Devin Slate is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and we are pleased with his service. He was also conscientious about not tracking things in on our carpet and wore booties to protect our floors. That should be common practice for service calls, but it is not, in my experience.

It was a burger of a job and he never gave up and always have a positive attitude! I very much appreciated his work ethic! Our technician arrived wearing a mask, which is important to us during the 2020 pandemic. He was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the situation. He came the same day we called to request service. We have an old house and have had to call a plumber numerous times since moving it. Spellman has been our go to service and will continue to be. They are probably not the cheapest in town, but they offer quality professional service and provide good value.

Our technician, Nivek, did an awesome job in a timely manner. We had a backup to the main line as well as a cast iron pipe with a leak that needed to be replaced. He did a great job, we would definitely recommend Plumbing by Spellman, and well call again if needed in the future.

Excellent service. My hot water heater went out on christmas eve! I was so worried I would have to spend the long weekend with no hot water! A quick call and spellman was there in about half an hour and got us up and going! Affordable too!
