RCI Plumbing was referred to me by a neighbor, and I was very impressed! The intake on the phone was easy, and the woman handling the calls gave me several options for having a plumber come out. She also gave me a ballpark amount for the bill based on my description of the issue I had with my dishwasher. The day the plumber came out I received a phone call with the window of service, and the plumber actually arrived early. He asked where he should/could park, and quickly assessed what was wrong with my dishwasher as well as gave recommendations for my garbage disposal so it wouldn’t lock up again. He had everything fixed in under 30 minutes — very efficient! They took several methods of payments which was convenient, too, and I felt the fee was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the service from start to finish with RCI Plumbing and will absolutely use them again — it was a muuuuuch better experience than the one I had with a big corporate company earlier this year for another plumbing issue.

Grover came out to replace one of our water heaters. He really knows what he is talking about and did a great job installing the new heater to make sure that both heaters work equally and not like before where one heater was doing all the work and the second heater was basically just a storage tank. It did cost a few dollars more, but now, when one of the tanks goes out or has a problem, we can just turn 2 valves and we will still have hot water from the other tank. Great job, I can definitely recommend these guys.

These folks have been out to my house 3 times. My 210 homeowner warranty sent them. The last 2 times were for water heater issues. They are lightning fast. I called and they were out the next day. Fixed the issue on the spot today and last time went, got new waterheater and installed, all the same day. I am very pleased.

This company came out based on 2-10 warranty and I was very happy with their work. They scheduled me for a Friday but when they had an opening in the area they called and came out on Wednesday. They fixed a couple of leaks in the sinks. They provided some helpful tips on how to avoid the leaks happening again. They answered some questions I had regarding some of the faucets and pipes since this is a new home for me. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

I called RCI after experiencing some issues with the plumbing in my bathroom and with my prv. I spoke to Shelly and explained my issues. They were able to work me into their schedule the next day. The two guys that came out were extremely professional, knowledgeable and genuinely nice guys. They were able to diagnosis and fix the issue in about 20 minutes without any mess. They also answered some additional questions I had. I am very pleased with the work they did, the fair pricing and the fantastic customer service that was provided from Shelly and the two guys. I would highly recommend RCI.
