Kirkman Roofing went above my expectations for a new roof on an older home! Our project was run by Karson Bolt and he answered all our questions and did a superior job with his crew and in such a timely manner! I had waited with ANOTHER company for 7 months and still didn’t have a date set:-((With Kirkman we were called and updated on every step. I work for a local manufacturing facility that was in desperate need of a roof restore. Years of patching and damage on an old building led to pretty serious leaks and integrity issues with the existing roof. Unlike other companies, Kirkman evaluated the issues and quoted us only for what we needed, not what they hoped to upsell to us.Tyler and his project manager, Andrew, did a fantastic job coordinating the job, getting us a fair quote, and getting the job done. Theyve been extremely responsive to follow-up calls/visits, and Tyler even checks in regularly to make sure everything is going well. We are extremely pleased with Kirkman Commercial Roofing, LLC and would recommend them to other local businesses.

Easy to talk to and deal with once they had the material they jumped right on the job. Knock the roof right out, gave me a workmanship warranty and a guaranteed warranty on the roofing material.

After a storm, possible tornado came through my town and took off part of my roof Tyler and his guys did the repair very quickly before the next rain came through. I was in a bit of a frenzy but they were very patient and compassionate with me during this difficult situation. Took time to answer my many questions. Were straight forward about cost and options but didnt rush me into making a decision. The roof blowing off was probably the worst experience in my life but cant really imagine having a better experience with any roofing company doing the repair than I did with these guys. My recommendation if you need a new roof, repair or maintenance is to at least call and have a conversation with Kirkman Commercial Roofing before making a decision who to hire.
