    Would absolutely recommend Barneys!Called late on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and they were to get us in early Monday. It wasnt an emergency and with the holiday weekend, completely understandable.Jesse showed up right on time. Provided an estimate less than what I expected. Left to go pick up the toilet and came back, installed and cleaned up within about a 3 hour window.Adulting is being so excited and happy with a new toilet.Thank you very much!!!!

    I recently had an issue installing a new washing machine, and my landlord called this company to fix the problem. He could not have picked a better business! They were able to come the very same day and fix it in a short time. It was quite obvious this guy knew his stuff, but explained it in a way I could understand. I am amazed and appreciative for their kind professionalism and integrity. I recommend them to all, and this is who I will call should I personally need plumbing services in the future.     I called Barneys after seeing many recommendations. I was given a 2 hour window for them to come give and estimate. Jesse called letting me know he was 15 minutes out and arrived about 20 minutes into that window. Confirmed we needed a new water heater. He had one at the shop and we moved ahead. With travel time to get the new heater, it was just about 4 hours from estimate to completion. Jesse was easy to work with, efficient and did a great job. Highly recommend Barneys for your plumbing needs.

    Same day my hot water heater went out.... I got a new one installed. Riley visited with me on the phone and quoted me a VERY fair price! He came out the same day and installed my new hot water heater. No mess and he took care of all the clean up and haul off. Im very impressed with the work that was done!     I’ve trusted Barney’s for the last 3 or so years. They have done water heaters, dishwashers, toilets, fixed old pipes and most recently fixed a gas leak on our gas range fitting. They are dependable, honest, fair and always seem to get to the issue quickly w/o making me wait. I recommend them!

    Recently Barney’s plumbing came to my house for an emergency blocking and also to replace a hot water heater. They were able to locate the blockage, which was truly incredible considering what they had to go through to find it. I live in a double wide mobile home, which had apparently been plumbed Incorrectly and kept causing blockages. They fixed that and I now have a brand new beautiful, hot water heater. They also repaired other problems. I didn’t even know about until then. They were definitely professional thoroughly explaining to me what they were doing, and as a single woman who is disabled, they were so courteous And caring that I had plumbing while they did the repairs. They are the ones to call, people. I will use them again If necessary!!!

    Were so happy with the service we got from Barneys Plumbing! Our water heater began leaking and needed replacement. We called Barneys and they sent out Jesse the next day. Communication was great. He removed and replaced our water heater quickly, he answered all our questions, and the quality of his work was great. Very clean and courteous. No more cold showers!

    Jesse with Barneys Plumbing first came to install a sink in a shop apartment. He did such a good and thorough job, we wanted him back to fix two toilets and replace another toilet in our house and add a water filter system to the shop sink. Jesse helped find the right toilet and water filtering system, so we didnt have to guess or shop for those items ourselves. He always kept in contact and followed through with excellent service, workmanship, and quality products. We are relieved we found a skilled plumber we can trust and who we can rely on if/when future problems may arise.

    Nobody wants a plumbing issue, but Ryleigh came out, and got everything back up and running after Hunts Plumbing tried and made a bigger mess of our water pressure. Not only did he fix our issue but went the extra mile with his attention to detail and troubleshooting expertise. Well be using this company for all future issues. They also recommended a company to work with for putting in a filtration system for our well water.

    We recently purchased a home in Issaquah. In the inspection it was pointed out that the houses plumbing was galvanized. We contacted Barneys on the recommendation of our realtor.Jesse came out and spent an hour walking the property identifying a few leaks, outlining the placement of the plumbing of the house and what he would recommend we do. We also requested that he plumb water to our new fridge and add a line to support an espresso bar. Barneys sent us a fair and reasonable bid and we decided to move forward.Jesse was open and honest throughout the entire process. We knew what he was doing every step of the way. Even when we couldnt be present he sent regular updates. Later, when we requested changes, he patiently offered us multiple options and provided his expert opinion, keeping our budget in mind the entire time. When we had to make another change to the plumbing in the kitchen, he quickly got us on the schedule and took care of us.On top of all of the changes, when we discovered asbestos in the drywall, Jesse took the time to work with abatement company to identify where they should cut to make way for Jesses work. He also worked in tandem with other contractors as we had multiple projects going. All in all, I imagine we were one of Barneys more challenging clients/projects.Jesses infinite patience, expertise, honesty and awareness of our budget has made us lifelong customers of Barneys. When we do further renovations in the next few years, we will absolutely request Jesse and the team at Barneys.

    Had Barneys out for a sup-pump issue. They sent out Riley who was an absolute professional. He did what I have never seen a service person do. He listened first. After I finished explaining my issue, he did not try to one-up me, up-sale or minimize my issue. He never bad mouthed the competition, just explained the solution. They gave me a more than reasonable bid. They scheduled me quickly, arrived on time and did amazing work. I will only recommended Barneys Plumbing.

    If you need a plumber call Barney’s Plumbing LLC. We have known we could always count on them but tonight really solidified that. Our water heater cracked and leaked everywhere after hours tonight. We called them instantly and the owner himself came to take a look within 30 minutes of our call. We were planning out how we’d bathe our daughter the next week (because they didn’t have appointments until Wednesday). Water on the stove was our best plan 😂 When he saw my daughter, he told my husband he was gonna spend a couple hours and install it tonight. He left, came back with a new tank, and spent a couple hours out there by himself working on the water heater installation. We now have hot water only 3.5 hours after we noticed the leak!The owner also never does service calls, but he did tonight. And even though we were gonna be fine if we had to wait, we sure are happy we didn’t have to. The customer service of that company is top notch. They are the real deal. CALL THEM.

    I was in need of a plumber on semi short notice, a specific day and time. I explained my situation with the need to coordinate with countertop installation. This company fit me in and sent Jesse out for the bid. What a great experience! I would and will not hesitate to call on their company in the future.     We contacted Barney’s Plumbing after our initial plumber messed-up on every single rough-in (4 total) and over-charged us for it. David came in and fixed/corrected every mistake and did so at a superior level. His work was fast and done with precision. Barney’s Plumbing can handle the intricacies of a full bathroom remodel.     I reached out to Barney’s with the help of Facebook. We needed a leaky spigot fixed prior to our trip out of town. I believe Jesse did a great job fixing it—very professional and capable. Thank you! The only thing I was unable to do was get serval estimates, so I have no idea if we paid high or low. I did a Google search (who knows how accurate those are) and found that I paid medium-high for the work he did. The final bill seemed high for just over an hour’s work. But because I don’t know, I still gave the 5 stars. The only thing that would have changed my rating was the cost. Also, I really appreciated the kindness of the person who helped to set up the appointment when I called, and Jesse came right on time. I really felt good about that. Next time I will definitely reach out to Barney’s, but will also get other estimates for peace of mind.

    Awesome folks! Riley and Jesse came on time to inspect my garden faucets backflow preventer water leak. They helped me to figure out actually there was nothing wrong in my hose bibs and preventers. They are working as per designed. They also educated me how to turn on faucets in full force so that water should not leak. Now, I have a great understanding on this. They also gave me an honest and reasonable estimates (less than half of other 2 plumber estimates who didnt even tell me if there was any issue at all) if I ever want to get rid of that design and replace with frost free hose bibs. Honesty and professionalism are very important in business. So, because of being respectful to these 2 business points, Barneys plumbing got another customer and business from me as long as I am here in Maple Valley! Keep up the good work.

    Barney’s plumbing is the best in the business. I contacted them about a way to fix the hot water because it takes so long to get to our master bath, their estimate beat everyone else’s estimate. I didn’t feel pressured to buy their service either. They have been great with their customer service, and not only that but they are honest with what is really needed and what is not. Their prices are fair and they will give you honest feedback about what’s going on. Use these guys you won’t regret it. I wish I found them sooner to be honest!     Incredible service way beyond my expectations. A respectful Sunday phone tag session told me I was going to have a great experience today as they proptly returned every call I made. The issue: I had a 100 year old sewer main that was clogged solid with 30 of solid debris that built up over 4 months of clogging. My drain had lost its taper 2% drain pitch after a century settling, flat in a half dozen places, a real mess.Mike helped me out by chopping up the clogs then jet spraying apart the compacted mess, all the way to the old sewer main. Way beyond the abandonment of real setvice provided from my last experience - with that well known national corporate brand, and at 1/100 of the cost, literally - Im serious!!Displaying Old School Attitude Mike knew what had to be overcome and he wasnt leaving it unaccomplished, or by giving up then saying you gotta dig it up and replace the sewer main - at tens of thousands of $$ for a incorrectly repaired patch- just like I spent in January, the last time with the other brand. No Mike stuck with it on a beautiful Sunday afterno and was done in 2 1/2 hours for under $500!!! I kid you not! Barneys has legit old school integrity saturated in a hefty solid work ethic! Wgen have you ever had that experience?Now I shouldnt have written such praise much as in this referal as it will surely get me nothing more but busy signals from now on over their phone servers people flock over to Barneys plumbing. From now on ever time my sewer backs up I will only call Barneys plumbing!They set the standard that customers should always get from other companies, but never do!

    David took a look at my sewer line and found rocks and a fir tree root ball. He came back and jetted out the line and took out the rocks and root ball. As an extra bonus he chopped down the fir tree and hauled it away. My mail carrier is delighted that the tree is gone and I’m happy that I can see cars when I back down the driveway.

    Barneys was contracted for our guest bathroom restoration project, and then I called them back when I had an issue with the faucets in our master bath. Riley took care of both projects - he showed up when he said he would, answered my questions clearly, and gave me detailed project and cost information so I could best decide how to proceed with my project when he identified a new issue while working on our master bath. Both of our projects were unexpected and I very much appreciated their service and not adding to the stresses that come with surprise plumbing issues.     After trying everything we could to unclog our sink we called Barneys. Jesse came out and found that our drain was not at the correct grade, and we had a shower leak. He fixed both issues with no suprise costs. Great service and attention to detail!
