Duke, Kaden (Electricians), and Jennifer (in the office) are absolutely amazing.Jeff was great at outreaching to get someone to respond to the call out, but he was sick. (Thank you for going the extra mile even when you were home sick)Duke was fast, knowledgeable, polite and professional.I only met Kaden via phone for a minute, but he was amazing too.I did deal with another electrician, but I do not recommend him. When doing business with JW, make sure to ask for Duke, Jeff, or Kaden!Also, Jennifer (bless her heart) was so sweet and understanding, I was heartbroken when the first (unnamed) electrician didn’t fix the problem, and she listened to me crying and worked together with the electricians to get me taken care of.Duke and Jennifer were extremely understanding and really seemed to care about the situation I was in.It’s hard to find people that are genuine and hard working like Duke, Kaden and Jennifer. I cherish them and I am so thankful for them! ❤️❤️❤️

Super pleasant to work with. There was some confusion over the arrival time but the electricians ended up arriving sooner than expected and were able to do some unplanned work for me. Thank you!

I needed some supplies on a Sunday. I knew that they were close but took a chance on catching someone there. I was leaving town the next day. One of their electricians was working in the shop and I got his attention, told him of my situation. He opened the store up for me and saved the day. I cant thank him enough.
