As a guy previously mentioned, it took a few calls to finally fix some reoccurring issues. But wow. Parker was on it. Nice people. Not one time did they grumble at me for the many trips they made out to Battle Mountain to make it right. I absolutely trust them. They stand behind their work and that’s a beautiful thing in today’s contracting world.

My daughters heater stopped working in her house & we couldnt get the regular company to come fix it (they were too busy). She had already waited a couple of days & were we having single digits temperatures at night.So, I called Parker Solutions at 2 oclock in the afternoon & Malinda sent a technician right over to help. It was wonderful how technician Adrian explained everything in laymans terms so we could understand why the furnace wasnt working. And, how to read the codes, so if something else went wrong she could call back & they would know what tools to bring, even if it was in the middle of the night! Thank you so much, for such great service!

If I may say this company and the men who work for the company is/was great! Guys showed up on time, after ac unit was installed the guys showed me everything about the unit. From how it works to how to maintain the equipment. Definitely will be referring these guys to family and friends and will havingntjese guys service my pellet stove in the fall! Great service, customer service and equipment!

A Decent company for pellet stoves,furnaces,bags of pellets and used byTe-Moak Housing Authority alot. Also e- vac old fridges so they can be dispossed off properly.

Our heater had been having some issues, but decided to come to a head on this cold, snowy, spring day. They were able to send someone the same day, and thankfully it was a quick and easy fix. The guy we had was very friendly and was more than willing to share his knowledge with us. Much appreciated!!

This company installed a tankless water heater in my house. I asked them if they could tie it into my existing water heater so both could be used as needed. They did a great job, I can now access both of my water heaters and have a cold and hot port to hook my hose too. I use the water ports for everything from washing things to filling a swimming pool. Most recently I had Parker put in the plumbing for my sprinkler system. I greatly appreciate the work they have completed.

The team at Parker Solutions was amazing! They jumped thru all the hoops with our new home warranty plan to fix/replace our HVAC system. Shane and his team were also very friendly even though I know our system was a huge headache. I cant forget to give a huge shout out to Melinda for all her hard work to make our summer the coolest one yet!! Thank you Team Paker for all your time and effort you guys are rock stars!
