    We LOVE Keith Lee and Georgia Plumbing Experts. Keith has been our go-to plumber for more than a decade. His work is excellent. His service is even better.Kim and I are not your typical plumbing customer. We manage a fair number of rental properties. When a tenant calls with a plumbing problem, we need that problem fixed YESTERDAY! Keith is always there for us. We LOVE him!!!Bill Cook

    Keith and Tanner did an excellent job of installing a new toilet in our Master Bathroom and then making a new toilet installation in our basement using the old toilet. I will be using them again when the need arises and passing their contact information along when the opportunity comes along.

    Keith Lee and his son did a fantastic job! They had to redo all of my water lines and install a new water heater. It was a huge job, but they did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. I will call them next time I need any of my plumbing issues resolved. Thanks guys!

    Keith and his son are honest and detailed workers. We have now used them five times and will use them for all future jobs.We have used him for two leaks, an issue with a bathroom drain, a faucet replacement, and a toilet wax ring replacement.

    Keith was on time and did a great job with our repairs. He worked efficiently, saving us as much money as possible. Some people will intentionally take longer or insist on an unnecessary replacement rather than repair in order to charge more, but Keith did nothing of the sort. He was very personable on top of that. I could not recommend him more highly!

    We needed to replace our old gas water heater. Keith was on time and courteous, Knowledgeable and helpful. We had some questions while he was here about some piping out of our ceiling and he called someone right then and there and we got our questions answered and a solution.He genuinely wanted to help and did a great job on install.

    Brandy got back to me quickly with a quote to replace our water heater. The quote was clear as to what I would be getting and much more reasonable than other quotes received. Spoke to Keith that evening and had a new water heater installed by noon the next day. Keith and Tanner were very nice, in and out quickly. Highly recommend and will make them our plumber for future needs.

    The day after I bought a new house, it became clear that there was a gas leak. I went through my home warranty company to get it fixed, but their in-network plumbers did not have the necessary training to perform the job. After two visits and wasting nearly two weeks, I needed to get the leak diagnosed and fixed. An electrician working on my house referred me to Georgia Plumbing Experts.After sending them a text, I quickly got an appointment scheduled. They came out on a Tuesday and spent about two hours checking for leaks and diagnosing what needed to be done to repair the issue. They came back on a Friday to perform the repair, which took about 4.5 hours. They also fixed a small leak at my gas fireplace and installed a gas shutoff valve at my furnace.They were always on time, and I felt that they were very competent to perform the work. It has now been a week since the repair, and I no longer smell gas. I will definitely keep their number in my contact list and will use them for my future plumbing needs!

    I’ve used the services of Keith Lee with Georgia Plumbing Experts multiple times. His service, quality, price and communication are top notch.Besides being great to work with for individuals / home owners, Georgia Plumbing Experts works with real estate investors and landlords. Knowing we won’t always be able to meet at the property or pay as soon as the job is done, Keith can send an invoice via email thanks to quickbooks so it’s easy to click and pay vs. having to schedule time to meet up somewhere. This is a HUGE plus for me.

    If you ever need a plumber call Keith he is the GREATEST. We have tried so many plumbers & been ripped off lied to & everything else. But we called Georgia plumbing Keith came told us the problem he corrected the problem & charged a very reasonable price. Came when he said he would . Could not ask for anyone any better.     I had decided to tackle what I thought to be a minor repair on my rental property. After multiple trips to Home Depot and two wasted weekends, I decided to call a professional. Mr. Lee came highly recommended by a family friend and I was not disappointed. He was prompt, courteous, and his prices were competitive. He quickly diagnosed my problem, found the source, and made necessary repairs that hadnt even crossed my mind. Keith is a true professional in every sense, and certainly has my future business and recommendations.

    Georgia Plumbing Experts are awesome! I called Keith on Wednesday and left a message and he called me back within two hour of leaving that message and told me he would be by the next afternoon to see what was going on. He showed up promptly when he said he would, assessed the problems I had and gave me a fair quote and he was able to fit us in the next day. He showed up early the next day and was finished with all my numerous issues within several hours. Keith said what he was going to do and did what he said he was going to do and that is something that seems to be more and more rare today. I highly recommend Georgia Plumbing Experts and I will be using them again if the need arises.

    I called them on a Saturday morning and they sent out a plumber within the hour to repair a gas leak. They also found that the gas line was not installed properly and made both repairs in the same trip. The plumber Keith was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definately use again...

    I had a leak in my watermain pipe going from the meter to the house. Roots had gotten into the pipe and Keith found it with minimal digging and did a wonderful job. Just a few hours later I had water again no worries! He was here when he said he would be, very courteous and professional and very easy to talk to and personable! I was so worried it was going to be an expensive fix but was pleasantly surprised at the bill total! I would recommend him to everyone, no need to look anywhere else! To top it all off, I had just had a new riding mower delivered the day before and it was a little different than my old mower. He helped me figure it out so I could get mowing. Now that is above and beyong service! Thank you Keith very much!

    I called Keith at Georgia Plumbing Experts about a problem with our hot water heater. He was here the next day - gave us options and as our hot water heater was 12 years old, we decided to replace rather than repair. Keith said hed be out at 8:30am the next morning - and thats the exact time he arrived! The new hot water heater was installed within a few hours - he took away the old unit and left everything probably cleaner than before he got there! Took time to explain all to us - great service & price - totally personable and professional !! A+++++ all the way !!

    I called on Monday afternoon and he was at my home by 5 pm that day. He found that he had to get a part and was back by Friday of the same week. That was my next available day. He did everything he could to fix it quickly and avoid a costly repair. His prices are very good and his work is top notch! I will always call him and not another plumber in Cartersville.     Unfortunately had to call these guys twice. Both times, extremely professional, did excellent work. Not trying to sell me something I dont need. Great customer service. Reasonable prices. Willing to work with my schedule. After replacing some pipes in the back yard they cleaned everything up nicely as in hosed off my back patio, filled the hole in evenly, and put straw down over the area so it wouldnt make a muddy mess. If I need work in the future, will be calling Keith back.
