I used them for several problems with my plumbing. The first involved the main drainage pipe running from the house to the septic tank outside. Broken and not angled correctly. Second time, exterior drain pipe clogged. Excellent service both times. They are professional, their follow-up is excellent, they are trust worthy, they do not leave until they get the job done and they explain to you everything theyre doing step-by-step. They have excellent attitudes, theyre hard-working, and I cant say enough about the owner. Highly recommend them. The employees are happy, knowledgeable, and very experienced.

I had a floor drain back up in the basement m, and I called them on a recommendation. Within an hour I was informed someone was on the way. It was a huge relief, and Ryan was very friendly and professional. He cleared out the problem very quickly, and was on his way. I will definitely call them again.

We were having a problem with our septic system so we called Aurora Plumbing and they came out the same day actually just a few hours from when we called them. They were very knowledgeable and found the problem -what a relief. The gentleman that came out we’re very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a septic system.

Jim and crew did an awesome job backfilling around my large driveway. They also hydroseeded the next day, which was 3 days earlier than expected. Bill is very responsive and pleasant. I highly recommend them, and plan to have them do more in the future.Great value and service!

Called them in for muliple jobs. Clear out a 250 overhead sewer line and modify the line for future cleanouts. Install a stainless steel sink in a remote location far away from any H&C lines and sewer connection. Both jobs were completed flawlessly. Wouldnt call anyone else.

We had water bubbling out of our septic vent pipe outside whenever we flushed the toilet. I called Aurora Plumbing first thing in the morning and someone was there by 11:30am. Our serviceman was great. He ended up being at our house for just about 3 hours. He did not stop working until he figured out the issue. Very pleased with his hard work and dedication to help us out! Would definitely recommend!
