Even though it took us forever to decide to get a generator, everyone was very good about answering our questions and we never felt pushed to make a decision. The install only took a day and they made sure we understood how it would all work before they left. Also encouraged us to call if we had any questions.

Wray electric installed an automatic transfer generator for us. They communicated well during the entire process and kept us informed at every step. Darwin clearly explained all options and provided a fair and comprehensive bid on our chosen whole home generator. The office staff provided answers to our questions and was very gracious when we had to change the initial installation date.Darwin, Dan and Tyler arrived early the day of the installation. Darwin introduced us to Dan and Tyler and then briefly discussed the specifics of this job. He then left the installation in their capable hands. They proceeded to efficiently and effectively install the generator not only with good electrical work but also with an eye to aesthetics. CleanUp inside and out was exquisite- nothing was left for us to pickup!Before they left, Dan educated us on the generator operation with a return demonstration. Thank you to the entire Wray Electric team for a pleasant process start to finish!

We were looking for a company to sell and install a whole house generator. Darwin from Wray’s Electric surveyed our home and recommended the appropriate size generator to meet our needs. The bid was well within our means and the generator brand (Generac) was at the high end for quality. Wray’s Electric was transparent though out the entire process and the installation took place without a hitch. We were impressed with the professional performance of Wray’s entire crew from the office staff to the installers. A special shout out to Darwin, Dan, and Tyler for outstanding service in the installation.

Professional and stellar! They say what they do and they do what they say. Hard to find nowadays. Dennis and Sue and Darwin took great care of us in no time. Installed our generator transfer switch and only took eleven days from my initial phone call to finished work. Hire them!

We have had power outages four nights ìn a row here in Grant County in our area. Our PUD is trying to figure out the problem but apparently havent yet. Each night has been around 5 hours. I contracted with Wray Electric for installation of a Generac home standby generator along with replacement of my home electrical panel(with incorporated transfer switch).From the initial site survey by Dennis Wray to completion of the project and personal operations tutorial by Daniel Watts, the whole process was ideal. The crew was most professional, friendly and helpful all the way through making sure all my questions were answered satisfactorily.The electrical panel install was completed in a quick and orderly manner with a minimum interruption to electrical service.I am an extremely pleased customer of Wray Industries and highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with alternate or standby power sources for your home.I must also comment on the friendliness and efficiency of the office staff I dealt with(Sue and Colleen) regarding scheduling, payments, and ensuring all other questions I had were answered. A Great team!!!

Great experience! Dennis was very detailed and patient during the design process. Their office kept in close contact and they were spot on with their installation schedule. Darwin and his crew arrived on schedule. Darwin went over the plan with us to make sure we understood what would be running off the generator. The installation went very smoothly. I think they left the work area cleaner than it was when they arrived. We were oriented on the operation of the generator. They left us with an abundance of confidence that they would be there for us if we had any issues. Great company with fantastic employees!!

Ive hired Wray Electric for multiple installations, including solar panels and a backup propane-fueled generator. Their technicians receive frequent training from their equipment suppliers. Someone always answers the phone (during business hours) and installers show up when they say they will. Any questions Ive had have been answered promptly. Darwin has been to our property multiple times and is always willing to share his knowledge.

Wray Electric installed solar panels on my shop roof. Darwin and Daniel were the installers and did a great job with the installation as well as answering my questions. I had numerous emails with Chelsea who was very easy to work with and excellent in keeping me informed every step of the way. Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is the final step of the project with the new meters to be installed. One main reason I decided to go with Wray is/was they do not sub-out their work, they own the process from start to finish, which to me makes a difference.

I would give 10 stars if allow. They provided a very competitve quote for our standby generator. They showed up when they said they would. They installed everything in a day. When it was discovered that that we had a faulty breaker, they responded immediately and replaced it without any hassle. Their office staff was courteous and responsive. The most telling thing about their work is when the inspector came out from the State to review and sign off on their work. He didnt even turn off the engine on his car. He said that Wray Electric does great work and he could have just mailed the approval. Great job by a great company.

It was a great experience because it required so little effort once we connected with them.

Wray Electric - Dennis, Chelsea and the whole team are the best example I know of a great business. We first had them install a generator for us over 10 years ago, and then a full solar array 3 years ago. Theyre always on time, provide reasonable and accurate estimates, LISTEN to what we want and need and do EXACTLY what they promise. Even though there are closer electricians, whenever we need electrical work, we trust Wray to do it right.

Due to Wray Electric’s wonderful reputation in our community, we decided to contact them in April to discuss a new Generac whole-house propane powered generator system. We met with Dennis, who carefully calculated loads and discussed options with us. The 24KW unit will meet our needs here perfectly. Due to lots of backlog in their installation work, the crew of three was finally scheduled to be here yesterday. They arrived on time and got all the wiring and installation done in one day. We are so happy with their expertise and friendly attitudes, not to mention great work ethic. We have opted in on the maintenance service agreement and 7-year parts and labor warranty. Have been wanting to do this for a very long time, so we are extremely pleased to say we’re now confident with electrical power when those inevitable outages occur. Darwin, Daniel and Mike worked as a perfect team, and Chelsea in the office has been a great communicator throughout. I’m sure Dennis is proud of all of them. Everything was clearly explained at the completion of their work. I recorded video of the instructions and will upload to Youtube for our future reference. Highly recommend Wray Electric.
