We came to Harrison to build a completely custom designed home. From the very outset, Harrisons work ethic and follow up overshadowed the other General Contractors who were willing to build our home. He consistently provided updated information, willingness to discuss options, offer suggestions and help us build exactly what we envisioned for our home. His sub-contractors were knowledgeable and also willing to work through our decisions. The build quality, from start to finish, was exemplary. The attention to detail allowed the process to be smooth and satisfactory. Even though I dont plan to build another custom home. I will consider Harrison to be my go-to contractor for any projects that cross my path. There is no higher recommendation that I can offer. We are highly satisfied with our home. -

My husband and I were referred to Harrison from the seller of the property we purchased. From the first meeting with Harrison until the very end, we were impressed with how efficient he and his team worked. Communication was excellent. All of the contractors worked with us every step of the way and they did a fantastic job. To build a dream home in 4/5 months was unbelievable to us and yet it happened! Highly recommend. -

Harrison was great to work with! Our home was damaged due to hail, so we were working with insurance companies (which is never easy.) But I could not be more pleased with the work Harrisons team did. Full siding replacement, total roof, and front door. Harrison answered every question I had and was very prompt with the repairs. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional! I 100% recommend using Harrison Bradley Custom Homes for your future home build or upgrades! -

I wanted to take a moment to commend Harrison Bradley Custom Homes on the completion of our new home.To ride by or to walk through our new home, the attention to detail and the superb quality speaks for itself. However how it got to that point is the really impressive part!Upon our first meeting, we knew Harrison was someone we could work with on such a large project. He was attentive and his character seemed clear. Building a new custom home is a daunting task and we felt it was imperative to find someone we liked, and trusted. We felt a chemistry with him that I can best describe as extremely confident however very humble. The two qualities we were most looking for!We decided to move forward with Harrison and it was obvious that he understood his business and every aspect of the home building process including engineering, planning, zoning, permitting and construction.Once through the permitting phase, once again it was obvious that he had assembled an impressive team of sub-contractors that seemed like they would do whatever was needed, whenever it was needed for him. We were able to chat with all of them throughout the construction process and the common theme was respect for him which was equally impressive.From the time we broke ground until the last day on site, there was hardly a day that went by that there wasn’t at least one of the trades on site. Getting his sub-contractors to show up and produce was never a problem. That is unusual!Besides the actual construction of our home, his positive, confident, “can do” attitude when presented with the many many changes we threw at him did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated!To that end, Harrison made this process fun and stress free for us! We have enjoyed working with him and it is no wonder he is voted “Cecil County’s Best”! -

Earlier this summer, Mr. Bradley answered my call for help after a neighborhood drive-through shooting destroyed the glass in one of my front doors. He responded and prepared an estimate immediately. The compromised door was quickly covered with a barrier as we were waiting for a door that fit. The installation of the new double-door unit was fast, his workers were professional and respectful, and the job was finished in hours. They even tidied up the broken glass all over my drive and walkway. He really saved my sanity as I was not comfortable leaving my home with no way to secure the door. Now, I have a door that is much better than the one that was damaged. I am most grateful. -

Harrison is very aware of delay times due to supply chain issues and is proactive during the build process to make sure the build stays on schedule. Harrison takes pride in providing exceptional service to his clients and is available throughout the entire build and after when we had questions. During punch, Harrison ensured items were corrected quickly. Harrison is easy reliable, accountable and easy to work with. Harrison Bradley Custom Homes did an amazing job on my house. From start to finish he was always available to answer questions and check on the progress of the home. The home was completed on time and punchlist items were done very quickly. His subcontractors did a great job and kept the jobsite clean. He even had crews working a few weekends to make sure the home was done on time. I work in the financial field and have dealt with many other contractors but have to say Harrison Bradley Custom Homes is far superior. I have highly recommended to friends and family. -

Harrison was on top of every part of the rebuilding and restoration of our home and boathouse from recent storm damage. He was easy to contact, communicated honestly, checked on progress frequently, scheduled his subcontractors efficiently, and assisted us with paperwork and record keeping. We highly recommend Harrison and would use his services again in the future.
