    We searched and searched for someone who could make a set of custom family room tables for our home. We finally settled on Corey Morgan to do the job. Our choice was based on his responsiveness to our questions, and his ability to identify multiple options to drive our choice of pieces for this project. We couldnt be happier with our choice and the final results. Corey was outstanding in his ability to walk us through the design options, pointing out why one option would be better than another. He took our input and ideas and crafted three outstanding pieces. We would highly recommend Corey to anyone in need of custom build live edge furniture and look forward to our next project with him.

    We looked far and wide for the right person to make kitchen cabinets and two bathroom vanities for our dream cabin on a lake. It is a bit of a leap of faith to engage in having someone make cabinets that do not exist somewhere else. Making these decisions about style and layout of a kitchen are personal. Corey was super easy to talk with and quick to get a sense of what we were (and were not) looking for. He offered suggestions (which we often agreed with) but always respected what we were really wanting to achieve. After several phone calls and a Skype meeting, we decided to embark on this adventure with Corey. So glad we made the right decision! We could not be more happy with the two bathroom vanities, and gorgeous cabinets and island (including live edge countertop). The pictures we have uploaded here barely do justice to these masterpieces. This was a HUGE job. Our Island is 9.5ft by 6.5 feet, with cabinets on both sides. It required a lot of careful detailed designing. Corey worked with us over a period of 6 months from beginning to end, and talked over every detail. He is a true artist and you can tell. But he is also a true professional, and completed this enormous job on time, & installed the cabinets perfectly. We are beyond pleased, and cannot wait to have people over to the house and show it off! Corey, we so appreciate your work and look forward to living with these pieces of usable art for a lifetime! And by the way, you cant get rid of us that fast! We have now found another excuse to work with you on those kitchen shelves!

    Corey was great to deal with. Very responsive with lots of helpful suggestions for dimensions, type of wood which would work well here, as well as the overall design of the piece. We delighted with the finished product and look forward to working with Corey again!

    We refinished our kitchen this year, and we wanted something different and unique for our counter top. Along came Corey...who designed a BEAUTIFUL island for our kitchen. EVERYONE who comes to our house talks about what a beautiful, gorgeous piece of wood it is. It certainly is the focal point when you walk in to our kitchen. Corey was a pleasure to work with. Honest, fair and great at communicating throughout the process. I would recommend his work to anyone.

    In search for someone to do a few live edge pieces for our home I was fortunate to come across Corey. From start to finish and through out the delivery to California (thank you John), Corey has been great! His costumer service is always there and he is amazing at what he does! Trust him!! We are so happy and pleased with the work Corey did for us. Our live edge table top turned out better than any picture I take could capture as well as the beautiful bar top, shelving and cutting boards he did for us. I love every piece and everyone that has seen them do also that we even spend time to just stand back and admire the work, run our hands with the grain and say how awesome and worth it it all was!! Thank you Corey cant tell you enough how happy we are with it all!! Corey is definitely the man to go with.

    Corey made us a beautiful, custom designed, black walnut dining table. He worked closely with me throughout the process and because of his talent and attention to detail the table came out far beyond my expectations. I was involved in every step on the way and we were communicating regularly. To achieve the look I was after Corey researched and experimented with different finishes. When the table was ready Corey personally delivered it to my home, 8 hour drive from his shop... I now have an amazing product at great value after working together with the artist. Id give him 6 stars if that was possible!

    We couldnt be happier with the whole aspect of our experience with Corey! We undertook a HUGE project of making a custom 12 walnut dining table and vanity top. My father and I cut down our walnut tree and Corey was helpful in every aspect of our journey. He is truly an artist of wood! He cares for his customer and for the wood he works with.     Last year, my wife and I decided to invest in some custom-made wood furniture for our 40th anniversary. We contacted many woodwork architects before we found Corey Morgan Wood Works. Our project included an over-sized dining table, two sitting benches, a console table and a coffee table. We are beyond happy with the beautiful masterpieces that Corey created for us. They were one-of-a-kind, with high quality and unique design characteristics. Corey Morgan was great to work with. There are just not enough words that can describe how wonderful Corey Morgan is - knowledgeable, experienced, intelligent, detail-oriented, reliable, creative and so on. We admit that the best part of our day now is to sit back and admire these wonderful treasures and consider ourselves extremely lucky to have found Corey Morgan who brought our vision to life.     I would give Corey a 10, but this rating system only goes to 5! We saw his work at the Pittsburgh Home & Garden show a few years back and were very impressed with his work. We decided that we had to have a walnut slab table after seeing his beautiful creations. We wanted a large table (12 foot) and actually designed and built a house to accommodate it...Thats how much we liked his work! Corey allowed us to come to the sawmill where he had laid out all of the walnut slabs that were in the size range we were looking for, so we could hand pick the ones we wanted for our table. Most of the slabs were longer than 12 (thats the finished length), so they are very heavy and certainly not easy to move. We really appreciated the effort he took to allow us to select the slabs for the table. After completing the table...which is SPECTACULAR...pictures dont do it justice, he made 4 walnut slab benches, which are equally impressive. Our builder ran very far behind schedule (as builders typically do), and Corey was gracious enough to store the table and benches for several months until we were ready for them. Corey is truly a craftsman and artist. We simply could not be more pleased with the work he has done for us.

    I cant say enough good things about the experience I had working with Corey on the several items of furniture he made for our new home. Corey is a true craftsman and a real pleasure to work with. His attention to detail is amazing. He truly goes the extra mile in communicating with you through emails and photos to be sure you are getting what you want. His design ideas are a breath of fresh air, and he has the ability and expertise to bring them to life. I would never hesitate to use him again for any project that I would have. Corey has impeccable business practices, and unfortunately that isnt something that is easily found these days. I cant wait until I have another project and another opportunity to work with him.     I found Corey through a site called Custom Made after searching endlessly for a unique conference table for our office. After looking at Coreys work online, we were impressed and just the type of unique piece we were looking for. I reached out to Corey and started the brainstorm session and from my description of our new office space (which is young, hip, urban feeling) and the type of materials in the space he came up with a great design. Corey stayed in touch with me through the entire process and sent pictures along the way. We received our table on Monday and I must say, its the most beautiful piece of work that weve seen and beats anything we could have found commercially. The piece arrived on time, was more than what we expected, and is just as much art as it is conference table. We will use Corey on our future projects!- Justin

    Corey was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from design to delivery. He went above and beyond searching for the right slab (including Canada). He designed a large walnut dining table with very unique characteristics, two end chairs, two benches, and three cherry bar stools. We absolutely love the table and chairs. The chair back profile is really comfortable. They were exactly what we were looking for. God has given him a wonderful talent. We would highly recommend him for any furniture need you may have.

    We first met Corey online when searching for a custom walnut dining table. By the time our new mountain home was finished, he had crafted not only a truly stunning dining table and bench, but a walnut barn door to match, a coffee table in walnut and maple, a 9-foot island counter top, and 2 night stands. Not only is Coreys work magnificent, he is wonderfully responsive, listens carefully, offers choices, and delivers exactly when he promises. The only possible issue is we think he is not charging enough ... :).

    If you are looking for unique furniture that is custom designed and carefully assembled with the refined touch of a true craftsman, then Corey Morgan Wood Works is your best option. We met Corey in person at The Home Show in Pittsburgh and expressed our interest in creating a dining room set that we wanted to also be functional art. He knew what we wanted before we even knew...He set aside some 2 thick walnut slabs, with and without figured grain, and noted one in particular that he thought we would like. After reviewing his vast inventory of slabs, we chose the one which he picked for us in the beginning. He worked out a fair quote to do the work, and a few months later he delivered one of his masterpieces to our dining room. Corey worked with our design ideas and made the process of creating our dining room set a special memory for our family.Being the owner of one of Coreys creations is special. We enjoy knowing where the wood came from, how it made its way to us, and the care taken to put it in its current form. The compliments that we get about the dining room set are a true reflection of Coreys talented craftsmanship.

I went with the 9ft Walnut live edge table with the trestle bottom. Corey responded quickly to any questions I had and kept me up to date with photos ranging from the raw slabs, trestle base and finished product.While you often take a risk when you elect to purchase a custom item, sight unseen, on the internet, rest assured that you are dealing with a professional that takes great pride in his work.     The table is stunning as are the legs. We really wanted the uniqueness of the wood but were afraid about the curved sides and connections and we needed extensions. Not only did Corey talk with us and address our needs, he put a rush on it as our timeframe was quite tight. He really has wonderful products and wonderful customer service.

    Cory did some great magic with my slab I personally was able to pick out of his stock. The whole experience was great, from meeting the artist, to seeing the production space all of which gives the table more meaning than just buying it on the internet or a furniture store.The table turned out incredible and I hope to purchase more pieces in the future.

Corey was very attentive to my love of the outdoors and created the perfect pieces for my home.He built a stunning sycamore/walnut dining table and buffet server, a gorgeous live maple sofa table, a really unique white oak burl coffee table, and a beautiful, yet functional, walnut TV console table.     We found Coreys work on his web site, fell in love with it, and decided to take a chance working with someone across the country from us whom we had never met. It was the best decision! We found Corey to be very honest and easy to work with. Corey made us a gorgeous walnut dining set and three beautiful end tables. The work was completed on time and delivered here in Arizona as promised. He kept us updated with emails and photos every step of the way.
