Our 24 year old A/C unit died and had to be replaced just when we were having family due in for a funeral service. We contacted Jack at Dense Mechanical. The next day he had a firm cost for replacement. Tom was out to assess our A/C needs. Within 48 hours we had a crew at our house to replace the A/C and the heater furnace. They also replaced all wiring and other required equipment. All this within two days and in time for family to arrive. We were so impressed with their service and professionalism. We will be recommending them to friends and family.

So to start out my 85 year old father called another AC company in town to get his AC serviced and install a new part. When it came time for them to come out it was almost 90 degrees outside and they didn’t show up. The next day he called and they told him they would be out that day. Another 90 degree day they didn’t show again. I went over to his house and called David Lawrence (the owner of the company) and he said let me see what I can do. Keep in mind this is 5:30 on a Friday. I got a call back in less than a minute and they said they would be there at 7 that night. When 6:30 rolled around I got a call from the technician and he said I’ll be there in 5 minutes. When he showed up he was very professional and very nice to my father who wanted to talk his ear off because he was a retired plumber. The technician was there for about an hour and installed the new part and put in 3 pounds of Freon. Needless to say when it comes time again for my father or my family to need any work done Dense Mechanical is going to be the first and only company we call. After contacting Dense to quote a new central AC unit for our home, Jack made the time to stop by the same day we called and provided an estimate and a possible installation date the same day. The installation date was quicker then anyone else and the price was extremely reasonable for the AC unit and service provided. First appointment was on a Monday and the installation was completed on Friday, a week and a half quicker than other places. Jack, Draven and Chase arrived on time, they were friendly and very professional, even remembered to close the horse gate when they left. After a week in a house with no AC in July in Oklahoma, I could not be more thankful and appreciative of the quick response and helpfulness of the Dense team here in Enid! I was a new customer for Dense Comfort Solutions for the AC installation, and after this experience Ill never call anywhere else! Thank you so much for everything!!

I just can’t say enough good things about Dense. My elderly mom had a plumbing back up the weekend before Christmas. Dense sent someone out on the weekend and diagnosed a broken pipe. They got it to place where she could use the plumbing over Christmas and then returned the Monday after Christmas to repair the pipe. All through the process the entire Dense team was incredibly professional and helpful. Highly recommended!!

Dense Comfort Solutions were absolutely wonderful. I live out of state but contacted them about adding a central heat/air conditioning unit to a rental property that I have in Enid. They responded within one day with a quote and then followed up by both email and a phone call. Weber provided superior customer service and even reaching out to me over the weekend to be certain I did not have any questions. They worked with my realtor and were able to install the system the very next day. They provided me with texts and emailed pictures throughout the process so that I would know exactly what was going on at my property. Jack called me to give me a final update and then I even received a Thank You card for choosing to use their company. You cannot ask for better service than that!

Im a poor residential joe living in a 1930s tudor. My AC broke and, like any poor schmuck I wanted to save a buck and fix it myself, but I needed advice and an ace in the hole in case I failed.Dense were the only people (from the ones I called before I reached them) who were able to come same-day. Not only that, but the service lady was incredibly kind and helpful in dealing with me over the phone.Furthermore, when I called later, thinking I may have isolated the issue, the service lady was willing to call her tech to let me ask a question. Then, to top it all off, the tech was in the middle of a job and was very patient in answering my questions.Who has heard of service like this in this day and age!?They were so helpful and didnt even make a dime off of me. I GUARANTEE I will call them FIRST for any future issues and will recommend them to everyone in need from this day forth!

Jack from Dense listened to what I wanted, a new system that controls comfort not just air temperature. After showing me other recent installations, I chose the Daikin Fit system with added extras like vents in my garage, ionizing air cleaner, advanced WiFi thermostat and a system that ramps up/down AC and Heat, and blower and compressor. The unit outside is nearly silent on normal days and barely audible on very hot/humid days. Jack worked with Daikin to correct some availability issues with the thermostat to assure complete satisfaction and the Dense service techs did a great job installing the system.Jack filed all the paperwork for the warranty and ONG rebate. Jack left nothing to chance and did a great job explaining the system.Dense and Jack listened when others just wanted to R&R what I had. Amazing system and great customer service. They even came out early when I asked them if they would.

All 3 guys were knowledgeable, considerate and extremely helpful. We had to relocate tank due to venting requirements of city code. Heath had to build an outside venting system…he aced it! Of course in an old house we ran into some additional problems but they were addressed and resolved. I really appreciated the fact that I was consulted and process was explained to me before job continued. I would recommend Dense and will definitely use them for any future needs! Thank you!!

Dense Mechanical is excellent to work with. Tom Rhyne is fantastic to deal with for scheduling and on site quotes. He was very happy to work around our schedule and get the equipment we wanted. He made absolutely sure we had all the information we needed. He wasnt pushy with trying to upsell us to a more expensive unit we didnt need. He sent plenty of video and photo information on the equipment and gave us access to manuals and specs to make sure we got the best value for our money. Making a purchase of this size was very stressful. Tom made this as easy as it could be and gave us the piece of mind and security to feel at ease. Thats just something you dont see anymore.The installation team of Steven and Brayden were outstanding as well. They were happy to help explain what was going on and they were very timely. They showed up when they said they would and didnt leave the house a mess when they left. They worked extremely well with our General Contractor, which was greatly appreciated. They explained the system very thoroughly and even took the time to walk us through the manual. Superior service hands down. They worked exceptionally long days (12 hours +) to ensure the job was completed before the stated time.Dense Mechanical was far and away the top choice for this job. They are a well known, local company. They gave us an excellent value for our money. We certainly received the job and equipment we paid for and Im very happy with the entire experience.

Heat went out at 10pm on a Sunday. I couldn’t troubleshoot so I called their answering service. I got a call back within a couple minutes, and the man showed up 15 min later. He was able to quickly fix the issue (loose wiring) but also went above and beyond to make sure my Nest was working properly and that we had consistent heat before he left. Very nice gentleman. Would definitely use this company again for emergency and non-emergent services.

We have had Dense at our home fo air conditioning issues and they also fixed our electric fireplace. Both times the employees were curtious and explained the issues and fixed them in a timely manner. I would definately recommend Dense. They are a well respected company with employees that have great work ethic.

Originally went to Kemph Heating and AC but no one answered my calls and was there when went to their office. Ended up at Dense Comfort Solutions and they helped me when I came in, very welcoming, left info they called me right back next day. Within less than a week we had everything installed, the guy helped us with all our questions and we our happy with the work and customer service given.
