The Burtech Plumbing team is amazing and I will use them for any future plumbing needs. We had the opportunity to work with three employees, as well as Ana in the office. They were all very responsive.Jaime originally came out to fix a leaking water pipe and quickly found the problem and replaced the pipe. As he was leaving, he detected a faint smell of gas and found a leak in our exterior gas pipe. This escalated into a bigger issue involving SDGE and a city inspection before our gas could be turned back on. Bill worked with us to ensure everything was taken care of correctly and Danny got to work replacing the pipe and testing our gas lines. Everything was completed in 24 hours and we felt supported every step of the way. Thank you Jaime, Danny, Bill, and Ana!

I have finally found a plumbing company for all my plumbing needs. Burtech is a local business out of Encinitas and when I called a live person picked up the phone, not an answering service. I was scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours and on a Saturday. Eli was on time, super knowledgeable, and he did fantastic work on our kitchen sink. He was nice, honest, and I really appreciated his help. I will be calling Burtech and requesting Eli from now on!

Jaime was quick, great communicator, and was clean! We had an issue with our tankless water heater. Jaime didn’t have the part on his truck but was able to get it and come back pretty quick. Burtech’s prices are reasonable and they came out the same morning I made the call. Second time dealing with them, and Jaime, and we will call again if another issue arises.

Burtech is a great company to work with. We’ve had several needs including a leaky faucet, a toilet issue and garbage disposal replacement. They are easy to reach, price their work reasonably, and are highly capable. On one occasion we had a Sunday emergency and their pricing was still very fair. Most of all the plumbers are very nice. We often ask for Dave who has been great to work with.

Best service I have ever received! We had them install a pressure gauge outside and fix a leak on our shower. Everything was done in a timely manner. Around 30 minutes after they left, the spout above the gauge was leaking. We called them back to let them know. A couple days later, Gino came and installed a new spout, free of charge! They were so respectful! Thank you, guys/gals!

She was even able to expedite my service, making the entire experience quick and painless.The serviceman, Gino, was not just on time but even called to asked if he could show up a little early. While working he not only laid down cloth to keep the mess minimal, but also covered his work boots when entering my apartment to not track any mess in with him. The respect he showed for my home was something I really appreciated. I was looking for someone to help me with our disposal. We had anoth company out and they were going to charge us about $700 plus a service fee. I found Burtech on Google, Yelp, and Nextdoor and all mentioned a free estimate. I verify everything online before calling. Jose came before our arrival window which was amazing and gave us a much cheaper quote (only charge by the job) and completed the work in under an hour. They are now the only plumbing company I will call for here on out!

Professional efficient and cheap. The plumber was Gino a no no sense guy who knew exactly what he was talking about. He didnt try and inflate the problem hence inflate the price, told us the problem and showed us the cause of the problem. We noticed a leak on the outside of our condo. I contacted Burtech Plumbing company late last night and Bill immediately responded to my request, gathered all my details, and noted they would call me in the morning.As promised, they called me in the morning and sent over Steven to check out our issue at noon. Steven did a fantastic job in finding the root of the problem within minutes (i.e. broken drain pipe) and then repairing the pipe shortly after.He also had to deal with my temporary stupidity of running the dishwasher before he came, which resulted in hot water falling on him while he was in the middle of the repair. I apologized profusely over this mistake and he was so very nice and professional through that situation.Since we were in need of restoration, he also put us in contact with a great and honest company.All in all, I am very happy. The entire situation was handled in less than 24 hours and I highly recommend them!

Burtech Plumbing completed a hydro-jet drain cleaning process, a sink trap cleanout and repaired/corrected a sewer problem at my 2,000 square foot residence in Oceanside, California. The plumber (Gino) was prompt, knowledgeable and completed the requested tasks expertly. The price was reasonable for the work performed. My house had a sewer backup valve (flapper valve) that was improperly installed making it difficult or impossible to completely clean our drains. The changeout of the valve was difficult but he performed the task efficiently and expertly, bringing the house up to code.

Jaime resolved a vexing issue -- a water hammer bang -- that started after a recirculation pump replacement recently. Jaime spotted the problem quickly, made an adjustment, he & tested it, and voila, the water hammer is gone. In hindsight I c-o-u-l-d have seen the problem but I hadnt. Even though it was quick and easy, I fully expected to pay the minimum charge -- after all, it was a truck roll, etc. -- but NO, there was no charge! So not only was the fix quick but it was free to me. This reinforces my satisfaction with Burtech Plumbing. Good outfit.

Now even without the embrace of a warm shower, we were truly about to have a Cold Thanksgiving.Fortunately, Steven and Mike were able to replace it right away giving us something worth celebrating Thanksgiving about.They did not show any sign of annoyance when asked to take on/off their shoe covers every time they had to walk 10 steps between the front door and kitchen balcony (where the water heater is installed). We used Burtech several years ago and they were great. We needed two sets of bathroom faucets installed, so we called them again. Gino called 30 minutes before arrival (as scheduled) and arrived on time. It seems I did not order the valve units I needed to complete the installation (which I discovered are sold separately at Lowes). Gino managed to locate two sets, went off to get them, and charged us a fair price for them. They very kindly did not change the original estimate, even though an extra hour or so was incurred because of the need for the extra components.Gino did a first class job, and once again, Burtech came through for us. Have no hesitation in recommending this first class company.

Gino was early and friendly and very thorough. He efficiently repaired my broken toilet and dripping shower. Then he checked the water pressure and found that it was very high so he replaced the gage. I definitely recommend Burtech.

We had a clogged sink that we could not unclog on our own. My wife looked up reviews on the internet and found this place called burtech plumbing that has some pretty good reviews. We gave them a call and they were very busy but they said they could squeeze us in tomorrow. The fellow that came out to do the job did an excellent job he spent quite a while doing the job correctly. His name was Mike and I would recommend him highly to anybody who needs a drain cleaned!
