work truck and trailer around town and gave them a call. They came out and professionally tested my home and confirmed previous radon results. We scheduled a time for them to put in our system. They were quick, efficient, and professional. They were great to work with and were extremely honest. I would highly recommend them!

    Total Radon Solutions is a family-owned business owned by a very good family, Lynn, Robin, and son Jared. They provided a free test for radon, a free bid to mitigate the unhealthy level of radon that was detected, excellent work in one day to mitigate the radon to a healthy level, and a test afterword to verify their work. Their moto is to treat your home as if it was their home which they follow faithfully. They will ensure that you are satisfied with the mitigation system that they install and will return to fix any problems that may arise. I highly recommend this great company.

    This is a great company to take care of your radon mitigation needs. Quick to respond and complete the job. After installation they checked the radon levels again and when it wasnt quite as low as they wanted they went the extra mile, at no extra cost to us, to make sure radon was at a safe level.     In seeking bids for radon mitigation at our home, Jared at Total radon solutions was the only one to come for an in-person bid, assuring accuracy and pricing and a complete understanding of the scope of the project. He and his partner were knowledgeable, professional and friendly and worked quickly. They cleaned up after the install and didnt sell us more than we needed and actually pointed out that we did not need as much work as was first thought, saving us lots of money. Our radon levels are now down below dangerous levels giving us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend total radon solutions for your radon mitigation needs.

    Total Radon Solutions are amazing. They are exceptionally clean and professional and provide the best of alternatives to mitigate your radon problem. My original test at 7.3 was reduced to 1.1 pCi/L. I opted for internal and was very pleased with how they were able to place the piping and fan where least conspicuous. Highly-Highly Recommend!!

    We wanted to say that we are extremely happy that we went with Total Radon Solutions for our radon mitigation system. This is a family-owned company and they stand by their product and work. Jared and his dad are very informed on the subject of radon and have been nothing but professional, courteous and responsive to our questions. The radon mitigation solution they installed was precise, efficient and aesthetically pleasing. We were quite surprised with how quiet the fans were during operation (you can barely notice they are running). They have the right tools and knowledge for this line of work. These guys go the extra mile and ended up putting in some long hours to try and finish the job in a timely manner. We highly recommend these guys if you are considering installation of a radom mitigation system!

    Jared and his partner were nice to deal with during this installation. They are very detailed oriented in their job. Our initial reading was 10.10 pCi/L. After he installed our radon mitigation system our level went to 0.5. We are very pleased with their service. Jared answered all our questions and assured us that he is available to us for any questions we have later. They did their job and left our home as if they hadn’t even been there.     The mitigation installation was done timely and efficiently. They were able to complete a second option to protect my crawl space area when it was not accessible to complete the first choice.     I was really impressed with these guys. They are a father and a son working together. They own the business. It was the two of them working together to get the job done. The first thing they did when they got here was remove their shoes. I thought that was professional.They did a survey of the house and talked about the best way to install the system. Once they figured it out, they showed me where things were going to go. They quoted an exact price. They spent the day doing the work together. It was a lot of work. They had to do two bore holes through rebar reinforced concrete.When the work was done, they charged exactly what they said they were going to charge. The work was really cleanly done. Very professional both of them.I paid for a test before they came, but they said that they do free testing. I would 100% use them again.

    I had done a free test and found my levels were over 10 on average and as high as 15. (Should be below 2.7) Contacted the company. They were very professional. Setup an install time and they came out and installed the system. When they were done my levels droped to below 2. (1.2 average now) the install was very clean and professional. No mess left behind, they cleaned up mess that was made. High recommend.
