These guys are THE BEST!!! I highly, highly recommend! When my pipes froze after electricity to the heating pad failed -- in the midst of holidays, snow storms and high demand -- Dave made time in his schedule for this emergency repair! But after a thorough inspection, of pipes and water heater, he confirmed that the pipes were in great shape reporting that (with the heating pad operational again) he found only a wingnut needed tightening. Which he fixed, and wished me and my pup a Merry Christmas! For his time, assessment and assurances -- I would have gladly paid at the very least the $100+ inspection fees other plumbers charge out of the gates! Instead I leave this review as this is integrity, on another level. And so appreciated this holiday. I have water running again just in time for the holidays, a plumber I know I can trust for repairs big and small -- and someone I highly recommend to others.

These people are the best Ive ever encountered! My water pipes broke in the recent deep-freeze, and they were here the Monday after I called. There were multiple breaks in the pipe system, and it took them a couple of days to get it all fixed up -- with a really, really tiny crawl space to work in, too! I can never thank them enough for their professional, prompt, friendly, and excellent service. Hope I dont need plumbing services right away; but when/if I do, theyll definitely be the people I call. Thanks so much, Dave -- and your assistant, whose name I cant remember.

Pump house pipes froze and burst. Waited a week for roto-rooter to come out and say they couldnt do anything until pipes were thawed out and left. Called Dave at Secure Plumbing and Heating and conveyed my issue. Dave and Junior came out the next day (which was Christmas Eve) with their own heater, thawed out our pipes, and was done in an hour. All at half the price that roto-rooter quoted us. On top of the responsive professionalism and job quality, their work comes guaranteed from any issues. Dave is now my go to professional for all my plumbing needs, highly recommended! Thanks Dave for the Christmas present of running water!-Leland

We’ve been having issues with our boiler and radiant heating system for months. We had one company come out twice and they were unable to fix it… it’s been difficult to find anyone else locally who’s knowledgeable with our system. Luckily we found Dave, who came out today and had our issue diagnosed within minutes. We’re so thankful to have found him - he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Going through the freeze in Ellensburg, I had a pipe break resulting in my bathroom and an adjoining room getting flooded with water. I admit I was clueless about the source of it all. Other folks had recommended Secure Plumbing and Heating, so I scheduled them to fix the problem. Dave came and was over-the-top professional, kind, and super helpful (even when I gave him incorrect information). Five Stars for Secure Plumbing and Heating. I join the others who highly recommend this service.

I was in a bind on Super Bowl Sunday when the main sewer line to my house in Ellensburg clogged and everything backed up. I called 4 plumbers and only one answered the phone call and the others went to voicemail. Secure plumbing was at my house in 45 minutes and cleared the main sewer line in less than an hour. They also had a camera system that was able to check the inside of the line for damage. Even though it was Sunday and I needed immediate response, Secure only charged the regular weekly rate and not the overtime rate that Roto Rooter quoted. Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the repair and camera results as he was working. Great company! They are my go-to company for all future service requirements.

Dave at Secure will definitely be our go to for heating and plumbing in the future! Called him on a dishwasher that wouldnt drain. In the meantime I looked up how to deep clean the machine. When he came out he told me I had fixed the problem myself and wouldnt charge us for his trip out. Appreciate his integrity and will be calling him for future projects and issues!
