    Excellent experience and service by the your technician. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and provided me a complete and detailed explanation of what he found and what it would take to properly repair and solve the problem. He provided a temporary fix until he could return the next morning. He provided me the cost of the repairs. He gave me an estimated time that he would return and actually arrived early. Once he completed the repairs he contacted me to inspect his work and he explained what he had done. I am thoroughly satisfied and impressed and will highly recommend him and your company and service to anyone. My sincere thanks for excellent service that your technicians provided.

    Tyler and Alex did a wonderful job. They are extremely professional and took great care in the work we needed done.     I had another plumber provided by my home warranty company come to my house on 11/26/24 but he was unable to do the work because he did not have the parts needed to do the repair. The earliest he could return would be 12/2/24. He returned as scheduled and replaced piping under the sink, but alas that did not resolve the issue. Again he would have to return to install a.clean out, but not until 12/9/24.Now for the rest of the story. I called Roberson Plumbing today 12/3/24 hoping that I would be able to get some one out in the next couple of days to diagnose the problem and hopefully get it fixed. To my delight I was informed that there was someone in my area they could get by to see me today. Later in the afternoon the technician, Trey, arrived and started investigating the problem. After checking under the sink and beneath the house, including snaking pipes.Trey discovered that one of the cast iron pipes was deteriorating to the point the sludge and rust was the primary cause of the blockage and would need to be replaced. I decided that since the remaining pipes were most likely in a similar condition that they should also be replaced since they are close to 60 years old. To my surprise he said that the piping could be replaced before the weekend. That was great news!The technician, Trey, seems to be very knowledgeable and in addition he is very personable and he explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He was not a high pressure salesman when it came to the options available.I will update this after the work is finalized. My first impressions of Roberson Plumbing is very positive and definitely bolstered by their service tech Trey.

    Fantastic service! Trey was knowledgeable and friendly. I needed to move the plumbing for my washer from one end of the house to the other. Local contractors were booked out until next year but Trey came out the next day and got the work done before lunch time. We will be using Roberson going forward for all our plumbing needs

    The Technician was very professional and knowledgeable of his craft. After listening to me ,he knew exactly what the probably was. Before beginning the work he gave me a couple of options price wise. The Technician went right to and the problem corrected in about 30 minutes. He also gave me some tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. The Technician also saw something that could possibly be a future potential problem and made a suggestion of how Roberson Home Service could clean my lines with a power wash and the price if I was interested. I could call the office and get it on the the schedule. Again he was very friendly and approachable.     Trey showed up right on time, assessed the job, priced it out and I accepted the proposal. He worked diligently performing the task without wasting time. We even added onto the original job while he was here and he did that with great care, explaining the task all along to make sure we understood .     Great people! Went the extra mile and by Mike I mean nearly to Virginia on the weekend to get the correct pump to get my septic system back up and running! Justin and Trey were great to deal with, totally transparent and kept me updated on exactly what was going on! Not only that but the quality of work was top notch! No one else will touch the plumbing in my home, PERIOD!

    This is the 3rd time we have used Roberson Home Services. This is the 3rd time we have been incredibly pleased with the service and response of their team members.#1 in response time. I have always had same day service, usually within a few hours.#1 Service People - friendly and knowledgeable and experienced.I was dreading a full well repair and luckily it was diagnosed to a pressure switch problem. Lewis Batts was also able to explain the problem and his plan of attack to fix it.Without hesitation I fully recommend Roberson Home Services and especially Lewis Batts.

    I realize my experience is not likely normal for this company, based on other reviews. However, this is my experience:I set up an appointment to collect a bid between 8-9. I was also told that a tech would be sent first thing in the morning as the first job of the day. I called to verify this the day before.At 9AM, no one had shown up so I called the company. I was told the tech was finishing up another job. Dispatch informed me shed call the tech and see how long it would take. I informed her that I was under high time pressure and was waiting. At 9:18 she called me back and told me the tech was on his way and would be there shortly. I thanked her and waited. At 10:22 (one hour and 4 min later) I got a call from the tech telling me he had just finished his job and would be there in 24 minutes. I declined and told him I did not need to reschedule as I had already waited for nearly 2.5 hours under extreme time pressure. I could wait absolutely no longer.The problem is that I was told a tech was on the way when in fact, he was not. I was also told Id be the first customer of the day and definitely was not. I reserved a few days ahead of time specifically so that Id be able to get a scheduled time. This cost me very dearly today.This review is not everyones experience, but it was mine, and Im sure the majority of the customers of this company have not had the same experience.EDIT: In the past I have given a neutral review to another plumbing company (Not Roberson Plumbing). That plumbing company owner found me on facebook berated me, argued back and forth via several public messages and refused to take ownership of the problem. I manage about 140 apartments in Wilson and will NEVER use that plumber again because of his behavior towards someone leaving a review he did not like.That being said, Roberson Plumbing did not do that in their response to me below. They took ownership of the mistake, apologized for it and left no doubt that they failed here. For that I will change my review from 2 stars to 4, because thats extremely admirable and rare for a company owner to do that, and I respect that.

    Employees were prompt and polite. Very professional work. Trey, the technician was very thorough, professional, and a pleasure to talk with during consultation of my problem. He presented me with three options to fix my problem. The installers Alex and Tyler were hard working as they replaced all of my drains under my house.

    Our service technician, Trey, was one of the kindest souls I have met in a long time. He was lively, patient , answered all our questions with a great passion (I wouldnā€™t have the first clue about water heaters or installation) and was an overall genuine individual. Beyond clearly being a highly qualified and experienced technician, he is a dope person and a great example of the kind of quality service this company provides. Give that man a raise!

    Happened to Meet Justin at a plumbing supply store, and he answered a question I had. The next day I call the office and requested a technician to help with our issues. Lewis came out and was just as nice and knowledgeable about helping us. Lewis arranged for an installer (Tyler) to come out the next morning to begin replacing pipe that was damaged. All 3 men were very professional and I would rate them 10 out of 10.

    We had some concerns about water and fluids coming up from under one of our manhole covers. Justin came out and inspected all he could, went above and beyond to inform me of industry things and some best practices.He was courteous, articulate, and willing to answer even the simplest of questions from me regarding septic systems.     They did a pretty good job fixing my running faucet. It didnā€™t take them long to come to my house. They were pretty knowledgeable about the problem that I had.     Thanks so much to Trey & Tim for coming out the day after I had surgery! Had a leak from the BR faucets, which they assessed, & repaired in very short order. The items they picked out for replacement were great, & also matched the other fixtures quite well! The gents were very pleasant, their work was very professional, & they even cleaned up afterwards!     I was able to get a same day appointment. I received a courtesy call before the plumber arrived. Lewis determined what the problem was and was able to fix it quickly.     I have used Robersonā€™s plumbing on several occasions over the last 5 months. Most recently, Danny has repaired several toilets for our rental house. He is always there when he says heā€™s going to be, is professional and courteous, and explains exactly what the problem is and gets my approval before he fixes it or charges me. Tim did some work for us a few months back and was also very polite and professional and kept me in the loop while he diagnosed the plumbing issues. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic in repairing the problems quickly and efficiently. I definitely will use them again when I have any future problems! They are great!!     I had plumbing issues at a house. David at Robersons Plumbing had an employee work on the house. Tim went put and took care of the immediate issues. Bigger issues was septic tank and cast iron pipes. After government bureaucracy we finally got a permit to install a septic tank. David, Danny,Alex and Lewis worked tirelessly for 2 days one day removing cast iron drain pipes replacing with PVC. Then they worked tirelessly 2 more days putting in septic tank and connecting to house plumbing. I was impressed by their hard word and dedication to get the job done and done correctly. In mid July we began to experience toilets gurgling, sewer back-ups, etc. We contacted a local plumber to fix this issue and to identify where we connected to our town. A camera was inserted into our homeā€™s pipes (ouch) and the search was on. The camera hit water and that was the end of the search. On August 11 we once again had to call the same company to jet out the pipes (again) and try to locate the connection to the town. Again, no luck. The town even used their newly purchased camera to try to find out how or if we were connected to their system. We were not successful on this try either. Finally I happened upon Robersonā€™s Plumbing & Septic I think it might have been a miracle because in one try the crew located my connection (it was in my neighbors yard). Robersonā€™s Plumbing & Septic did what others could not and for that we are grateful. Our problems (sewer) are not resolved yet, but the biggest mystery was solved. Thank you so much!UPDATE: We paid our town for a clean out. A week later they installed the clean out. We immediately called Robersonā€™s with this update. We were sure we would wait another week.     We really appreciated Tims helpful and straightforward advice which he happily shared from the time he came by to give an estimate/diagnose the issue to when he put the finishing touches on the job. Robersons replaced some old leaking tub/shower valves for us and added a drain stopper. When the valves started leaking, I assumed the plumber would charge an arm and a leg to replace the 3 knob system with a single blended valve, which would leave us with a tile repair bill on top of the plumbing bill. Robersons had no problem swapping the valves out with another 3 knob system which was such a relief. They were cautious of our budget and understood our needs. We werent trying to modernize the bathroom, we just wanted to fix the current problem so we could use the tub and they honored that. Well call them for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them for yours.Edit to add that we called them again to remove an old wall mounted sink and install a vanity and faucet that we bought from Lowes. A lot of people may be able to DIY that sort of thing but our house is old and full of surprises. They came out within a week (day after chrisrmas) and David did phenomenal job at a reasonable price!
